new article to share...about kimono...the japanese cloth...kimono come from words 'ki' means wearing and 'mono' means things...there are 2 type of kimono, first one is women's kimono and second is men's kimono...the typical woman's kimono consists of twelve or more separate pieces that are worn, matched and secured in prescribed ways...there are several type of women's kimono, first is 'kurotomesude'a black kimono patterned only below the waistline is very popular and extremely polaroid.second is'furisode'the most formal kimono for unmarried women, with colorful patterns that cover the entire garment.third is 'iromoji'may be worn by married and unmarried women to tea ceremonies.this three type of kimono are usually worn by women...there are more kimono that i knew like 'homongi',
'komon', 'uchikake' and 'susohiki'.
then men's kimono...men's kimono outfits are far simpler, typically consisting of a maximum of five pieces, not including footwear.

Men's kimonos have long sleeves which are attached to the body of the kimono with no more than a few inches unattached at the bottom, unlike the women's style of very deep sleeves mostly unattached from the body of the kimono. Men's sleeves are less deep than women's kimono sleeves to accommodate the obi around the waist beneath them, where as on a woman's kimono, the long, unattached bottom of the sleeve can hang over the obi without getting in the way.

Today i wanted to share about an article that i have just read and it is about sweaty feet.
Did you know that our feet contain about 250 000 sweat glands and are capable of producing 250 mililitres (one cup)of sweat a day. The smell comes from bacteria on the skin that break down the sweat.
According to the president of the Canadian Podiatric Medical Association, Dr Robert Chelin, the amount a person's feet sweat depends on their genetic makeup and activity level. So the more active you were, the more sweat will be produce.
Luckily, there are some simple home treatment that can help us. The basic include washing feet daily and drying them thoroughly, using odour absorbing insoles to control smelly shoes.
However, sweating is necessary as it helps maintain our body temperature and prevent us from from over-heating.
Hence, we need to sweat for our health but still need to control so it won't make us uncomfortable.

Langkawi Island is the largest and very beautiful island. Its main attraction are the beautiful beaches, but there is more to discover. We can walk around the island in a day without a rush. its main town is known as Kuah Town, on the south shore of the island. It is the landing point for the ferries from Kuala Perlis, Kuala Kedah, and Satun (Thailand). Another places that most popular places among visitors when visit Langkawi Island are Makam Mahsuri(The Town of Princess Mahsuri), Telaga Tujuh Falls, Beras Terbakar(Field of Burnt Rice) and so on. Makam Mahsuri is about the legends of Langkawi while Telaga Tujuh Falls is about seven pools which is have a very beautiful waterfall. Underwater World also a place that we can visit. But nowadays, Underwater World only have a few species of fish because some of them was died. Not only that, we also can buy a very cheap chocolate at Kuah Town.

what i want to say here is, Langkawi Island is one of the beautiful place in Malaysia that we can visit.

i would like to share article that i just saw this morning. The title is Gaza children traumatised after israeli offensive.Ever since attacking of israel in Gaza had bring many pain in both side .Expecially in Gaza, many people had lost their only home and also their love ones in the war.Health workers say many children, including those who did not lose family members or their homes, are suffering post-war trauma. The Gaza Mental Health Programme is seeking them out in hospitals, schools and kindergartens.this war had causing very big impact which you and i cannot also imagine in deep inside heart of this children that suppose to happly stay in their parents protection. This war had cause many of the Gaza Strip's children have refused to return to their homes. Some have bad dreams or wet their beds, while others show aggressive behaviour or little signs of life at all. This had definitely mark a dark spot in the child grows. All this making me feel sicks of the war.Although in Malaysia peacefull life is like normal and people like ignoring it.But when look at those children in Gaza, peacefull life is something that day cannot afford to have it.War in Gaza not only destroy all the building and also life of people but also destroy future life of these children. They had no more dream about their future.Perhaps dream is too abstract for them. All this a my review and feelings after i reading the article.i really feel so sad when i see all those news about them.feel like wanna do something to help them, but my power is too small.I hope that this war would end soon.Give back normal life that they should have.I strongy demands both side should stop the war for the sake of innocent people in Gaza and also in israel side. Please do not sacrifice them in the war..

I have an article to share with. This time,my article is about Anxiety,Panic and Stress. What is the differences between 3 of this common problem that people always talk about.Actually, these 3 terms are not the same.

Actually 'anxiety' is a phycological state that cause by the sympathetic nervous system or SNS.Anxiety doesn't need any outside influence to occur. It actually base on irrational or illogical fears or something that we imagine which are sometimes not logical or rational.

