in this July news, Manchester united made an Asian tour. on 19 July, they have a friendly match with Malaysian. 3-2 is the result of the match. they have a rematch on 22 July but still the winner is Manchester. an overwhelming performance completely drive Malaysia to the corner. with lack of experience and lack of coaching skills Malaysia lost both of the game. we can see that the differences between the Europe and our country. even though a difference physical appearance, we can stil catch up with them by our tactics and skill. unfortunately, the things did not going as been predicted. is such a shame because we target to enter the world cup in 2018. but with this kind of performance, we will be a laughing stock if we have a match with Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, France, Germany and thousand other country. how do we want to achieve the same ranking as them..?? how do we want to have the skill they have..?? only the coach can answer this kind of question. ordinary people like us is not professional enough to have the solution for this kind of question. there are two words that need to be remember.. KEEP IT REAL!!!!

Cybercrime detection makes headway

IF you think you have completely erased that e-mail or photo on your computer or mobile phone, think again.

Whatever you do on your computer leaves a trace. Evidence of computer activity is stored in many places on the hard drive. Information about network access is potentially logged on many computers throughout the local network and global Internet. Mobile phones, too, have information about who you’ve been in contact with.

In short, once you log out, you leave digital tracks everywhere.

Through digital forensics, digital evidence can be collected and analysed to help investigators understand what really happened in a cyber incident (any incident involving a computer or other gadgets).

In the scientific examination, data from a storage media is analysed by experts using specific digital forensic tools.

The results can be used in the courts (together with the study of the legal aspects of computer use and misuse).

>Laughter Is The Best Medicine

I choose this article is because it caught my attention when I tried to find an interesting article. It is true that laughter is good for our health and mind. In this article, it mention about the benefit of laughing. There are three main benefits that laughter can make to people. They are physical health, mental health and also social benefits. There are many ways to bring humor and laughter in our life. One of it is by spending time with fun and playful people. According to Paul E. McGhee, Ph.D., “Your sense of humor is one of the most powerful tools you have to make certain that your daily mood and emotional state support good health.” There are link between laughter and mental health. Some of them are laughter dissolves distressing emotions, laughter helps you relax and recharge and last but not least allowing you to see situations in a more realistic, less threatening light. Other than that, it is proved that laughing with others is mare powerful than laughing alone. It is said that laughter is one of the most effective way to heal disagreements and hurt.

This article is about the struggle of life people in Palestine and the responsibility of us as a Muslim to help them.I still confius why we as a Muslim can just ignore this issue. And some of us just can laugh about this.I think it is also our responsibility as a Muslim to take care and concern about Palestine and mosque al-Aqsa.why we the most biggest religion cannot unite to stop this issue once and for all.i some of us may think that we live in Malaysia and we should concern about other country.actually it is also our responsibility as a human being and more importantly as a muslim to help them.we should not ignore them.furthermore Palestine is belonging to us as a muslim. At least what we can do is to pray of people in Palestine.....

The Petronas Twin Towers also know as the Petronas Towers or Twin Towers. This Twin Towers can be say is the spectacular. This building is the world's tallest buildings before being surpassed by Taipei 101.This was shown in the passage.
The prime minister build this Twin Towers is want to show our Malaysia to all the people in the world that we are here and the people who talk about it will say it at Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. After i watch the "megastructure" from the national geography about the Malaysia's Petronas Twin Towers during fundamental class. But i think all of the people who want to build a tallest building is because of their ego.I'm so glad n grateful that our forth prime minister was build this Twin Towers.Because of this Twin Towers our country,Malaysia was well known in the world because this is the first small country from Asia to build such a tallest building at that time. That was so amazing of the engineer to hang so much heavy skybridge which is the highest 2-story bridge about 750 tons and 170 meters from the ground in the world.
Beside that, the lift system also very brilliant idea. The system is double-decker with lower deck of the lift taking passengers to odd numbered floors and upper deck to even numbered floors. This can help the passenger to their destiny faster.
I also feel very interested and curious how they can find the way to build such a tall building. That why now i study my engineering mechanical at here. From the discovery of National geography, our Twin Towers were very stronghold in the world.I hope in future i also can build such a tallest n stronghold building in the world.

The passage is at --

the video of the national geography is in my pendrive.

