Ohno,so glad to be a first writer in this post.......hahaha....O,back to the post..........
Firstly,i want to apologize when other people that was read this comment have my comment..Today,i have read a Berita Harian....just a sport news..The funniest that i was read is about English Premier League...It's about Liverpool FC,in London..In that article,"In second place(EPL)is the best for Our Club".What is the funny in this article??I think,a few months prior,they admitted can win cup altogether contested in this season..But now,there(Liverpool Fc)out form 2 tournament,third place in a league.the best change to win a cup is in UEFA champion League..But,not so easy to win it bcoz there are still in last 16 team in euro..Today in Berita Harian,The Manager,Rafael Benitez acknowledged that Manchaster United future won Cup and admitted second place is the best for their team..so funny...But,Manchester United,who can stop it from all tournament????There are the best club in the world and this season,there(Manchester United)already win a 2 cup,World Club's Cup and Carling Cup...
GO!!!GO!!!!1Manchester United....whatever people talk to Manchester United,there a still Champion and already the best club in the world...
FOREVER MANCHESTER UNITED!!!!!!!

The old patient had a lower level of B12 vitamin and caused double mental shrink compare to the one who has higher level of B12 vitamin.

The scientist hope they can find a way to increase the B12 vitamin level among the old man to slow down the cognitif reducing.
So professor David Smith from Oxford university discover one way to increase the level of B12 vitamin is drink 2 glass of milk a day.2 glass of milk a day is enough to increase B12.

They say one liter milk a day can saving a life but with two glass of milk a day can prevent from Alzhemeir disease.

so now i like to share with all of you about weight loss....haaa...mis..you want to reduce your fat or not???First af all is food...why must we care for what we want to eat??We need to have a suitable meal per day to control our metabolism of our body..

Hah now I would like to share the bad story that happen at Kuantan...
There a girl who studies in Form 4 have been raping by two men during waiting for her father to pick up she after finished the extra class yesterday...

It was scary...that girl had been shouted out but the two men try to threaten the victim...

In this case...many authorities should to be discuss on how to overcome thae problem..maybe the time for extra classes should be limits until 4 pm...then parents should take an action to pick up their child as soon as possible and as student we should not too easy to believed that kind of person the we are not familiar...

here i have a few simple tips that can go a long way..

Tip 1: try to avoid gorging yourself within a few hours of going to sleep. a heavy stomach will generally keep your awake.

Tip 2: avoid too much alcohol before bedtime. While alcohol can initially help a person to fall asleep, the quality of the sleep they are getting is not as good as it otherwise would be.

Tip 3: Drink a cup of warm milk right before going to sleep. The warmth in your stomach can help you relax.

Tip 4: when getting ready for bed, dim the lights. The dimness signals your brain that it is time to relax and be less active.

Tip 5: De- stress. If you are too stressed out and your brain can't relax. than will keep you awake.

this incident happened in Kuantan when he and his younger brother talking about motorcycle and made his younger brother feels unsatisfied then called his friends of four to beat him up.
in order to escape from being beaten by the men, he went to the house roof and then jumped on the ground jus like the superman.
he was sent to the hospital caused by injuries at his ass.
it shows that family members also cannot be trusted..
how shame it is..
what ever it is, family first..

ehmm today i want to share story about baby friendly...to me is very interesting story..

The Health Ministry is doing a great job in promoting health awareness as a means to prevent kidney disease. The government is also providing haemodialysis facilities at all its hospitals.

Nevertheless, in spite of all the health awareness and health education, there are too many patients suffering from kidney failure and government hospitals are unable to provide dialysis facilities for them.

It was reported that about 20,000 patients seek treatment at private dialysis centres.

Sadly, many are unable to afford this luxury. A dialysis session costs RM110 and the government provides a subsidy of RM50 per session. A patient needing dialysis three times a week, or 12 times a month, has to find RM720 every month for his treatment. If he is unable to undergo a kidney transplant or cannot afford RM720 a month, he dies.

Socso, the Pensions Department and Baitulmal must be congratulated for fully subsidising the patients who come under their purview. Unfortunately, most non-governmental organisations do not have the financial resources to help these patients as it is a lifelong commitment

The other day I heard about this Blackout Night which is going to be on this Saturday, 28th March. It sounds interesting to me but I happen to forget that until I read an article about it.

I thought that event will be held only in Malaysia without knowing that the event will also be held at Opera House and Sydney Bridge in Australia, Empire State and Golden Gate in USA. I’m looking this as a co-operation from everyone from all over the world in conserving nature, why? If I’m not mistaken there will be a short blackout starts at 8.30 till 9.30 pm. This is to support the mission of reducing global warming. The world is getting hotter day by day and hopefully by doing such event we actually helped to conserve energy.

I hope that everyone won’t be complaining for the electricity shortage for that particular hour. 1 hour of energy conserving won’t get to replace the global warming that we have faced since years ago. So, people! Conserve Energy and LOVE nature for the comfortable living of ours in future!

