Good morning for everyone especially for the members of akuscandal@akusingle and thank you for read my blog.
So after I prayed Subuh just now I’m opened the kosmo online newspaper . if you r believe it or not ? whatever I want said you said believe me ok.
I’m read the article about the piece of needle is leave in a of a veteran . the victim is Che Mas Mahmud , 79, from Kulim Kedah.
This incident happens when she operate intestine cancer. The needle along 4cm her body. For me it is should be happen because it is responsible for a doctor to help the patience to be healthy. But what the heal? Why these problems still happen? Where the responsibility of a doctor? Why? Why? If the patience will be die? Who want obligations? Me? You? So I advise for all the doctor , if you want work just get salary only. Forget it , you go home and make sleep. The doctor not a simple work , but It indicate with animate. You know animate!!!!!! Don’t play-play with animate. Animate is not like ball you want play. So think about this.

The best things of this movie is the production company put all the creativy,drawing and sound effects in he movie so make this movie more interesting that we must be proud of them...
This movie is suitable for family, students and so on because they try to exposed some of the adventure story that include all the moral values...
If the back then,we always be proud of the animation cartoon from others country but now we should be proud to our country because we try to come out with our local animation movie...
This movies take about 1 and half hours and it will be presenting us in cinema on 12th February 2009...

Of cause, many of teenagers have their experience in love. sometime, love can made human crazy and not think very well to make decision. when many of teenager decide to cutting in their love relationship, it make human broke liver.
Sometime, love can give effect in daily live, such as lazy in work and moody. The acticle give some tips to manage love, the best way is not separate when in love. There is several stages of married..
first stage is passion..this is honeymoon phase, when romance and intense attraction lead to commitment..
second stage is realization..disappointed and conflict will mark this unavoidable period.
third stage is rebellion..it's mean self-interest versus shared interests...knowing both of this is the stage's key test..
fourth stage is cooperation..in time, marriage means managing money, building careers raising kids.going from lover to partner to parent can get rocky.
FYI, every marriage is unique but most follow a similar path flows through several distinct stages.
I hope all marriages are long lasting forever and ever...

Did you know that you can increase good health by making
sure that you get enough water? Yes plain water that has
been purified in some way. The water most of us get from the
tap is full of chemicals that is bad for our health. Do
not drink tap water, unless you have your own well, which
you know is not contaminated.
Drinking water is essential for a healthy body. Water regulates body
temperature, lubricates joints, keeps skin youthful and
muscles strong.
Water is present in every cell and tissue and involved in so
many biological functions: digestion, absorption,
circulation and excretion. It helps us with keeping our
hormones balanced and our brain chemistry Relies on water
for proper balance. Water gives us energy and strengthens
the immune system.
Most people are not drinking enough water and are semi
dehydrated. Your body cannot work at optimum level without
the water it needs.
What happens when you don't drink enough water?
I won't go into all the details, but do want to mention a
few things here. All the things mentioned above that water
helps keep in balance and lubricated are affected when you
don't drink water. You will not feel as well as you possibly
could, your body does not have what it needs for good health
and so your health declines.
Here is one example of what I mean: When you do not get
enough water throughout the day, your body just does not
have the needed fluid and sometimes tries to pull it from
where it can and distribute it to the places that need
hydration the most. One place that water is pulled from is
your digestive system. When you do not drink enough water it
leads to constipation.

after that,a young man had gone by and deposit money into former had been prepared by that blind people.then he writes in something in prepared signboard written and replacing with different sentence..after that,former set apart to the blind people even full...the blind people even happy...shortly after,young man just now even come..listened like young man footstep just now,blind people even ask what has been written by the young man just now up to caused many those people like gave him money..
the young man even tell that what is written its.
'so beautiful today,but too bad I did not can see his beauty'..

just now i read about a newspaper article about sabah and sarawak government propose in making the usage of GPS (global positioning system) a mandatory.
i think this a perfect idea since nowadays, car theft is happening frequently.
actually this system has been used in other country, which enable the owner to contact the control center to identify the location of the vehicle.
besides that, this system is relevant to be used by all motorists in this country. but i believe that not all motorists could afford the gadget.i think it is better if government could give some kind of subsidies to help motorists in order to reduce vehicle theft in this country.

i've read an article about a house wife has been attacked by her maid.
the maid angry with the house wife because she scold her.The house wife couldn't stand anymore because the maid always makes mistakes in doing the household chores.
So, the maid attacked while she was sleeping with a knife and a son of mortar.
she injured at the neck,ears,and knee.
her husband lodged a police report and police will take action on it.
The maid has been arrested and will further their investigation.