Albert Einstein..hmm,who is this guy? I'm very sure everyone knew him. He is a famous scientist that have done alot to this world. He is best known for his Special and General Theories of Relativity. He became famous for his explanation of the photoelectric effect and received a nobel prize for it. Einstein had actually written an essay when he was only six teen years old on relativity, which became the basis for his published paper. The greatest result of relativistic physic was Einstein's famous relation E=mc2. It was an important equation or relation that describe and predicts so many things in today's world. This relation can also explain bout 'dejavu'. E is the energy where m is the mass detection and c is the speed of the light. In my point of view and what I heard so far, the 'dejavu' happen because of the mind which tarvel exceed the speed of light and bring some imagination from 'the future'.

comment: nowadays people are getting to be so recless. they have lost their humanity. before this, we always heard about people get robbed but no injuries was report. nowadays, situation has change, the culprit even dare to harm an old lady. we also have about pregnent women died because of thieve and other case. why did this happen. where are our sense of humanity?i can see that, when people gain more and more achievement, they tend to think more primitively. why would this happen. human has been destined to be leader to this world who must bring peace and harmony to this beautiful world.is this because we as human tend to think selfishly, or we only think only for the best. if it how it goes, what are the best thing are if there only bring haterd and will bring more revenge. the same goes to war, in war we shouldn't kill other poeple then the soldier, but if we see in a lot of amateur video we can see a lot of civilian has been killed vigorously.wfere are the justice.for the criminality,i hope our goverment could put heavy sentence to those criminal that have dont this unhuman activities.because i think this could settledown this problem.

Influenza A(H1N1): 5 colleges, school closed

Head quarter report that 5 college were closed which four of the college were in Malacca and one in Terengganu.A school at Johor Baru also closed because of this influenza A(H1N1).
This influenza become more dangerous when State Health Department report that about 3,000 students from the four institutes were harm. This was a very serious
number that Malaysia had since the beginning of this symptom come to Malaysia, for me.
So this will affect the study of student and their learning. We who not effected by this H1N1 should careful in our life and maybe should change our life style. For example, always keep clean of our home or place, wash our hand after doing activity and if can, find the medicine for this symptom.
I also fell pity to the students at Johor Baru who suspected for H1N1 which are 51 of them.We as the Malaysian people should concern about what happen in our country especially when it happen in the long time.

Be Inspired!

This is a story that I received from a friend. A very short yet inspiring story. Allah's Hidayah is always there, around us. It comes in all sorts of forms. It's either we are aware of it or we simply take advantage on it.
xxxxx

The park bench was deserted as I sat down to read beneath the long, straggly branches of an old willow tree. Disillusioned by life with good reason to frown, for the world was intent on dragging me down.

And if that weren’t enough to ruin my day, a young boy out of breath approached me, all tired from play.

He stood right before me with his head tilted down and said with great excitement, “Look what I found!”

In his hand was a flower, and what a pitiful sight, with it’s petals all worn, not enough rain, or too little light. Wanting him to take his dead flower and go off to play, I faked a small smile and then shifted away. But instead of retreating he sat next to my side and placed the flower to his nose and declared with overacted surprise, “It sure smells pretty and it’s beautiful, too. That’s why I picked it; here it’s for you.”

The weed before me was dying or dead. Not vibrant of colors, orange, yellow or red. But I knew I must take it, or he might never leave. So I reached for the flower, and replied, “Just what I need.” But instead of him placing the flower in my hand, he held it mid-air without reason or plan. It was then that I noticed for the very first time that weed-toting boy could not see: he was blind.

I heard my voice quiver, tears shone like the sun as I thanked him for picking the very best one. You’re welcome, he smiled, and then ran off to play, unaware of the impact he’d had on my day. I sat there and wondered how he managed to see a self-pitying woman beneath an old willow tree. How did he know of my self-indulged plight?

Perhaps from his heart, he’d been blessed with true sight. Through the eyes of a blind child, at last I could see the problem was not with the world; the problem was me. And for all of those times I myself had been blind, I vowed to see the beauty in life, and appreciate every second that’s mine. And then I held that wilted flower up to my nose and breathed in the fragrance of a beautiful rose. And smiled as I watched that young boy, another weed in his hand about to change the life of an unsuspecting old man.

More than half of the world's species of plants and animals are found in the rainforest. Rainforests support a very broad array of fauna including mammals, reptiles, birds, and invertebrates. Mammals may include primates, felids, and other families.