Then,'panic' is related to the "fight or flight" mechanism.Oftenly, this mechanism is from outside stimulus and product of symphatetic nervous system.Generally panic is a sudden fear that can dominate or replace our thinking. It is anxiety state that we're thinking about.

Stress is a psychosocial reaction. It's influenced by the way a person filters nonthreatening external events. The filtering is based on the person's assumptions, ideas and expectations. These assumptions, ideas and expectations can be referred to as social constructionism.

Panic and stress both play important roles in the natural survival instinct. The preparations for fight or flight are the body's defense mechanisms. Preparing for which ever course of action is decided upon to preserve life, health or whatever is in danger.

Anxiety doesn't always stem from an actual need for fear or defensive action. Escaping situations that make us anxious may bring relief, but these feelings are intensified when we face similar situations. This encourages us to escape the situation again instead of working through the anxiety.

We have to know each of this common problem so we can avoid and seeking the solution of it.

Yesterday I was read a article about the crying game . It lead me to remember what a old friend told me before I'm getting in UMP . He told me he'd just got engaged to his long-time girlfriend . So I asked him what was happens between them . He just answer me that because she was crying and wouldn't stop until he stopped whatever had made her cry . He can't stand her crying and his real problem was how to get out of the promised marriage , he sounded resigned to his fate . It's seems like funny but that's the true thing really happen around us . I believes in the power of tears and I agree that if you're ever in a situation where you're not getting served or you can't get what you want , just cry . This is the important advise that I had learn from the article and whose know it may helps in the future when you really need to do so .

I want to share an article i read recently. It's about the power af a smile."A smile is central to our evolution and one of the most powerful tools of human behaviour," says Dacher Keltner professor from University of California. There are 18 types of smiles have been identified such as shy, embarassed, sarcastic and loving. But the two types that have received the most research attention are the spontaneous joyful smile and the fake smile.Scientist have discovered that a genuine Duchenne smile is a marker of real happiness. The fake smile sometimes called the flight attendant smile uses only the first muscle set and is generally used as a form of courtesy.

People who display spontaneous, real smiles are better able to overcome stressful events such as the death of a spouse, and that couples who show loving smiles when talking about each other release oxytocin- called the caring hormone and associated with bonding and reproduction - into the blood.Putting on a happy face not only helps us make friends,it translates into altered brain chemistry that makes us feel better.Since smiling is so important to happiness and social connection, losing one's smile is devastating. So,smiling is really important in our life actually.I hope all of us will make our life with full of happiness with a smile.
That's all..

Hi everyone, today I have read one article. It seems interesting and I think I should share about it. The source of this article is from the news Canada.

Before I share the message, I strongly believe that the feeling of laziness is one of the characters that always disturb our mind and make us being inactive in our daily life. We usually faced this problem when we are so tired and lack of energy. Commonly, these kinds of the situation happen by mid-afternoon because at this moment we always run out of energy and no mood to do any work.

So, today I found out some tips which can help us feel refreshed, alert and focused. I conceive that this information will be useful especially students like us.

First of all, it tells us that, to get some fresh air. For an example, go out side for a few minutes. Then, we take a walk or maybe we can get some other form of activity during the lunch time. Next, drink a lot of water. This is due to prevent us from feeling sluggish. We are advice to choose lunch wisely. This is because simply too much of food, may leave us feeling sleepy afterwards. Finally, they mention to have a snack because low blood sugar makes us a lack of energy and difficulty concentrating.

Here I am back to share something interesting with you guys out there. Well as this is the month Of February, what is so special about it? To me it is special because I would call this to be the month of love as valentines day is celebrated in this month. Today I would like to share a poem that I read mailed to me by a dear friend of mine who I hold close to my heart.

LOVE IS IN THE AIR

When I think of yesterday I start to feel empty
Feel my chest is hollow, there's no heart in me
But don't worry, this is a feeling that doesn't last
All I have to do is think of you to make it pass

Being together has made us both stronger
Feels like we're eachother's heart armour
But it's impossible to truly be heart protected
And we're the only ones who can destruct it

The way you care for me the way that you do
Makes me feel invincible, my only weakness is you
Remember that I'm always here for you too
I'll do whatever I can to help you through

Every single night with you just makes me see
How good to feels to say that it's just you and me
The silly things we do, the laughs that we share
Makes me so happy to know that love was declared

I was left to feel empty, you were there to take it away
First I was reluctant, thinking the emptiness was here to stay
Afraid that the past was going to repeat itself with you
So it came close but we're still alive, we pulled through...