actually i've read about this article long time ago but i was not in the mood to comment futher on it.
It about the life of today's teenagers.
Most of the teenagers are becoming very wild, you know, in terms of relationship and attitudes.
They don't feel ashame to smoke openly in public, and even proud of having illegal sex with their partners.
I don't know what is happening to them.. I mean, they are too young to do things like this. Don't they like have brain to think which is right and wrong?
When you go out, you'll be noticing young teenagers making weird and suspicious actions. i'm not judging them as if i'm too perfect but at that age, i don't think they should be such things.
What happened if they parents found out what they did? Parents will be very disappointed!
So i think the peers out there should be given more exposure on charity work or any other beneficial activities, so that they know how to use up their time wisely..

First, you must put your trust in something bigger than yourself. You may call it God, Spirit, Budda, whatever your faith is, trust that it has a bigger plan than your everyday troubles.Love and forgiveness is the most important lesson that you can learn while here on earth. But how do you get to the Love part if you have hatred in your heart? Forgive. It sounds so simple and yet it can be the most difficult thing that you can do in this lifetime..when you were wronged or someone especially your friend betrayed you, it was difficult to let it go.but by forgiveness you can let it go and and it will set your heart free.Here are some steps that can get you there. Feel your anger, feel your sadness, feel whatever it is you need to get all those emotions out, write it down and then throw it away. Give yourself a certain timeframe in which you will no longer continue to go on with those emotions. Now comes the hard part, trying to convince yourself that the other person deserves to be forgiven. Every time this hurt comes into your heart, say to yourself "I forgive "name" for what they have done". Every time you start to go over the scenario, and start to get angry or sad, instead replace it with "I forgive "name" for what they have done". You might not believe what you are saying at first. But sending that message out into the universe will eventually help break the chain of black energy that links you together with an invisible line of hate.You can let it go, the hate, the anger, the betrayal, how you were wronged and in a peaceful loving moment truly feel that forgiveness.This thing had happen to me when my friend betrayed me.I forgive them for all the things that they have done to me even thought it hurts me. the tittle of article is 'neighbour raped 10-years old'..nowadays ,we always hear that young girls being raped.the are many cases of raping that involve young girls.the first case that i have read is the young girl are willing to go to man's house and they having the sex without realize that they being watch.The second case that i read is the man are invited the young girl to go to his flat.She refused to go inside but then,suddenly, a man appeared and dragged him into a room.She was gang raped by 10 mens and forced to perform oral and other sexual acts.Its was horrifying to the victim because all the action are being recorded by one of the rapist using his mobile phone.The third case that i have read is the girl are brave enough when she managed to push a old man and ran off from him.The girl was saved by being raped.

This magnificent planet has been major candidate for the science fiction movies for many decades. When we consider all the facts it is impossible to imagine that any life could exist on Mars. However, scientists believe that straight lines on Mars are evidence of ice deposits underneath the planet's surface. The most concrete theory is that life on Mars existed billion years ago and some believe that there are remains of ancient civilization on Mars surface. The strange belief, based on Mayan studies, is that Martians fled their planet and landed on Earth (some believe that Mayans descended from Mars). Today Mars is made up of iron with largest volcano in our Solar system called Olympus Mons (see photo bellow) and largest canyon Valles Marineris, which is 2,500 miles long. Mars has two moons and scientists believe that the moon Phobos will crash into Mars in less than 50 years. Moon debris will stay in Mars atmosphere thus creating ring around the Mars similar to the Saturn's ring. Interesting fact about Mars is that NASA sent many missions to Mars and more than half of them disappeared without trace.

Now, I want to tell you about colour in the eye.The ability of the human eye to distinguish colors is based upon the varying sensitivity of different cells in the retina to light of different wavelengths. The retina contains three types of color receptor cells, or cones. One type, relatively distinct from the other two, is most responsive to light that we perceive as violet, with wavelengths around 420 nm.
Light, no matter how complex its composition of wavelengths, is reduced to three color components by the eye. For each location in the visual field, the three types of cones yield three signals based on the extent to which each is stimulated. These values are sometimes called tristimulus values.
The response curve as a function of wavelength for each type of cone is illustrated above. Because the curves overlap, some tristimulus values do not occur for any incoming light combination. For example, it is not possible to stimulate only the mid-wavelength (so-called "green") cones; the other cones will inevitably be stimulated to some degree at the same time. The set of all possible tristimulus values determines the human color space. It has been estimated that humans can distinguish roughly 10 million different colors.