A natural rainforest emits and absorbs vast quantities of carbon dioxide. Tropical rainforests provide timber as well as animal products such as meat and hides. Rainforests also have value as tourism destinations and for the ecosystem services provided. Many foods originally came from tropical forests, and are still mostly grown on plantations in regions that were formerly primary forest.

In my opinion, i think that global warming is caused mainly by green house effect. The continue combustion of the garbages release a lot amount of heat which cause the temperature to rise to a critical level. Morever, the combustion done by the factories in all over the world especially production factories involved in the most combustions. The process of combustion like mention in the articles release a lot of gases wich release the carbon dioside gas and so on which trap the heat in the atmosphere. The increasement of these gases prevent the gases to be released to the outer space. For me, i think that the best way of solving the global warming is to reduce the combustions immediately. This will be the best step to be taken first. After that, further research shold be taken out so that the amount of gases trapped can be reduce. Thus release part of the gases to the outer space. Apart from that, the plants also play an important role in assorb the carbon dioside gas. As the amount of gases reduce, the rate of emitting infrared radiations can be reduce. What i mean here is global warming can be solve but not instantly. It takes time to solve the problem just like it takes time to happen. Thank you for reading.

The Amazing Phenomenon of Azaan
www.iLuvislam.com
oleh : everjihad

Azaan: The Amazing Phenomenon Amazing as it sounds, but fortunately for the Muslims of the world, it is an established fact. Have a look at a map of the world and you will find Indonesia on the eastern side of the earth. The major cities of Indonesia are Java, Sumatra, Borneo and Saibil.

As soon as dawn breaks on the eastern side of Saibil, at approximately 5:30 am local time, Fajar (Subuh) Azaan begins.

Thousands of Muazzins in Indonesia begin reciting the Azaan. The process advances towards West Indonesia. One and a half hours after the Azaan has been completed in Saibil, it echoes in Jakarta. Sumatra then follows suit and before this auspicious process of calling Azaan ends in Indonesia, it has already begun in Malaysia.

Burma is next in line, and within an hour of its beginning in Jakarta, it reaches Dakka, the capital city of Bangladesh. After Bangladesh, it has already prevailed in western India, from Calcutta to Srinagar. It then advances towards Bombay and the environment of entire India resounds with this proclamation. Srinagar and Sialkot (a city in north Pakistan) have the same timing for Azaan.

The time difference between Sialkot, Quetta, and Karachi is forty minutes, and within this time, Fajar Azaan is heard through out Pakistan. Before it ends there, it has already begun in Afghanistan and Muscat. The time difference between Muscat and Baghdad is one hour. Azaan resounds during this one hour in the environments of Hijaaz-e-Muqaddas (Holy cities of Makkah and Madinah), Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Iraq.!

The time difference between Baghdad and Alexandria in Egypt is again one hour. Azaan continues to resound in Syria, Egypt, Somalia and Sudan during this hour. The time difference between eastern and western Turkey is one and a half hours, and during this time it is echoed with the call to prayer. Alexandria and Tripoli (capital of Libya) are located at one hour's difference. The process of calling Azaan thus continues throughout the whole of Africa.

Therefore, the proclamation of the Tawheed and Risaalat that had begun in Indonesia reaches the Eastern Shore of the Atlantic Ocean after nine and half hours. Prior to the Azaan reaching the shores of the Atlantic, the process of Zohor Azaan has already started in east Indonesia, and before it reaches Dakka, Asar Azaan has started.

This has hardly reached Jakarta one and half hours later, the time of Maghrib becomes due, and no sooner has Maghrib time reached Sumatra, the time for calling Ishak Azaan has commenced in Saibil! When the Muazzins of Indonesia are calling out Fajar Azaan, the African Muazzins are calling the Azaan for Isha.

If we were to ponder over this phenomenon thoughtfully, we would conclude the amazing fact that there is not even a single moment when hundreds of thousands of Muazzins around the world are not reciting the Azaan on the surface of this earth. The Azaan is keep goin on and on. Non-stop! Even as you read this material right now, you can be sure there are at least thousands of people who are hearing and reciting the Azaan!!

assalamualaikumwarahmatullahhiwabarakaatuh n a very good morning.Today I would like to comment about a sport article that I had read before. This article actually is about a squash sport. As u all know, our coutry,Malaysia,is very proud because of one of our international player that is Dato' Nicol David has been declare as a the most talented player in squash because she now is at the top of the world ranking.so,the topic that I had read is 'Nicol has history in sight'.