This poem is undoubtly a romantic and touching poem to me. When I read this poem I felt like there is love in the air and it reminds me of wonderful people in my life including parents, friends, teachers and relatives. I believe that valentines day is not only about showing love to your boyfriend or girlfriend but it is about showing love to the world. So spread the love in you and enjoy the lovely moment of love in this month.

I just read the article title "Teenagers, Beware the Pitfalls". This article tells about the pitfall which is important for teenagers like us to know it. Its can helps us to avoid trouble and have a happier teenagehood.

There are three categories that can helps us to prevent from pitfalls. The first is studies. We owe it to ourselves and our parents to put our best effort in our studies. Complete that piece of assignment or revise what we have learn before we are decide to hanging out with our friends. So, studies should become first.

Second are parents. Parents will do anything to prevent their children from getting hurt. However, we always think that parents do not understand us and we are unable to communicate with them. Try we put ourselves in their shoes, we will know how our parents think and feel.

The third is friends. How you can distinguish the good and the bad friends. For this, we have learn to see through people. Hold on to sound moral values and principles.

Being the teenagers is not an easy things, right? So, be sticking with the three categaries..

i have finished read an article about stress.i know everyone will be in stress with a lot of work to do this week especially assessment, project and assigmnet.we also need to struggle for test and quiz next week.Contrary to what many people think, there is good or positive stress known as 'eustress' and bad or negative stress known as 'distress'.According to Dr Mogan, stress is difficult to define as it is subjective. For me,the reason for this is that there is no definition of stress that everyone agrees on, what is stressful for one person may be pleasurable or have little effect on others.i think people have to find the right amount of stress that permits them to live a productive and happy life.from stress,we can learn how to utilize and transform stress so that it will make our be more productive.this article also recommends the 10 simple steps to overcome stress and they are to relax, take deep breath, take it easy, perform religious obligations, speak with somebody, go for massage therapy, rest and listen to music, go for recreational activities, exercise and think positive.so,i hope who have a stress can take this as a way to handle it.

~ ehem, I read about why women love flower?...

This is the input that i get when i read the article. Each woman has her own unique personality and there is no universal reason as to why flowers evoke such positive reactions from them. It can be said that it is not so much the flowers themselves but the meaning and thought behind it that makes women giggle like high school teenagers.

It’s the meaning of flowers that draws positive responses from people. Every single color and type of flower comes with its own traditional meaning and sentiment - symbolisms that have been developed through time. In fact, roses in particular have their own language. Traditionally speaking, a rosebud means young love or youth, whereas a mature rose symbolizes lasting love or gratitude. White roses can mean that you view the recipient as innocent-and childlike, where a pink rose shows that you are happy and content. We all know that red roses signify true love, but a red rose bud symbolizes a deeper, purer, more passionate love. Many people combine red roses with white roses to give the message of unbreakable unity. These meanings are not often talked about or memorized but for some reason, people understand them perfectly.

Assalamuaikum.. I am really interested to share with all of you an article about Rubik's Cube.. A little bit history about the inventor, Erno Rubik, an architect from Hungary. He became professor at the Budapest College of Applied Arts. Rubik has become a popular piece of cube having played worldwide. Because of the popularity and people addiction to the cube, speedcubing competition was being held around the world. The first speedcubing competition was organised by Guiness World Of Record on March 13, 1981 in Munich. A 3x3 rubik have millions of different solutions and about 43,252,003,274,489,856,000 possibilities. So you can imagine yourself how many solutions a 7x7 Rubik's cube do have? The latest world record of 3x3 Rubik solution is less than 8 seconds. I can only solve the cube in less than 3 minutes. I was wondering how people can solve really fast. Huh, it's like a miracle. Its like when you blink your eyes, the cube already solved. Kudos to them!

Today i want to share the article about The Basic Skills In Volleyball.
At first glance, you would think that volleyball is not a fast sport. This is especially true when you compare the sport to the likes of basketball. When you look at basketball, you would see the ball being passed and dribbled from one side of the court to another. What’s more, this fast-paced game requires the players to be constantly on the go, especially when there are turnovers concerned.

Despite this difference, volleyball is still a fast-paced game, although it may not be that obvious. The reason for this is that in volleyball, the players would have intervals after every point. These intervals take the form of the service. When a player takes his place at the serving area, he would usually take a moment or two to compose himself before serving the ball into play. This would give the players on both sides of the court a moment to compose themselves as well. But once the ball is set into play, the game takes on its speedy nature, and quite fast at that!

