hehehehe....i love japan...so another type of cloth in japan...yukata,the summer cloth...hehehe...i'm sure miss will be beutiful when you wear this...so,people wearing yukata are a common sight at fireworks displays, bon-odori festivals, and other summer events.its look like kimono but yukata is more simple.it also worn after taking a bath because yukata mean bathing cloth...un like kimono, yukata are made from cotton rather than silk or synthetic fabric, and they are unlined.the way to wear yukata is easily than wear kimono because kimono has 6 to 8 layers but yukata is only 1 layer.to avoid from yukata from falling open when worn in public,an obi (belt) is used to wrap the the yukata from under chest below...obi is about 12 to 15cm wide...i think...that's all...

i love eat so much especially eat local foods. so when i read an article about nasi ulam, i am very excited. i am so hungry when i read this article...huhu..
Nasi Ulam is Malay for "rice" (nasi) with a whole variety of local greens. These greens comprise vegetables, herbaceous plants, edible wild plants, shoots, leaves and stems. nasi ulam also known as kampung salad. i dont know why they put this name but what i know nasi ulam is a signature dish of Peranankans as well as the Malays. Nasi Ulam has been a popular dish with the natives of the Malay Peninsula. But like many dishes in South East Asia, other cultures also have their version of the dish, especially the Peranakans who adapted the dish until it became an integral part of Straits cooking. It is now known as "Queen" of all Peranakan rice.
the reason why i like nasi ulam is Nasi Ulam is eaten together with sambal (chilli -based paste). i love sambal so much too even i have a gastric...hehhe..
Just as there is a large variety of ulam (raw vegetables), so too there is large variety of sambals. The white rice can be enhanced with a variety of combinations of ulam and sambal. The ulam is usually only par cooked in the heat of the freshly cooked white rice, retaining most of the freshness and crispiness of the vegetables in their raw form.
normally, There are about 50 varieties of ulam and numerous varieties of sambal. Nasi Ulam is usually made with the eight most popular variety of raw vegetables. Some of these are ulam raja (king of greens, stem and leaf) with sambal udang (chillipaste and dried prawns) kachang botol (winged bean, young fruit) with sambal belachen (chilli with prawn paste), petai (young beans) with sambal goreng (fried chilli paste) or daun pegaga (leaf and root) with sambal kelapa (chilli paste with coconut), terung pipit (fruit) or pucuk gajus (leaf and shoot) with any other combination of sambal.

In the Malaysian states of Kelantan and Trengganu, Nasi Ulam and Nasi Kerabu are synonymous. There are not only regional but racial variations of this dish . The Chinese are likely to blanch the vegetables to remove the bitterness. The Malays and Indians would eat the ulam raw but the Indians would have the added ingredient of the famous pucuk karupeli (curry leaf).Traditionally, whatever the combination, Nasi Ulam or Nasi Kerabu consists of white rice, green salad, and sambal.

so make sure all of you try to eat nasi ulam. nasi ulam also good for our health..

Assalamu'alaikum,

=) I wanted to share about an article which similarly with what had just happen to me today, eventhough just overslept but still a big deal for me, woke up late in the morning makes my day a little mess.
so, today's article is about 'Bad Day or Burnout'. Everyone has periods when work piles up, the boss is ticked and stress is high. But there's a difference between a bad day or week at week at office and burnout, according to Dr. Micheal Leiter, who heads the Centre for Organizational Research and Development at Acadia University in Nova Scotia and is the co-author of Banishing Burnout. He identifies three components to burout:
Your general well being.
Do you feel exhausted?
Your relationship with work
Do you feel apathetic or that you can't concentrate, like you're "going through the motions?"
Your self-evaluation.
Do you doubt that you're doing important work and that you're good at it?
Having any one of these feelings doesn't constitute burnout. The accumulation and frequency of symptoms should be a warning sign.
I thinks this is enough for this time. thats all, thank you =)

This article is about weight-loss tips.Actually, this is not a diet or a rigorous exercise.Instead, it's a simple way to make weight loss a natural part of the life you already live. It's fun! You don't have to give up the foods you love or join a gym. It's about balancing calories in tiny ways that add up to big benefits. You just adopt some tricks naturally lean people do. Pick the ones you like, stick with them, and you'll slim down and tone up for good.