NICOL David is one match away from adding yet another chapter to squash history when she advanced to the final of the World Games in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, yesterday. The Malaysian was almost flawless in her semi-final against Egypt’s Omneya Abdel Kawy, triumphing 11-4, 11-3, 11-6. It was a lesson in squash for Omneya, tipped to be a future world champion, as Nicol remains on course to become the first player to successfully defend the World Games title.

Today, Nicol faces the Netherlands’ Natalie Grinham, who needed five games to overcome Alison Waters of Britain in their semi-final.However, Azlan Iskandar failed to make it a day of double celebration for Malaysia when he went down 11-7, 11-6, 6-11, 7-11, 11-13 to Britain’s top seed Nick Matthew in a five-set thriller in the semi-final.From this article we absolutely can respect Dato' Nicol David about her talent because she had been a champion in so many competition. She is the one that had bring our Malaysia name to the top in tennis sport.

Today we can pray for him so that he will be the champion of World Games in Kaohsiung, Taiwan so that our country we can be peoud because at least our country is very famous in sport chapter.Dato' Nicol David also had been declare as 'Dato' also because she had bring our country name to all over the world in squash sport.

But today in Malaysia, there is very lack of talent player in all sport game. This is because there is so many young Malaysian player is really lazy in their training. This is a very bad condition because this can cause our country fall down again in the world ranking in any sports. This weakness should be repair quickly because this will make our Malaysia nme is not too famous in sport all over the world. The person that really important to solve all the problem is the coaches of all sports. They should be more straight in their lessons in order to create new international player that will old our Malaysia name at the top of the world ranking in all games that is play in the world.

Lastly I really hope that all of our Malaysia player in any sports can be more focus at their training so that our Malaysia name will be famous on sports not only for now but forever.Thank you.

The page that I moved from here to drug of abuse was absolutely not about pharmaceutical drugs, save a few lines. All the rest was about recreational substances. Nobody made an effort to harmonise this or to make the article more unbiased, and I doubt this would have been possible. This is why I acted unilaterally, and I'm quite pleased with the result.I can't believe you made such a statement, when heroin is still administered in some hospitals, and legally prescribed pharmaceuticals such as Fentanyl are indistinguisable from heroin.(unregistered user removed comments about sex).Than, you rename the (NPOV named) "Drug" page to the (POV named) "Drugs of abuse" page, which goes against the NPOV policy. Lastly, you threaten to give a hard time to anyone who reverses your uncalled for changes. No one can say the unique about drugs, but this article can reduce our logic thinking.Drugs is still can be a murder and the one who really knows to use just can save their futureand life.

This comment is about the virus influenza(H1N1). This article tells to reduce family outings and gatherings to prevent spread of virus
influenza(H1N1). Our ministry saids we should change our strategies and be more proactive in dealing with this matter. however, the public should not panic because most cases are mild. Those people with athma, chronic respiratory illness, diabetes, organ failure, and obesity should check thiear blood at the hospital. Until now, 102 patients are still recieving treatment. This involved 52 Malaysians, and 9 foreigner, had been reported. These cases show that the disease is spreading within the communities.
We should be more measures to curb H1N1. Some example is abnormal absence of staff at workplaces should be reported. This is because something may be happened. So, we should beware about this viruses to prevent it from spreading in our country.

Money and Time
www.iLuvislam.com
by: Aman bin Ahamad
MA09135

Subhan ALLAH - time flies by and we don't even notice it. Day after day is burnt, and we take no heed of it; no time to reflect and ponder as to where our minutes are being invested, where our time is leading us, and how we've exhausted our lives thus far. ALLAH swore by the time in Surah Al-Asr to emphasize the value of it. But a more frightening verse about this subject is:

"And for every nation there is an appointed term; then when the appointment is reached, not an hour can they delay it, nor shall they advance"
~Surah Al-'Araf,ayat 74~

Yes, the only certainty in life is that it will end. That appointment is concealed and preserved in ALLAH's knowledge alone. None of us are at liberty to delay that appointment by as little as a second, nor even advance it. If the angel of death arrives at our doorstep in a state of sin, not a minute can we hold him back to rectify that condition. When the trumpet is blown, on the day of judgment, our souls and bodies will be driven by an overwhelming power towards the jury of final account. There is no hiding, no procrastination, no extensions of "deadlines" - it's all against our will.