You see, anything can happen in a split second. In fact, it would take only a split second for any player to either kill the ball and win the point, or lose the volley and the point as well. Just a split second determines triumph or defeat. That is how fast a point can be scored in the game.

With such nature, it is definitely of importance to be very familiar with the skills needed in volleyball. By having in-depth knowledge of such skills, it would be easier to implement and incorporate them into your game. The first skill here would be the serve. There are actually a number of kinds of service that a player can do. The common ones are the underhand, the overhand, and the jump serve. The underhand serve i

s when the player hits the ball from below. The key here is to throw the ball up high before hitting it from below. The overhand serve is when the player throws the ball up high then hits it from a higher angle, more like, in an overhead motion. The jump serve is then the player takes a step back, throws the ball very high, and then strikes it while jumping in midair.

The next skills, receiving and setting, are quite related. When the player receives the ball from the opposite side, it is ideal for him to do this at a low position, and with minimum force. This way, it would be easier to control the ball. The receive is referred to as the first contact, while the set is known as the second contact. When setting, the player actually prepares the ball for another player to spike it onto the opponents’ court. What’s important here is for the setter to determine the best position as to where the ball should be set. Ultimately, the setter is the player who decides where the ball should be spiked from and which player should do the spiking.

Now, spiking is quite hard to pull off because the player has to coordinate all of his movements into making that strong attack on the ball. The player has to make a few steps to approach the ball that’s being set for him. Once the ball is at his preferred height, the player then jumps and hits the ball with a downward angle. It is important for the ball to take speed here, so that the opponents would not have time to counterattack.

The last skill here would be the block. When your opponent is gearing for a spike, then you should do everything to prevent him from successfully doing this. You can then jump from your side of the court and block the spiked ball, so that the ball would remain in the offensive side of the court. This way, the ball would be deemed dead and your team would score the point, instead of the offensive.

I have a article want to share with all my friends.Few days a go,my friends had sent an email for me.It is about do not answer the call when you still recharging your handphone. The story is start on few days ago,a person was recharging his cell phone at home.
Just at that time a call Came in and he answered it with the
Instrument still connected to the outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed into the cell phone unrestrained and the young man was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud.
His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with
a weak heartbeat and burnt fingers. He was rushed to the nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Cell phones are a very useful modern invention. However, we must be aware that it can also be an instrument of death.
So,never use the cell phone while it is hooked to the electrical outlet!

'How to Know if a Guy has a Crush on You’.

This is the title of the article that I read. It is an interesting article. There are number of ways to find out whether a guy likes you or signs that a girl likes you. The shy smiles, staring at your crush, being teased by your friends, butterflies in the stomach, endless hours of daydreaming - the memories of your first crush are difficult to capture in words. It is a beautiful feeling to have someone be genuinely interested in you. If we have a guy around us, we think he has a crush on us, this article will help us to know whether the guy really has a crush on us…

No Indians in this world will say that they don't know Super Star Rajnikanth, a actor of kollywood field in southern India.

Rajinikanth (Tamil: ரஜினிகாந்த்; Kannada: ರಜನೀಕಾಂತ್; Marathi: रजनीकांत) (born Shivaji Rao Gaekwad on December 12, 1950 in Bangalore, Karnataka, India) is an Indian film actor and one of the most influential and bankable movie stars in Indian cinema. Rajinikanth's mass popularity and appeal is largely drawn from his mannerisms and stylized delivery of dialogue. He received India's third highest honour, the Padma Bhushan, for his contribution to Indian cinema. Apart from his film career, he is a well known philanthropist and also serves as a notable influence in the politics of Tamil Nadu. Other than acting, Rajinikanth worked as a screenwriter, film producer, and also a playback singer.

Popularily referred to and credited in films as "Superstar" and often called as thalaivar (meaning leader in Tamil), Rajinikanth debuted as an actor in 1975 under the direction of K. Balachander in supporting roles. He was later favored in portraying antagonistic characters and gradually rose to acting in lead roles. Being a well known film artist to several regional film industries of India, he also appeared in the cinemas of other nations, including American cinema. He was reportedly paid Rs. 26 crore (about $5.3 million USD as of January 2009) for his latest blockbuster Sivaji: The Boss, making him the highest paid actor in Asia after Jackie Chan.
That's all from me today after I talk about my Super Star.

Smile is a good way in reducing your tension, and its also make you more relax. Most of the people who like to smile, they have positive thought compare to negative. So, even you in a lots of trouble or lots of problem in your mind, just put a smile on your face. It would be more easier to find solution for your problem.

My advise to miss intan and to all my friend..
Keep on Smiling everyday k...