Morning Makeover
1. Wake-up workout When your eyes open, sit up slowly without using your hands. With legs straight out, lean forward until you feel a gentle stretch in your back and hamstrings. Hold; then, using your abs, lower yourself flat. Rest and repeat two more times. Strengthens core. Burns 10 calories

2. Coffee saver Instead of pouring that 1/3 cup of half-and-half (a whopping 105 calories!) into your mug, replace it with the same amount of 2% milk. Saves 60

3. Talk it up Every time you grab the phone, stand up and pace around. Heavy people sit on average two and a half hours more per day than thin people, according to the Mayo Clinic. Burns 50 or more

4. At lunch, pick a pita Use one mini whole-wheat pita instead of the usual two slices of white or refined wheat bread for your sandwich. Saves 70

5. Carry some weight When you're grocery shopping or running errands, wear a backpack with a 5-or 10-pound bag of sugar inside to increase resistance and burn more calories. Add purchases to your load as it becomes easier. Burns 20 (for an hour of errands)

6. Use better butter No, you don't have to give up the real deal instead of a tablespoon of stick butter, use a tablespoon of whipped and cut half the calories. Saves 30

For more details, you can refer to the reader digest magazine..
I hope all of you can try these simple steps to make sure you get your ideal weight..^_^

It was an article about recreate your love life . It was so interesting . Through the article I learn to behave and react in a particular way . I understand that girls who care about the way they look , dress and behave are always more attractive than girls who don't care about these things...but in my opinion what a man is really interested in was the positivity of a girl . I really agree that we don't need depend on make-up to become more attractive . Sometimes maybe just with a bright confident smile already works or maybe we oso can try give an impression of the interesting girl we are to others . The importance is good vibes attract good vibes , so what we need to do is put our best self forward !

Hi Miss Intan and my friends,
This time, I have come up with an article about how to be a millionaire. This article was mind capturing to me as this a dream of most of us. Thus, I decided to explore the article till the end to discover the hidden truths which can transform an ordinary person into a millionaire. There are five points mainly highlighted in this article. Initially, we are required to set our sights on where we are heading to. This will help us to focus on our target clearly and therefore we will work towards our target. Next, we will need to educate ourselves. This can be best explained as there are some people avoid investing just because they don't get it. Due to this, they must be financially literate. Thirdly, we must understand that passion pays off. The millionaires across the world say they never would have been successful if their vocation wasn't something they cared about. Beside this, we advised to grow our money. We must set aside some money for the sole purpose of investing it where it will grow dramatically. And the last tip is we must be able to take risk which means no guts, no glory. We must utilize the opportunities around us and at the mean time we must prepare ourselves to take risk. This would help us learn more about financial issues. That's all about this article and I believe this would be helpful to those who are aimed to be one if the world's millionaire. Good luck guys!

Here is another interesting topic that would be a good start to many of us. How many of us suffer from depression and have bad anger? I guess majority of us do. well here are some tips that might be off hand helpful to us all.

Only wisdom can help you if you are depressed and angry because you have lost the most important person of your life. Wisdom explains the meaning of life and death, and gives you many answers to questions you didn't even think of asking. Only wisdom can slap you in the face when you complain, and show you how much you have yet to do and learn.

If you believe you did not deserve so much suffering, you better examine your own psyche because you will certainly discover the reason for your pain in the mistakes you would have made according to your character if you were not prevented to, due to the misfortune in your life. Perhaps this loss was a protection because you could have lost more.I certainly agree with this.

Why you?

Other people are not in so much despair! Everyone lives and laughs...

You want to disappear...

Because, my friend, some people are superficial, other people are artificial and only a few people in our world are genuine. You are an exception: you are alive, you understand, you care, you are not indifferent to what happens in your life, you think and you can feel. You are for real!

Thus, for you life is difficult. You had to lose.

However, you are now wiser only because you know how insignificant you are and how empty life can be. You are not naïve...

