Mobile phone: luxury or necessity
Before this, having mobile phone, MP3 player, MP4 player and portable DVD player are said luxury life but now most of these gadgets are said necessity in our life especially mobile phone. With the technological advancement nowadays, mobile phone is seems to be more sophisticated. We can use it to sms, call, or listening to the music. Most of the mobile phone is provided with camera and navigator. It has made our lives much more interesting.
However, if we misused this kind of gadget, it also can ruin our life. For example, if we are too lax using mobile phone, we will neglect our daily life. We tend to sms or playing game rather than eat, sleep and so on.
At the end of the day, it is the small choices made everyday that determine the good or bad effect of technology on our life.

Today i read an article about weddings, specifically strange weddings that occurred in Asia.
Love is strange. Indeed the things that come from it is strange too. once there was a girl who was told that her first marriage would not turn out good, but her second marriage would turn out just fine. So her parents married her off to a tree....This is a situation, whereas someone's prediction literally become the faith of this girl. The reason for her parents did that was it's easy to divorce a tree. So the thing is that out there, there is a tree that just been through a divorce. After that the girl married a man and surprisingly, the marriage is good.
Besides that, there also an incident involving another couple, where in the midst of their wedding, the groom decided to leave his bride. But as the bride still want to go on with the wedding, she just picked someone from the guest and get married. Another thing is, the bride was six month pregnant.
Strange indeed.....
this incidents makes you thing how strange the world could be....
but anyhow, never make me afraid to get married....

A shoulder to cry on
By WONG LI ZA

this article i read from "the star newspaper online".

this is about funeral directors or “funeral ritualists" based on Dr Chan.it is true that death is something that can't mention in our life.this is the less people talking topic.

but the funeral directors play a vital role in our society.they may as a counselor at that time. They can provide emotional support and help the family understand the reason why certain rituals are performed.

but for Dr Chan, no all rituals should take.we should change as the time is change.so the goal now is to combine traditional rituals and modern living to develop a set of beliefs and practices that meets the emotional needs of grieving families and provides them with peace.

to me, death is a life process,we should accept it when this is the time it come.we can express our emotion, but in the deep heart, we should try to accept it as time pass.

Their leader known as Jesse James and his team from the professional car builder. In this program, Jesse's team will be given a task to modify car into monster truck. The interesting part is his team only supplied by 3ooo dollars and have to finish their project in a week. at the first time, I think their team could not make it but after watch this program, it's become 'wow' effect in my mind. To finish the task,their team cooperate and share their experience together. If his team can finish the task, their team will received Mac Tools which is a good thing for car builder.

how to get healthy teeth?
from what i read in the star online today,to get healthy teeth,we cannot depend on brushing them only.that may not be able to maintain an oral hygiene level.only23% of oral cavity surface is from teeth.brushing cleans about three quarter of the mouth.all it takes for good oral hygiene is brushing,flossing and rinsing.good bacteria will not really be affected if antiseptic mouthwash is used in recommended way.rinsing our mouth after meal is also very important.

What an interesting article that I have read? Do you know magnets have been used to disrupt crocodile radar (sense of direction)? And then do you know that crocodile navigate using the influence of the earth's magnetic field? By placing magnets on the crocodile head, this makes them less of a threat to human. Experiment has been directed by a group of scientists in Florida; they captured the crocodile from the swamp area and allocated them to the other place after placing a magnet on, the scientists found that those with magnets putting on them has less “homing ability”. After reading this article, I think the creator of world really did a great job. We can discover the new things in nature everyday with latest science technology. I enjoy reading the article as I gain more knowledge. Besides that, I think we should appreciate on what the creator gave us and then do our best to protect the Mother Nature from being destructed and destroyed by human activities and development.

For this month, i want to share with you all about the No.1 Tamil Radio Station, THR Raaga.

There are several secrets that made this Tamil Station to maintain its No.1 for the best Tamil Station in Malaysia.

THR appllied the lifestyle segmentation technic in their programme.This segmentation is based on consumers’ life cycle. As an example, they provide traffic report to the listener. THR also lighten the listener morning with the hottest topic to discuss.

Besides THR.FM also appllied the conceptof demographics segmentation. There are 2 programmes share with 1 frequencies. They are THR Raaga and THR Gegar. This may increase the number of listeners indirectly because this station can be listened by two or more different races and ethnics of people.