'umbrella are the next weapon for girls' i say this because the are one article said that...the women escaped from being raped by hit the man using the umbrella after her bag was snatched by her.

i really thinking that umbrella are better than pepper sprays because pepper sprays we put inside the bag,when our bag being snatched,it will no be use anymore..but umbrella,we hold its,the not the fold able kind (or else it would have been kept inside her hand-bag) but the long, slender one with the pointed end that we are all familiar with...

When a woman is cornered, the umbrella can be used as a defence tool by hitting at her assailants and using the pointed end to jab where it hurts most.

This will stun the man temporarily, giving the victim some time to seek help from the public or someone in the vicinity.

all of you read the paper on 28th march?
it is about the accident that happen at Malacca...it's a sad story about 4 best friend and roommates... there are from UITM Malacca and the sad things about them are all four of them die in the tragic accident...

For your information, two of them are 2nd year student and the other two are in 3rd year... all of them are the diploma students..they got into accident with the trailer and die immediately there..

Its so sad for their family but what all of us can do is say a pray to them..

i want to tell you about my favourite sport that is sepak takraw.. i'm love it and this is my kind of sport because if the sport that us the hand like badminton or others..i'm totally failed it because my hand is not so big and got enough energy to make me a good player..

sepak takraw is our national sport beside football and others.it play by three player..the player that make a gymnastic movement is call killer or apit kanan..the player that give the ball to the killer to kick it hard to the side of the court is call apit kiri or fielder..the man that is sitting in the round circle is call tekong and its job to take first ball to other side of the court that is call service...the famous service is originated from Thailand that is sepak kuda..

the game is played within 21 point and be referee by a official raferee..that all i thinks...for now..

I impressed to the one article that entitled "Seven World Languages". In my opinion, increasing which language known, increasing knowledge achieved. It obviously gives an advantage to anyone because the skill well off enable to anyone were being anywhere in this world in easy thing and comfortable.

Basically it was will not happen communication problem because of difficulties understand language place visited, moreover it actually easier without having to use middlemen help or translator.
However, handfuls willing to spend time learn many languages, only just mother tongue such as Malay language and English. But, for this guy, Shahabudeen Jalil Kamarul Jaman, 29, he assume the need a challenge and make it as a fun living because giving much knowledge, and now he more focus to businesses in global level.
Apart from Malay language, English and Tamil, he also dominated German-language, Russian, Mandarin and latest were studying Arabic. Seven language are devoured by the enable to him go travel to every country which uses that language without face to face communication problem.
Hopefully that article can be an inspiration and encouragement to all of us to master multilingual.

I learn this subject for 2nd semester and I like it very much. This subject provides me abundance of knowledge about the work behavior of the worker, the job analysis and so on. It is very helpful for my future work place and I can have a good forecasting about my future workplace.

In a nutshell, weight gain can be achieved with the combination of good nutrition and a consistent weight training program. When it comes to nutrition, it’s essential to have a combination of protein, carbohydrates, and good fats if you want to add weight. Proteins are necessary, because they repair and rebuild muscles after a workout. The average person should take in 1/2 gram of protein per pound of body weight to be healthy. But if you want to gain weight, you should consume about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Red meat, eggs, fish, poultry are great sources of protein that also provide important amino acids that aid in healthy weight gain.

And don’t leave out the carbohydrates, which the body stores in the muscle tissues and liver in the form of glucose. When your body needs energy, it turns to these stored carbs for fuel. If you don’t have enough carbohydrates, your body will convert protein into carbohydrates to get energy, thereby robbing your body of the proteins it needs to help you gain weight.

Carbohydrates are comprised of three types: simple, complex and dietary fiber. Simple carbohydrates can be obtained from sources like fruit juices; complex carbohydrates come from potatoes, oats, brown rice, whole grains and pasta; and dietary fiber comes from vegetables such as sweet corn, black beans and broccoli, among many others. The best approach is to get your calories from eating raw foods, but this is not always possible for people who have trouble gaining weight. For them, meal replacements can be important tools.

To implement a weight gain program, it’s imperative that you eat several smaller meals a day rather than three larger meals. Why is this important? Because as the frequency of meals increases, so will nutrient absorption rates. More frequent nutrient delivery also means your body will be in a better position to regulate insulin levels, which factor into weight gain. The problem is that if you’re like most people, you probably don’t have time to prepare six meals a day. Meal replacements, which are commonly referred to as as MRPs (meal replacement powders), can provide a solution.

1.Admit that you have a problem.You can't change if you don't admit your faults. Accept the fact that you are being negative. This will just make it easier for you to become positive!

2.Have goals.Goals give you a more positive outlook on life.

3.Surround yourself with positive people!

4.Avoid negative influence.

5.Smile at stranger.Although this may seem a little weird, it actually makes you feel more positive and happy. You may even brighten that other person's day with just a smile.

6.Listen to positive music.

7.Replace negative thoughts with something positive.

8.Focus your imagination and efforts on becoming that new positive person.