Time will pass, other situations and notions will complete your journey and only then will you understand why things had to be so hard for you now that you have begun your journey. Things change a lot, but the human being survives and moves on. There is a future that is completely different from the past, which is waiting for you when you heal your wounds.

Pay attention to your dreams and take notes. The wise and saintly unconscious that produces them is in fact a doctor and a teacher. By translating these strange dream images into words that your conscience can understand, you will be able to develop all your capacities and become more intelligent or even a genius with continual dream interpretation.

Most people care for their dreams only when they are depressed or when they have serious problems, in the same way that they go to the doctor only when they are very sick. But dream interpretation is not only free and safe psychotherapy for you, it is also a treasure you must explore! You can learn whatever you desire and solve all your problems with the guidance of the unconscious.

When you start analyzing your entire life since birth in your dreams, you will forget that you were depressed and angry before. This is a new world, your internal world, which is the most important one for you. Not only will you have the answers for all your questions but also for those you didn't even think of asking.

Through dream interpretation, you will discover the wisdom that will reveal exactly why we pass through pain and what to do in order to live free of suffering and discover true and eternal happiness. Don't you think so guys? Well in my opinion I feel it is necessary to analyse your own self when you are in a depression or anger mood. take a clear picture of yourself.

Hi everyone, today I come with new information. Before I share about it, I would like to ask that does anyone know a diamond will break if you hit it with a hammer. Its sounds weird right because we only heard that diamond are very hard. But it’s true.

As we all know, a diamond is the hardest natural substance on earth. But then it will simply vanish if placed in an oven and the temperature is raised to about 763 degrees.

Most diamonds are found in volcanic rock. A diamond is 58 times harder than the next hardest mineral on earth, corundum. We have been heard before this that usually diamonds was used to cut the other diamonds. But actually, diamonds are brittle. If you hit one hard with a hammer, it will shatter.

Vander Hoven, a psychologist from Netherlands, announced his new discovery about the effect of reading the Quran and repeating the word ALLAH both on patients and on normal persons. The Dutch professor confirms his discovery with studies and research applied on many patients over a period of three years. Some of his patients were non-Muslims, others do not speak Arabic and were trained to pronounce the word "ALLAH" clearly; the result was great, particularly on those who suffer from dejection and tension. Al Watan, a Saudi daily reported that the psychologist was quoted to say that Muslims who can read Arabic and who read the Quran regularly could protect themselves from psychological diseases.

The psychologist explained how each letter in the word "ALLAH" affects healing of psychological diseases. He pointed out in his research that pronouncing the first letter in the word "ALLAH" which is the letter (A), released from the respiratory system, controls breathing. He added that pronouncing the velar consonant (L) in the Arabic way, with the tongue touching slightly the upper part of the jaw producing a short pause and then repeating the same pause constantly, relaxes the aspiration. Also, pronouncing the last letter which is the letter (H) makes a contact between the lungs and the heart and in turn this contact controls the heartbeat.

i don't know is true @ false,....if this article is not true,..please tell me,..thank you..

that all,..thank you 4 read..

LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE

Lacking a sense of humor not just bad for your social life, it might also be harming your cardiovascular health. A new study shows that laughter actually increases blood flowing in the body, proving right the old adage that laughter is the best medicine, at least when it comes to the heart.
A research had been conducted by measuring vascular dilation after people chuckled at funny bits or reacted to intense images. In total, the researchers gathered 160 measurement of blood flow in the brachial artery, which connects the shoulder and elbow. 19 out of 20 subjects increased healthy blood flow by average of 22 percent. Comparing the amused and stressful states brought on by film clips, more than 50 percent more blood flowed when laughing.

huhuhuhuhu

As the conclusion, do make yourself burst into laughter at least 30 minutes a day. It also works to get rid of excess stress we face I can say especially exam is just around the corner...HAHA=D

Here i would like to share two short-stories that I already read. I hope you can get point for both story. First story is HIGH AND LIFTED UP. This story happened in autumn, windy day. It is about Tommy, a boy played outside. He always wishes to be a leaf and ran out into the yard among the swirl of colors. When his mother looked for him, he was not there. He knew a life of leaf when he tried to save the maple life from fire but the leaf cannot see. Then Tommy wants to have fun on the dump but luckily his mother come and save him from fire. Lastly his mother gives him a leaf and said "You can have a thousand leaves but a thousand leaves cannot replace you in my heart".