There are also several criteria that did not mention here. Cooperation and leadership are the most important criteria to make a programme success. THR.FM you deserve for your No.1! Your programmes are really interesting and attractive.

-spitting blood
-having needles jabbed in swollen sore gums
-pink goop crammed in the mouth for impressions
-suction devices
-hard plastic forced in the mouth for x-rays
-stupid bright light
-the picture on the wall,of fake flowers painted by some dirt ball kindergartner (supposedly to give that nice relaxed feeling)

wonder if it is true?

I'm sure everyone here has heard before that cats have 9 lives!Well, this is not true because cats have no more lives than any living creature on the planet! The expression "Cats have 9 lives" came to be because cats are creatures that are quite adaptable to so many conditions. We often see cats escape from very difficult situations and appear to be able to survive what may seem to be impossible to live through.
Being agile and skillful predators, cats can very often get out of situations which other animals, even human beings cannot. Their compact bodies and relatively low weight give them this advantage. They have fantastic hearing and smelling organs which can give them warnings that danger lies ahead, therefore they can stay out of trouble.
Cats, just like any other pet need supervision and a safe environment. The "nine lives" that are attributed to them is a wonderful myth and certainly not real.

I’d read an article that title Benefit from a colour scheme in your architectural environment. This article says that people are stimulated and motivated by dynamic and up-lifting colour schemes. Therefore the team from human colours carefully chooses colours that suit the architecture and the environment. Human needs for inspiration, calm, well-being, light and that’s why an architect must choose good colour for their plan project .A well designed colour scheme can bring scientifically proven advantages:
* Improvement in perception
* Increase in performance (between 30 and 60 %)
* Decrease in mistakes due to the minimizing of monotony (up to 40% fewer accidents)
* Orientation is assisted
* Recuperation and the restoration of energy is promoted.
* Reduction in absenteeism
this shows that the colour that chosen is determine the success of a project.

do you like milk??i'd make on researh about milk and this is the content of its nutrient. Milk has an excellent nutrient profile, providing significant amounts of high-quality protein ,calcium, riboflavin, magnesium, phosphorus, niacin equivalents, vitamin B1 2, vitamin B6, vitamin A, and when added, vitamin D, as well as several other essential nutrients. In fact, milk is a nutrient-densefood, providing a high nutrient content in relation to its calories. 2% reduced fat milk, 1% low fat, and nonfat milk have a similar nutrient content with the exception of calories and fat. The nutrient content of flavored milks such as chocolate milk is similar to that of the corresponding unflavored milk. The major exceptions are the higher contents of carbohydrate and calories in chocolate milk due to the addition of sucrose and other nutritive sweeteners. In general, chocolate-flavored milks
have about 60 more calories than their unflavored counterparts. So it’s clear that having milk is much better than having chocolate milk or strawberry milk. Lets drink milk for better health.

i read about a king who offered a prize to the artist. Many artists tried. The king looked at all the pictures. But there were only two he really liked, and he had to choose between them.

One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror for peaceful towering mountains all around it. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace.

The other picture had mountains, too. But these were rugged and bare. Above was an angry sky, from which rain fell and in which lightning played. Down the side of the mountain tumbled a foaming waterfall. This did not look peaceful at all.

But when the king looked closely, he saw behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird had built her nest. There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sat the mother bird on her nest - in perfect peace.

Which picture do you think won the prize? The king chose the second picture. Do you know why?
"Because," explained the king, "peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. That is the real meaning of peace."
so my friends always in relax condition even you have a major problem:)
find you own peace and enjoy our life.

Chillies, chillies, chillies. This is I think the most amazing ingredients in any food, especially Malaysian food. Without it, everything seems tasteless. Even if you are just eating plain rice with fried fish, with a dash of sambal belacan, the dish suddenly turn to magical. The only chilli that I’ved ever tasted is our regular Bird's Eye Chilli, which is small in size but can bring tears to your eyes. This article I found about chilli list a bunch of chillies (or they’ve been calling it peppers) that I’ve never heard of like Jalapenos, Scotch Bonets, Serranos or Wax peppers. It also lists the chillies according to their heat level, putting habaneros, Scotch Bonets and Jamaican Wax as the spiciest. They also state some weird methods to eat this chillies, like grilling it and eat it, or mix it with honey as a salad dressing. It just excites my thought to think are ‘their’ peppers are hotter than ‘our’ chillies? Because I don’t know American or European that can stand the heat of our sambal, so how spicy is the spiciest? I really want to try all the chillies listed here, then can i conclude which one is hotter.
Gosh,now I’m drooling.

as we all know,we are in some kond of critical economy situation. after i did some research (fuyo) i realize that every country that have thier currency "didagangkan" with US dolar, they will face much larger potential of having economic crisis.

compare to other country that have thier currency fix with the value of 'dinar emas' they will face the econim crisis but not as bad as other country that have their currency togather with US dolar.