Action, not destination

However, my brothers and sisters, by our will we are empowered to control now, and to furnish for a better tomorrow. We control our actions, but not our destination. We command our intentions, but not our fate. But that's what ALLAH wants for us: good actions accompanied with noble intention - the secret recipe that carried the master-key to success in this temporal life, and the eternal abode. We must start now and act to make every moment in our lives a fruitful one. Time is not money. Money can be regenerated; time can not. Money can be compensated; time cannot. Money can be created; time cannot. Money can be made; time cannot. A ringgit wasted is replaceable, but a second burnt is in ashes, beyond recovery. Every second of our day is either utilized or wasted, and it's a chunk of our lives ostracized.

There is no middle category: if it's not used for good, it is wasted in evil. An analogy for smokers: while flame burns the content of your cigarette, imagine that cigarette to be your life spam that is burning slowly until it perishes. Where are you heading with it, and what good is the smoking habit returning for you? Ashing your time, your money, and your health. Have you prepared a justification to articulate that moment you stand alone before your lord for accountability? And likewise for addicts and those of us who persist on any type of sin.

Ali Ibn abi Talib (Radhi ALLAHU Anhu said):

"Work in this life as though you shall live forever. Prepare for death as though you will die tomorrow"

We ask ALLAH to protect us against all evil, and to fill our time with goodness and virtue. Ameen

TITLE:FOCUS STILL IN ENGLISH
REFERENCES: STAR,FRIDAY,
10 JULY 2009.

This comment were based on the issue about the decision to revert the teaching of science and mathematics to Bahasa Malaysia. The articles was taken from Star newspaper dated 10 July 2009 on Friday
which is about a weeks ago. From the articles, our Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak already stated that it was still the government aim to see Malaysians proficient in English and master it.
In my opinion, i was 100% percent agreed with what have been stated by our respected Mr. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak besause i think English is very important nowadays. As we all already knows,English were used all across the world or in the other word,it's globally used.Because of that, all Malysian should have to master English in order to communicate with others all around the world.Besides that, people in Malaysia also needs to learn and master in English in order to compete in the global arena.
Although teaching sciences and mathemathics in English is a good way to help malaysian students master in English, there are many problems occured due to the teaching sciences and mathematics in English. For examples, many student at primary school especially school that located at the village did not know how to use english.Because of that, student will not understand what are being teach by their teachers in the classroom. This will affect their examination result because they cannot perform well due to the less effectiveness during the teaching process in the classroom.
Due to this problem,i think the best way to overcome this problem,we do not need to reverting teanching sciences and mathematics to Bahasa Malaysia. But the method in teaching or reaching the objective is now have to become different and more effectives. For examples, teachers who teach at the primary school located at the village should be more creatives to make sure that all the student understand what the teachers trying to say.Another method to make sure that the student understand is the teacher must not to use a high level English.Just use the simple and easier languages because he students from school that located at villages commonly did not like learn English and any other subjects that being thaught in English. So,lets together make people in Malaysia master in English in order to compete in this challenging world.

I agree some of them, but I disagree some of them... 1st, Ya, "Give to GOD".. Ya, no wrong.. Give to GOD can let the GOD protect us to earn big money.. but my opinion is, i believe that money is wont drop from sky.. If wan earn the money, your must start it from your own hand!

And 5rd, 6rd and 7rd, "Pay off charges and loans", "Pay extra on home mortgage" and "Pay off car loan". For me, i think that no a good way.. why? I think i better pay less on that, and take the money go do some small business... I think that i can save more money than that.

And the other ways to save money got "Start small", "Put money into a retirement account", "Monitor ATM withdrawals", "Open an IRA", Evaluate life insurance", "Be accountable for your money", i agree that those is a good ways to save our money well.. And i will try it at my own life.

My conclusion is If really want to save the money, you need to start planning for now. And dont just say at there and doing nothing.

