today i want to talk aboutt one of three holy mountains in japan, mount fuji...based on my experiences, mount fuji stands at 3,776 m high and is surrounded by five lakes. The climate is very cold due to the altitude and the cone is covered by snow for several months of the year. The lowest recorded temperature is −38.0 °C while on June 2008 the highest temperature was recorded at 17.8 °C.and based on my knowledge, the character "fuji" come from words wealth or abundant and a man with a certain status respectively.but in japan the words "fuji" doesn't have a meaning because its believe this name is come from the word "huji".stop about the history and move to my experiences climbing the mount...i started climb in the middle of night because when i was at the summit,i can see the sunrise...its beutiful...more beuty than the sunrise i saw at the top of kinabalu...then,there are four major route, and i take Kawaguchiko route because of its large parking area and many and large mountain huts where a climber can rest or stay.other then that, this route is the nearest route from my uncle house and the fastest route to reach the summit...its about 5 hours i think....i think that's enough...daaa...

Hello Miss Intan.

Here is another new article that I would like to review on. Lately, I have been strictly following a healthy diet lifestyle in order to be healthy. As I was surfing the net the other day I came across a major problem faced by many youngsters these days which is obesity.

So what is obesity actually?

Overweight and obesity are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health. A crude population measure of obesity is the body mass index (BMI), a person’s weight (in kilograms) divided by the square of his or her height (in metres). A person with a BMI of 30 or more is generally considered obese. A person with a BMI equal to or more than 25 is considered overweight.

Overweight and obesity are major risk factors for a number of chronic diseases, including diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Once considered a problem only in high income countries, overweight and obesity are now dramatically on the rise in low- and middle-income countries, particularly in urban settings.

I believe that this is a growing problem that needs a serious attention. In my opinion, I would like to point to everyone who is reading this blog to pay a little more attention to your health and diet because you can be in serious danger.

I would like to share the shoppping guilt . Guilt is a destructive feeling that restricts your ability to live your life , so it's important to let it go .

A case for example you went shopping for jeans and came back with a lovely bag you really don't need instead . The retail therapy is be practical . Can you return the bag to the shop and get a refund ? If you can't undo your mistake , do something to help yourself afford the jeans , like sacrificing a few nights at the club or selling another of your bags on the internet . This will enable you to get over the regret of buying the bag , maybe even to feel that you're worked for it , and when you wear your new jeans , you'll remember your battle to get them . That way , you're much less likely to repeat the mistake .

I think such situation mostly pinpointed to girls but it's fine once we know the psychological key to releasing guilt .

Hi,miss Intan.Today i would like to share my thought after i read today's news.In the article,it say that there will be 70,000 more Bangladeshi workers coming to M’sia.I doubt about what exactly is our minister thinking. At this situation, why our country still import so many foreign country wokers instead off taking our own country workers which is many of them had lost their surviving tools in this economic crisis.Although many plan have been come out by the government in order to save the market, but aren't is better that let people to work and feed their own instead of feed them?Besides that, all this foreign workers will bring more social issue to our community.Although in that article,it state that On the social impact of the Bangladeshi workers on Malaysian society, he said the impact was low as the workers were confined mostly to their workplaces and seldom ventured outside,However, considering the huge Bangladeshi population in Malaysia, I do not discount the possibility of a few Bangladeshi youths getting involved with local girls, but this is very rare," he stressed.
.I clearly state that i am not critise to any people but after what happened all this years, can we still believe what stated here?i don't know, perhaps only god will know. All i hope is our government would reconsider the idea, our own country people should always be the priority in any consideration, not because we wan to help that poor country but ignoring the problem that arising in our own country. At the ends, perhaps what i say here is a bit too sensitive, this all just my opinion that after i read the article.Thank you.

Samurai

Basic information

Samurai Armour The samurai (or bushi) were the members of the military class, the Japanese warriors.
Samurai employed a range of weapons such as bows and arrows, spears and guns; but their most famous weapon and their symbol was the sword.
Samurai were supposed to lead their lives according to the ethic code of bushido ("the way of the warrior"). Strongly Confucian in nature, Bushido stressed concepts such as loyalty to one's master, self discipline and respectful, ethical behavior.
After a defeat, some samurai chose to commit ritual suicide (seppuku) by cutting their abdomen rather than being captured or dying a dishonorable death.