For the second short-story is LOVE AND TIME. This story about an island that have all the felling like on it. One day, the island sunk, love the only one who stayed there. As the island almost sunk, love asked for help. Nobody help love except an elder. When love asked knowledge about the felling that help, knowledge said it was time because only time is capable to understand how valuable love is.

i would like to share a article that i have read earlier. In that article it highlight out that the situation where now all the student can't find a job after graduates from university level. There are a few factor that might contributes to this fenomena.I think one of the reason is the course that offer in university is no more suit the market demands. For example there are courses like operation research, wood technology and many more. You will find it difficult to find a job in the future.Besides that, all the graduates does not complete their self with various kind of skills during university to increase the level of competency with others. So in order to solve this problem, government should play its role of introduce more courses that fit the market demands. So that it will reduce the number of unemployment in this country.Students also have to complete them self with different kinds of skills in order to make them self ready to compete with others in job market.

However, there are still no vaccine and cures. so, from this fact we can see how strong and complex of this virus. Well, why we difficult in find way to cure?
This is due to the virus have a lot of "head". And each of them have it's identity. To recognise or create a medince for the cure is very difficult. so until now, we still have no cure about this viurs. therefore, i hope that we will only can take the precaustion steps to avoid the diseases.

I'm going to share a background of a successful composer and a pianist..
Have you heard about Beethoven??
When I was small..I just heard about his name..
But i don't really knows who is him exactly..His appearance..where is him from ..What is he well- known in..
Today.. I read a article about him..He is a German composer and pianist. He compose music on classical , romantic and on Western classical..
His father, who is his first music teacher..was a very harsh instructor..and this make Beethoven.. as a child " to stand at the keyboard, was often in tears."
I can't denied that..
Beethoven song is really classical.. and he become the shadow of many well-known composer nowadays..
For example Mozart..
Sadly was when I read the part when Beethoven loss his hearing..
He suffered a severe form of tinnitus, a "ringing" in his ears that made it hard for him to perceive and appreciate music.

Until today, his music is still been played and his music career is still been appreciate by the peoples around the world..

My second article for this month is about Avoiding Running Injuries: A Runner's Guide.
With the many running benefits this sport provides, it certainly does not come without a price. A price you do not have to pay if you are careful enough to avoid the painful encounter of running injuries.

The usual running injuries encounter by athletes or ordinary runners are Achilles tendonitis, iliotibial band friction syndrome, runner's knee, ankle sprain, plantar fasciitis, athlete's foot, shin splints, bursitis, groin pull, stress fracture, and heel spurs. To avoid any of these, do not forget to stretch properly first before you run and stretch again afterwards. Practice utmost caution as you run. Run in a slower pace and as much as you can, tackle only the softer surfaces. This may sound irrelevant for some, but wearing the most appropriate running shoes is a tremendous help. In fact, you must make sure that you have on with you the most comfortable running shoes. And do not forget, never overexert yourself. You will not only be burdened with it but your muscles as well.

If you are just starting out or a beginner, do not run too far too soon. You can start at shorter distances or at shorter time, and you can gradually increase your mileage as days go on. While at it, it is important that you maintain apt running form. Again, as a beginner, try to initially avoid hard and difficult runs.

Majority of these running injuries actually happen as a result of over training. To eschew any unwanted occurrences, again avoid doing excessively too soon. Allow your body to get used to the routine. Speed and mileage must be increased in a gradual manner and not instantly. Take note that a sudden mileage increase is more likely to end up in an inevitable break down. Instead, mileage should be approximately increased for about 10 percent every week. And devote a day or two per week to rest your body and not engaged in any running activities.  Give your body some time to recover and to strengthen itself.