Now a days, computer is a very usefull machine that manipulates data according to a set of instructions. The early electronic computers were developed in the mid-20th century (1940–1945).
Modern computers diffrence with other machines becouse they can be programmed,it mean a list of instruction or program can be given to the computer and it will store them and carry them out at some time in the future.Computer program may run from just a few instructions to many millions of instructions, as in a program for a word processor or a web browser. Example, our traffic signal also been programmed by the computer.A general computer has four main component likes the arithmetic logic unit (ALU), the control unit, the memory, and the input and output devices. These parts are interconnected by busses, often made of groups of wires.
The control unit, often called a control system or central controller, manages the computer's various components. The ALU is capable of performing two classes of operations, arithmetic and logic.Memory can be viewed as a list of cells into which numbers can be placed or read.I/O is the means by which a computer exchanges information with the outside world.Computer is a complicated thing and we need to explore it much so that we can know more about it.

Studying for finals and midterms tends to be automatically linked with stress. In fact, where stress is already built into a situation where you need to call up all the important information that you’ve learned in each of several classes over the course of several months, the last thing students need to do is add to the stress of midterms and finals, right? Well, unfortunately, many students inadvertently do just that. Certain common practices that often make finals even more stressful than they need to be. Do any of these sound familiar?

Jane Eyre, written by Charlotte Bronte,Jane is an orphan and isolated at ten yesr old, living with a family that dislike her,She grows in strength, excels at school, to be a governessand falls in love with Edward Rochester. After being deceived by him, Jane goes to Marsh End, where she regains her spirituality and discovers her own strength. By novel's end, Jane is a strong, independent woman.
I am attracted by the Jane's experience.A common appearance,a thin body, but she has a strong spirit,I choose the chapter 23 to read,I have read the chinese translated text when I was seventeen year,I think this paragraph always effect to me.So let me talk about this.
Why I think chapter 23 always effect to me?Look at the "Do you think I can stay to become nithing to you to --as we are.this paragrph is the classic dialogue. This paragraph expressed a woman disagree knuckle under the repressed by the hard fate.We know a woman did that is so difficult.I like to read her spirit and soul.

As we know, there are lots of nationalitys in China, such as Han,Uygur,Tibetan,Dai and so on.
Different nationalitys have different culture and religon.Just because of these differences, some problem appeared.Mostly are small problem,it's can be easy to solve.that is because China is a free religon country. But some are very serious, just like 7.5event in Urumqi. This event coused many casualties, regional separatists only care what they want, even killed innocent civilians.
These kind of thing happened was because complex reasons. Before new China was founded, the people in these areas was lived under leader's control. They didn't have freedom. But now, these leader lost that kind of power, so they designed some serious events just like 7.5. As my opinion, I want to let every body know, China is growing, and China can not be sparated. But if we want avoid those,we have to consummate our law and continue developed to protect ourselves.

MIC offers RM3.2m to get Kampung Buah Pala back

PENANG: The MIC is willing to offer RM3.2 million if the Penang government can get back the land in Kampung Buah Pala, Bukit Gelugor from the developer.

MIC Youth chief T. Mohan said the move was to enable the residents to continue living in the village.

He was speaking to reporters after handing a memorandum to Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng through the latter's political secretary Ng Wei Eik at the Tun Abdul Razak Complex (Komtar), here, today.

Mohan and a group of men arrived at Komtar at about 5.30pm to hand over the memorandum immediately after he was released from police arrest.

They were arrested about 10am today in Jalan Datuk Keramat here for illegal assembly to hand over the memorandum to the Chief Minister.

According to the records, the Barisan Nasional had initiated the sale of the land but the confirmation letter on the land ownership was issued by the present state government led by Lim on March 27 last year.

There was commotion at Komtar after Mohan handed over the memorandum when a man verbally abused the group, causing them to chase the man and beat him, but the police managed to restore order.

The Kampung Buah Pala land controversy came about when the villagers were ordered to vacate the land before Aug 3 following the sale of the 2.6ha land by the previous state government to Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Pulau Pinang Bhd, which then appointed Nusmetro Ventures (P) Sdn to develop the land.