We unable finish the task on time without a complete time management. I realized that many students didn’t have strategies on using time. It is very useful for us. Below is Strategies on using time:
• School term/semester overview: develop, or plan for, blocks of study time
About 50 minutes? How long does it take for you to become restless?
Some learners need more frequent breaks for a variety of reasons
More difficult material may also require more frequent breaks
Place blocks of time when you are most productive, as morning person or night owl!
• Schedule weekly reviews and updates
Sunday night may be an excellent time to review your calendar
Be mindful that as deadlines and exams approach, your weekly routine must adapt
• Prioritize assignments
When studying, get in the habit of beginning with the most difficult subject or task
For more difficult courses of study, try to be flexible in your approach to success
Build in “reaction time” when you can get feedback on assignments before they are due.
• Achieve “stage one”—get something done
Don’t work the details until your assignment concept is fully developed.

One of the story that I would like to share with you all is, the 14-year-old girl is now three months’ pregnant. It is understood that the girl lodged a report against the man last week, when she went to a clinic and was confirmed to be pregnant. The girl claimed she was raped at 6pm on Dec 9 after class. State police chief Datuk Osman Salleh said the man was picked up at his home in Nilai after the victim lodged the report."The victim claimed that the man had invited her to go to a nearby pasar malam after her religious class. When they returned to the man's house, she claimed he raped her," he said at the state-level Zero Crime Week held in SMK King George V here yesterday. This is one of the scared story. How come her teacher does that to his own student? Of course he has high level education and because of that, he becomes a teacher for high level school. As a human, we must to consider and thinking as a human. Not like an animal.

Nowadays, global economy still haven't recover yet and makes many people suffering financial problem. Most of people choose to get a loan money from banks to overcome this problem.

hmmm..last Saturday..(march 28) about 8 p.m most of the Malaysian take a WWF challenge to turn off the lamp for 1 hour to show they are support a(World Wildlife Fund) WWF effort to overcome weather changing cause of Global Warming. A Malaysian effort to reduce the Carbon Dioxide Gas free on air symbolic off awareness off Global Warming.
For me this is a correct action to decrease a warming in our world today because of many CFC nd carbon dioxide free on air.

Dying to be thin…
In our image-obsessed culture, we have become increasingly critical in our bodies, and lots of girls and women are putting their lives at risk in the race to be thin.
How many have you and your friends said to each other, “I need to lose weight”? While it might seem completely normal to want to look your best, concern about body image can cross the line and become eating disorders. ‘Anorexia’ and ‘bulimia’ are words that get thrown around a lot these days, but there is a lot more to them than meets the eye. Below is list of several unhealthy habits that make up these eating disorders.
Pill popping ….Diet pill are really only means for people who are battling obesity due to the overwhelming side effects of the pills. Yet, a lot of people who pot them are overage weight. A great majority of the pills boost metabolism by using stimulants which speed up the heart, causing excessive strain which could lead to heart failure. Other side effects include a risk of high bloods pressure, faster heart rate, drug addiction, agitation and insomnia.
Starvation diet….This include several cutting down of food intake, limiting your diet to certain food groups, long-term fasting and simply refusing to eat. Last year, Brazilian model Ana Carolina Reston died at age of 21 due to anorexia nervosa-related complications. She was reportedly on a diet of apples and tomatoes before succumbing.
Compulsive exercise….. Exercise work out usually begins as a way to control weight and just become more and more extreme. While normal exercising routines are healthy, excessive exercise is not! It can result in damaged tendons, ligaments, bones, cartilages and joints.
So…why need to be so thin..? Actually healthy life is more important. Is it beautiful to be too thin..? Anyway it depends to individual thinking…but how can the sight of protruding bones be beautiful…?

You have to hand it to the girls. If she could stay the limelight away from Beyonce in Dreamgirls, win an Academy Award and pull through the recent tragedy of losing her closest family members, then she’s got to be a winner and a future superstar.

I have read a book about Tun Abdul Razak Hussein. He is a patriot and also our second prime minister. this book is pictures biography's book that talk about our second prime minister's life.
Tun Razak is the one whose the safer of our country. he has save our country from the tragedy of 13 May. he also had change the education system in our country. he also known as father of development. however, he has die at London. everyone had suffered from his death.