As mentioned previously, wearing suitable running shoes is of great importance. But you have to bear in mind that your running shoes must also undergo regular replacements since its shock absorbing ability gradually diminish after some time of using them. Continuous use of running shoes without replacing them with a new pair every now and then may be inappropriate or inadequate to use beyond 350 up to 550 miles. You will not notice so much wear on the upper part of your shoe, but then, its shock absorption may be gone. For a 20-mile run every week, running shoes should be replaced every four to eight months basing on the shock absorption capabilities of your shoes. Anyways, it is cheaper to buy a new pair of running shoes than to pay a visit to the doctor or hospital for injury treatment or surgery.

The number one rule to avoid running injuries is stretching. Since runners usually develop or experience tightness in their muscle groups like the calf muscles, hamstrings, quadriceps and shin muscles, these areas must be stretched prior and following to the activity. The so-called “wall stretch” is one benevolent stretching exercise for the calf or the Achilles heel. It is done with one leg stepped backward with its knee straight, while the opposite leg is moved forward with its knee bent. The leg with straight knee is being stretched. This procedure is done repeatedly with each leg stretched alternatively for about 10 seconds each. For the hamstring exercise, there are several stretches that can be done such as leaning forward with legs straight out in front, raising one knee at a time towards the chest or bending forward with knees bent slightly. Just be mindful not to exasperate your back as you do hamstring stretches.

Be prepared the right way so you reap the benefits of running, while you enjoy every minute of it. Stick to what is necessary and proper and follow these tips so you can admiringly avoid running injuries.

Hye all people....
Now the last posting i must do which about article 2.....
Yesterday, i have practices handball.
so the article 2 i want sharing with you all about handball sport..
Do you know handball sport?? Are you playing the kind of handball that you’re capable of?
If some of these questions bother you, then you probably already know how critically important the mental part of this game is. If you want to take your game to the next level you have to be willing to take your training far beyond where most handball players stop. Most serious athletes in this sport religiously work on the physical part of their game. They’ll work on their strength, fitness and quickness.
Unfortunately, this is where most good handball players stop. When they go into their matches, they hope they’ll play well, they hope that they have their “A” game with them today, they hope that they’ll win. You would never leave your physical training to chance. i.e. “I hope I’m in good shape today.huhu
Think about this:Getting good in handball in practice is 95% physical and 5% mental. Translation: You have to work hard on your conditioning and physical game to make it happen. However, once you step onto that court for a match, the percentages flip flop. Being successful is 95% mental and 5% physical. You have the conditioning and game strategy, now you have to make sure that you stay calm under pressure and keep yourself focused on the right things. For example, your concentration needs to stay on this point and this point only.
You have to believe in yourself and have the self-confidence to play your own game, rather than your opponent’s when you’re under pressure. You have to be able to handle last minute negativity and self-doubts.
With a little work, these mental skills as well as a few important others can be systematically trained to the point where you develop the reputation as a mentally tough player.
That's all
Thank you

hye miss.intan..Today i want to share about an article of love.
Most of the students of ump are got fallen in love.
Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure ("I loved that meal") to intense interpersonal attraction ("I love my girlfriend"). This diversity of meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.

As an abstract concept, love usually refers to a deep, ineffable feeling of tenderly caring for another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual emotional closeness of familial and Platonic love[2] to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love.[3] Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

I came across an interesting qoutes on friendship in an article. It sounds like this.....

‘A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words’.

Friends are one of the important person in our life besides our family and relatives. They are the helper when we are away from our families due to studies or works. So, this article revolves the importance of friendship. The articles states that a friend is a person who understands our heart and can act towards our feelings. They are the person who guides us according to our principles when we are lost. It is important for us to appreciate the friends that we have. Since there is nothing so well worth having as friends, never lose a chance to make them. Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.

Assalamualaikum miss Intan..

Today I had read an article about rainbow. Base on the article, a rainbow is an optical and phenomenon that causes a spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the Sun shines onto droplets of moisture in the Earth's atmosphere. As we all know, rainbow has 7 colours which is red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. The rainbow have arc shape with red on the outer part of the arch and violet on the inner section of the arch. Rainbows can be caused by other forms of water than rain, including mist, spray, and dew. Rainbows can be observed whenever there are water drops in the air and sunlight shining from behind a person at a low altitude angle. For me, rainbow is something that really beautiful. I will try to find the rainbow every time after rainfall. I want to watch it until its disappear from the sky.Huhu..