Comment:
Samurai or bushi was a member in military class in Japan’s warrior. They used bows and arrows, spears and guns as their weapon to fight with enemies. But their famous weapon is swords. They have special outfit which is as their protection in war. Their principles are quite good which is loyalty to their master and they do not want to give up easily to their enemies although with the commit suicide way.

It is an American animation studio, well -known of its successful computer animated films. This is a very big independent company, with a large number of co-workers working under it,creating the animated cartoons, cutting the films, and the 3D animations.
I guess, there are really many production of films from this company, for example, Shrek,Madagascar,Bee Movie and Kung fu Panda..
Did you watch these movies before??
What your opinion about their productions??

For me,the word can be used to decribe this is "SUCCESSFUL"

Hi, Miss INTAN. Today i would like to share some news to you. It is very interesting. That is a researchers who looked at the brains of suicide victims said on Sunday their findings have helped support theories that childhood abuse can alter the genes and cause lifelong damage.
They found clear changes in the brains of people who were ab used as children and who committed suicide in comparison to the brains of people who were not abused and who died in accidents or suicide.
This helps explain why childhood abuse, such as sexual abuse or neglect, can cause depression, other mental health effects and suicide, and could some day lead to treatments to help victims overcome their abusive childhoods.
Michael Meaney of McGill University in Canada and colleagues examined the brains of 36 people who died suddenly -- 12 suicide victims who had a known history of abuse, 12 suicide victims with no apparent abuse history, and 12 people who died suddenly in accidents.
The abuse included severe physical abuse, severe neglect and sexual abuse.
They looked for changes in genes associated with a stress pathway called hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) function.
"In humans, childhood abuse alters HPA stress responses and increases the risk of suicide," Meaney's team wrote in their report, published in the journal Nature Neuroscience.
Meaney's team found differences in a specific gene called the neuron-specific glucocorticoid receptor or NR3C1 promoter. Changes in this area have been seen in rats and other animals that suffered from neglect or abuse.
Suicide victims with a history of abuse had lowered activity of this gene, compared to victims of sudden, accidental death with no history of abuse. They found no such differences among suicide victims without a history of childhood abuse.

today i would like sharing about makkah...
Makkah is the place which captures the hearts of a billion Moslems all over the globe. It is the place where God's will was revealed to Muhammad, (peace be upon him), and it is now the location of the Holy Mosque and the scared Ka'ba. It is also the destination of millions of pilgrims and visitors and the holiest spot on earth.

God (called Allah in Arabic) has honored it in His Holy Book (Quran), in which it is given eleven different names, including: Makkah, Bakkah, Al-Balad Al-Amin, Al-Balad Al-Ameen, Al-Haram Al-Amain and Um-Al-Qura. God also refers to Makkah in several verses of the Holy Quran (also Koran) using other names, and has sworn on its name, thus giving a unique status unrivalled by any other city in the world.

It was also the will of God that the Holy Ka'ba be situated in Makkah. This divine will has affected the building and growth of the city as it is today.

The first Sura of the Holy Quran was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) on the outskirts of Makkah. These revelations to the Prophet continued later, and some verses of the Holy Quran are known as Makki, because they were revealed in Makkah, while others were called Madani because they were revealed in Madinah.

It was in and around Makkah that the early Moslems launched their "Jihad" (Holy Struggle) against polytheism, heresy and idolarty. It was here that God gave victory to His Prophet and his fellow-believers when they triumphantly entered Makkah in the 8th year after Hijra (630 AD), ending the state of polytheism and exalting the name of Allah, the one and only God. The idols were destroyed, God's House was purified and Makkah became a secure and sacred city. Moslems all over the world turn their faces in prayer five times ad day towards the Ka'ba in Makkah and begin and end their pilgrimage with a "tawaf" (circumambulation) of it.

The tale of the building of Makkah, the Holy Mosque and the Ka'ba is well-known, as are the events which took place in the city following the era of Abraham and Ishmael. We will therefore begin our description of Makkah with the founding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When the future of the Holy City was a paramount consideration.