Rashidun, 632-661

Abu Bakr, the first successor of Muhammad, according to Sunni beliefs, nominated Umar as his successor on his deathbed, and there was consensus in the Muslim community to his choice. Umar Ibn Khattab, the second caliph was killed by a slave. His successor, Uthman Ibn Affan, was elected by a council of electors (Majlis), but was soon perceived by some to be ruling as a "king" rather than an elected leader. Uthman was killed by members of a disaffected group. Ali then took control, and although very popular, he was not universally accepted as caliph by the governors of Egypt, and later by some of his own guard. He had two major rebellions and was assassinated after a tumultuous rule of only five years. This period is known as the Fitna, or the first Islamic civil war. Under the Rashidun each region (Sultanate, Wilayah, or Emirate) of the Caliphate had its own governor (Sultan, Wāli or Emir).

Muawiyah, a relative of Uthman, and governor (Wali) of Syria became one of Ali's challengers. After Ali's death, Muawiyah managed to overcome other claimants to the Caliphate. Under Muawiyah, the caliphate became a hereditary office for the first time. He founded the Umayyad dynasty. In areas which were previously under Persian or Byzantine rule, the Caliphs lowered taxes, provided greater local autonomy, greater religious freedom for Jews, indigenous Christians, and brought peace to peoples demoralized and disaffected by the casualties and heavy taxation that resulted from the years of Byzantine-Persian warfare.

This time I would write about energy...what is energy?..it is not a common topic right? Not all of us can explain the real meaning of energy completely. Actually, energy is the fuel of life. It keeps plants grow, the animals alive including us. It is too general and the real definition of energy is the ability of a physical system to do work, whether than be growing, lifting, moving or sustaining life.
Nowadays human use many kinds of energy. According to biological level, we get energy by eating foods. Where the food came from? They came from plants and animal right? Besides that we have to remind ourselves that energy also produce from the warmth of the sun. But in this millennium era, we have also discovered more and more ways of exploiting energy such as electric motors. These range from wood fires, which create light and heat from the chemical energy stored in plants, to gas power station which electricity from the heat created by burning natural gases.Hence, as the future engineer, we should explore more and think out of the box, how to create more and more effective energy generator...

Stress and Work...

1.Identify what stresses you.
We are creatures of habit. Analyze what stresses you and get to the root of it. Find out what punches those buttons. As small business people we live or die by the jobs we land. Rather than stress about losing a major contract, look at why. If it’s something you did wrong, learn from the experience and do better next time. Put it behind you. Your analysis might show that losing the job had nothing to do with you, but involved difficulties your client faced.
Step2
Avoid destructive behavior.
We’re dealt with smoking and excessive drinking, but destructive behavior extends to drug use, speeding, fighting. Don’t take stress out on yourself or the ones around you.
Coffee is a crutch many of us use. One or two cups a day are relatively benign, but some people have a defect in the gene that clears caffeine. If you find yourself hitting an afternoon slump, switch to green tea, a beverage loaded with antioxidants that’s far healthier.
Step3
Adopt positive daily habits.
In addition to increasing physical well being, exercise relieves stress. Few things make me feel as good as a competitive tennis match. Yoga and Tai Chi are powerful stress relievers. So is meditation. I meditate every morning when I get up. It puts everything in perspective and energizes me for my day. An activity as simple as deep breathing can calm you during a hectic time. Every day you should make a point of doing something that is fun and relaxing, like listening to good music. I keep a book going on my bed stand at all times. Even after a long day of travel far from home, I can open a novel and lose myself in another world for a few minutes before drifting off to sleep.
Step4
Allow intimacy.
The support and care of a loved one is a powerful antidote to loneliness and stress. It’s such a vital factor that one study after another shows that married people live longer than those who are single. Your partner is there not to dump your problems, but to share your life as an understanding human being. If you relationship culminates in good sex, that can can also provide the benefit of physical stress relief.