Comments : My comments is about the weakness of the Malaysian football . For me there just not the problem happen at the upper management of FAM ( Football Association of Malaysia) only but at the players also. The upper management of the FAM must find the way to improve their players skills and increase the players minded using in play. The players will follow what the upper management of FAM doing like their manager. For example the FAM send them to the Europe for training like English style and try to be like them. What i said that because as you can see how the giant club in Europe play? Such as Manchester United that was win many trophy in EPL ( English Premier League ) and UCL ( UEFA Champions League ) there. This is all about the commitment between the upper management and the players. A week ago, the club came to Malaysia for their Asian tour and make a match with our national team. I really hope that our squad win the match but it was so very disappointing. We, as a country squad fight with the club squad only. But why we failed to win the match? Although our club success in scoring 2 goals replied by 3 but I am still not be satisfied. The news day by day just know to said the weakness of our Malaysian football but they do not say what we must and must do! Anythings is just at the mouth without any action. For me, if not any action doing to improve our Malaysian squad, don't hope we can be the one of the country which very expert in football sport like Portugal, Spain, England, German, Italy, Brazil, Netherlands and France even dream...

Variety is the spice in Malay food. The traditional culinary style has been greatly influenced by the long-ago traders from neighboring countries, such as Indonesia, India, the Middle East, and China. Malay food is often described as spicy and flavorful as it utilizes a melting pot of spices and herbs.

Rice is the staple diet in any Malay meal. It is often served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper too. Most meals are eaten by using your fingers, and eating utensils are kept to a minimum. All dishes are served at the same time, accompanied by a refreshing drink. Fish is popular in Malay cooking, as with other seafood such as shrimps and cuttlefish. Beef and mutton are very popular choices but never pork as it is against their religious beliefs to eat pork. The other popular white meat is chicken.

Physical fitness refers to body health, and is the result of regular exercise, proper diet and nutrition, and proper rest for physical recovery.

This is also influenced by the standard of living and quality of life. Genetics also plays a major role in people's height. The study of human growth, its regulators, and implications is known as Auxology.

Mental health describes either a level of cognitive or emotional well-being or an absence of a mental disorder. The World Health Organization defines mental health as "a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community”.However, despite official definitions, the term mental health, and the question of whether or not an individual is 'mentally well', remains a subjective assessment.

The 88-storey PETRONAS Twin Towers is located at the North-west corner of the 100-acre development, the Towers standing majestically at 452 metres have been acknowledged by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat as the tallest buildings in the world.

The design, created by renowned architect, Cesar Pelli & Associates of the USA was selected through an international design competition held in 1991.

The floor plate of the Towers is based on geometric patterns common in architecture of Islamic heritage. It is composed of two rotated and super imposed squares with small circular infill around the edges. The exterior of the PETRONAS Twin Towers is organised in horizontal ribbons of vision glass and stainless steel which glint and shimmer in the sun. The design of the buildings also incorporates set-back at level 60, 73, 82, 84 and 88. Attached to each Tower is the 44-storey side tower or annexe, which provides an architectural balance to the slender profile of the main Tower. These coreless annexes also provide additional office space.

The Like the exterior design, the interior design patterns and materials used also reflect the national identity of Malaysia. The Towers' entrance lobbies are showcase of the country's cultural heritage, incorporating contemporary Malaysian motifs adapted from traditional handicrafts such as 'songket' and timber carvings while the floor design has been laid in a popular 'mengkuang' weave mat design.

A 58.4 metre sky bridge at levels 41 and 42 links the Twin Towers. The unique double-deck sky bridge stands 170 metres above street level with its arch support forming a symbolic gateway to the city centre.

The sky bridge is opened to visitors between 8.30am - 7.00pm every Tuesday to Sunday.

Hello...I have read an article about one of the famous music genre nowadays called BRITPOP@BRITISH POP.Britpop is a subgenre of alternative rock that originated in the UK.Emerged from British independent music scene of the early 1990s.Its developed as a reaction against various musical and cultural trends in early 1990s. It came from the wake of musical invasion in UK of American grunge bands.Bands such as Suede and Blur launched the movement by referencing British guitar music of the past and writing about uniquely British topics and concerns. These bands were soon joined by others including Oasis, Pulp, Supergrass and Elastica.

Britpop bands brought British alternative rock into the mainstream and formed the backbone of a larger British cultural movement. All of these bands were influenced by British guitar music of the past, particularly movements and genres such as the British Invasion, glam rock, punk rock and post-punk and also a little bit of pop.Its simply can be said as taking the references from the past.