Hi,Miss Intan. I would like to share with you a article which relates to one's identity have been changed. The title of the article is 'Man wrongly classified as dead'(Tuesday March 31, 2009).

With this title of the article, I think the readers are not understand what is going to happen. Actually, this article is telling about a person who was in prison for six years from 1999 and went to apply for his MyKad soon after his release, but he was shocked when told by an officer that records showed that he had died.

How come a citizen's identity is appear as dead status even he is still alive in his country? Is it kinds of a big joke to him, isn't it?

If this going to happen on me, I will going to be crazy and feels that my God is kidding on me. (After I read this article, I felt funny and I also felt 'sweat' about this case.==")

Well, I think our government department should aware about this kinds of mistake and I hope this will not going to be happened again.

I know everybody will make mistakes in their lives. Actually, making mistake is a common thing in the journey of learning. But, ones must ensure that he/she will not do the same mistake again. Everybody must change and correct their mistake so that they can be improved.

Today I was reading New Straits Time online and I was reading one of the most interesting out. That is about our national income survey. According to this news, The Statistic Department will conduct an integrated household income and expenditure survey beginning next month. As to this, the aim of the survey is to gather information on the level and pattern of expenditure by household on various goods and services. The department said the information would be the basis to ascertain the type of goods and services which should be included in the calculation of the consumer price index. Field officers will interview selected households. So, with this income survey, we can compile a strategy to make sure that our economic is stabile because August is the critical month for us to fill the impact of economic today.

HAI.. everyone, I want to ask you a question, how safe are you at home?

You might be street-smart when you are out clubbing, but when it comes to safety ay home are you letting your guard down too much?

Thankfully, there are plenty of things you can do to try to minimize the opportunities to entering your home:

ALWAYS LOCK DOOR AND WINDOWS. Make sure you have a solid timber door with a deadlock and you are at home, keep the door locked from the inside with key in it, in case you need to make a quick exit. Have safety locks, put on the window or install some dowel road so that you can have them slightly open but secured. This help anyone from forcing their way in—particular in laundries and bathroom.

PUT VALUEABLE OUT OF SIGHT. Leaving your wallet, money or jewellery in full view of a window or glass door could be an enticement to a thief for some quick money.

PUT EMERGENY NUMBERS ON SPEED DIAL. This will save time should hear an intruder in the house

NEVER MAKE SAFETY PERCEPTIONS. Often security surveillance systems in apartment building do not have tape in them or are broken. Or, neighbours let strangers through the front door if they say they have left their key at home. Use a lock when you are in the bathroom and have the installed lock on your bedroom door to use at night.

Storage. Crafting is more fun and efficient when everything is in place. Create a section to stash all the buttons, beads, fabrics, paints and tools on the wall shelves or you can recycle everyday items like shoeboxes, cookie tins, jam jars, or plastic boxes to use as a storage compartments.

Accessibility. Now that you have everything in place, ensure that they are within reach and easily accessible to it will not interrupt your creative process. Be sure to label the items and tools clearly and keep everything in plaint and sight. Also, make it a habit to place the items to where they belong.

Lighting. Having proper lighting is must for your craft making. It help to identify the true colours and it important to your mood too. If there are not window nearby for the nature lighting, a task for reading lamp can offer you for necessary lighting you need. Find the one where you can clip the side of the table if you have a limited place to do your work.

Inspiration. Do not be afraid to make your craft space a big crazy by painting the walls with funky colours or displaying bold, eye-catching artwork to stimulate your creativity. Listening to the right kind music help too.

Hello…I share some idea to everyone, so let see what’s that.

Have you all eve feel the fishy smell on your hand after eating..? the next time your hands smell of strong foods like fish or garlic, just crab a few coffee beans and rub them together with your hands. It will immediately absorb the foui smell through the oil that is released from the coffee beans. Once the odour is gone, wash tour hands with soapy water. So..next time you can try it if you face the same problem, do it especially before you have to meet people when your hands got the smell..hehe.

The another is about “Barf bag”. To avoid airsickness, drink a small bottle of ginger ale before boarding and it will help to calm your stomach. Ginger is famous used in traditional Chinese medicine to prevent nausea. For long- haul flight, try munching on gingersnaps, emm yummy… So try it especially to our friends who will fright back to Sabah and Sarawak for the coming semester break. Remember OK.

From tigers to tapir, more than half the mammal species found in the country are present in the Ulu Muda area.
Studies and surveys from a scientific expedition to the Ulu Muda Forest Reserve in march 2003 also found that these species and 42 of 54 reptile species.
The dense jungle are home to 78 per cent squirrel species ,53 percent bot species , 175 bird species, seven out of 10 horn bill species.
The reserve itself is over 100,000 ha in size and is spread
of the Sik,Padang Terap and Baling districts,adjacent to Thailand in the northeast and Perak in the south.
In 1996,the National Ecotourism Plan recognized Ulu Muda as a potentially important nature tourism destination.
The forest here is also a storehouse of medical plant surveys of just small sections uncovering about 56 species.