The direct ancestors of the Britpop movement is alternative rock. The influence of The Smiths(alternative rock bands) was common to the majority of Britpop artists. The Madchester scene, fronted by The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, was the immediate root of Britpop since its emphasis on good times and catchy songs provided an alternative to shoe-gazing.Britpop bands relied on catchy hooks and wrote lyrics that were meant to be relevant to British young people of their own generation. They conversely denounced shoe-gazing and grunge as irrelevant and having nothing to say about their lives. Its shows that britpop bands and grunge bands are not clicking with each other. The Union Flag also became a prominent symbol of the movement. Its being use as a symbol of pride and nationalism contrasted deeply with the controversy that erupted just a few short. The emphasis on British reference points made it difficult for the genre to achieve success in the US.Its maybe because of the people in US did not likes the way of britpops band use to spread their genre. In our beloved country, there is also some underground band that played Britpop but they did not succeed as well as Oasis,Pulp, and others. For me,the one and only Britpop band in our country that good is only The times.
Please support our local music!
THANK YOU..

Assalamualaikum,I just read article about tsunami in internet..So I want write the summary about that.Tsunami is a Japanese word with the English translation, "harbor wave." The phenomenon we call tsunami is a series of large waves of extremely long wavelength and period usually generated by a violent, impulsive undersea disturbance or activity near the coast or in the ocean. When a sudden displacement of a large volume of water occurs, or if the sea floor is suddenly raised or dropped by an earthquake, big tsunami waves can be formed by forces of gravity. Earthquakes, landslides, volcanic eruptions, explosions, and even the impact of cosmic bodies, such as meteorites, can generate tsunamis. Tsunamis can savagely attack coastlines, causing devastating property damage and loss of life.

insomnia...a title that is very interesting i think...why??because as a student, i believed that many of us said cannot sleep during night...especially on weekend night...their reason is insomnia...hehehe...they do not need a doctor to check about their problems..they know it by themselves...well, what is insomnia actually?insomnia is a symptom of any of several sleep disorders, characterized by persistent difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep despite the opportunity. Insomnia is a symptom, not a stand-alone diagnosis or a disease. By definition, insomnia is "difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or both" and it may be due to inadequate quality or quantity of sleep. It is typically followed by functional impairment while awake. Both organic and non-organic insomnia without other cause constitute a sleep disorder, primary insomnia. According to the United States Department of Health and Human Services in the year 2007, approximately 64 million Americans regularly suffer from insomnia each year.Insomnia is 1.4 times more common in women than in men..hehe, so this reason may be used regularly by woman.there are three types of insomnia.
1. Transient insomnia lasts from days to weeks. It can be caused by another disorder, by changes in the sleep environment, by the timing of sleep, severe depression, or by stress. Its consequences - sleepiness and impaired psychomotor performance - are similar to those of sleep deprivation.
2. Acute insomnia is the inability to consistently sleep well for a period of between three weeks to six months.
3. Chronic insomnia lasts for years at a time. It can be caused by another disorder, or it can be a primary disorder. Its effects can vary according to its causes. They might include sleepiness, muscular fatigue, hallucinations, and/or mental fatigue; but people with chronic insomnia often show increased alertness. Some people that live with this disorder see things as though they were happening in slow motion, wherein moving objects seem to blend together. Can cause double vision.
so, i think for a student to use this excuse, they might be in the first type of insomnia, transient insomnia.i think that is all for now from me..till next time...tatatititutu

Assalamualaikum ,to day I would like to summarize about crocodile.
A crocodile is any species belonging to the family Crocodylidae, sometimes classified instead as thesubfamily Crocodylinae. The term can also be used more loosely to include all members of the order crocodilia like the true crocodiles, the alligators and caimans and the gharials or even the crocodylomorpha which includes prehistoric crocodile relatives and ancestors. Crocodiles are large aquatic reptiles that live throughout the tropics in africa, asia, the americas and australia. Crocodiles tend to congregate in freshwater habitats like rivers, lakes, wetlands and sometimes in brackish water. They feed mostly on vertebrates like fish, reptiles, and mammals, sometimes oninvertebrates like mollusks and crustaceans, depending on species. They are an ancient lineage, and are believed to have changed little since the time of the dinosaurs. They are believed to be 200 million years old whereas dinosaurs became extinct 65 million years ago, crocodiles survived great extinction events. That all ,thank you for reading.see again.