F A M I L Y

I ran into a stranger as he passed by,
"Oh excuse me please" was my reply.

He said, "Please excuse me too;
I wasn't watching for you."

We were very polite, this stranger and I.
We went on our way and we said good-bye.

But at home a different story is told,
How we treat our loved ones, young and old.

Later that day, cooking the evening meal,
My son stood beside me very still.

When I turned, I nearly knocked him down.
"Move out of the way," I said with a frown.

He walked away, his little heart broken.
I didn't realize how harshly I'd spoken.

While I lay awake in bed,
God's still small voice came to me and said,

"While dealing with a stranger,
common courtesy you use,
but the family you love, you seem to abuse.

Go and look on the kitchen floor,
You'll find some flowers there by the door.

Those are the flowers he brought for you.
He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue.

He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise,
you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes."

By this time, I felt very small,
And now my tears began to fall.

I quietly went and knelt by his bed;
"Wake up, little one, wake up," I said.

"Are these the flowers you picked for me?"
He smiled, "I found 'em, out by the tree.

I picked 'em because they're pretty like you.
I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue."

I said, "Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today;
I shouldn't have yelled at you that way."
He said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay.
I love you anyway."

I said, "Son, I love you too,
and I do like the flowers, especially the blue."

FAMILY
Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company
that we are working for could easily replace us in
a matter of days.
But the family we left behind will feel the loss
for the rest of their lives.

And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more
into work than into our own family,
an unwise investment indeed,
don't you think?
So what is behind the story?

Do you know what the word FAMILY means?
FAMILY = (F)ATHER (A)ND (M)OTHER (I) (L)OVE (Y)OU

Hye Miss Intan. Just now I heart that so many people admired you. Why? Anyway, here I want to share something that I had read before. Before that, what do you think about this phrase: 'begin with the end in mind'.

Islam allowed relationship between man and women. But keep in mind, the source of all things are 'harus', it will change when something influence it. As example, playing chess are good to do, but if the players playing it until they forgot to pray, then playing chess for them are 'haram'.

It is same for the relationship between man and women. If they can care of their attitude and not doing something against Islam's law, so it is not 'haram' for them.
Think properly.

If there any mistake with my statement, please tell me as soon as possible. Actually, I'am still learning on this.

Hi everyone..
This time I would like to share some informations about globalization. In this era of globalization, modernization has occurred,is occurring and will continue to occur. However we Asians assume modernization is adapting western life practices. The true modernization should occur in our mind and not in our physical appearance. Wearing sexy attire, chunky accessories, fashionable shoes and bags does not portray modernization wholly. Socializing, consuming alcohol especially among women, smoking habits are seen as modernization among Asians. Is that really modernization? Modernization in mind is about forward thinking and open minded. We should still sustain our culture and religious practice. We should be able to think out of the box and narrowing our mind should be avoided. Accepting critics and opinions from others is important. Working with an opposite gender or being close with a guy friend is seen as relationship in the eyes of many. Where the modernization has gone? Ability to curve our mind to the current move is modernization. Only partying and changing partners will not create this. That’ll only cause bad image and deviated mind. I hope this will create a question to all whether they are really being modern or solemnly assuming they are one. Life habits must be in line with religious beliefs and culture which proves you are a true Asian.

‘DREAMS’

I read an article on dreams. It states that we must hold fast to our dreams, for if dreams will die easily. Dreams are a persons life and ambition. So, no matter what obstacles we face in our life we must try our best to achieve our dreams. Dreams will encourage a person to be strong and determinate. We should not give up without trying our best to achieve the goal of our dreams. A person can be very happy once they got their dreams achieved. One of the way to be succesful is by trying to achieve all the dreams in our life.

I want to share with you about one book that i've borrowed from my cousin.

Title: The Giver
Author: Lois Lowry

This book is about a boy whose name is Jonas, a baby boy named Gabe and the Giver. The main character of this story is Jonas. Jonas is a 12 who is selected to be the Receiver of Memories. The Receivers of memory's job is to hold all the memories of the past. But not all the memories he's gotten are not good. Sometimes he get's memories of poor, hunger, pain, war and some of the good memories he gets are being on the beach sledding and etc. When Jonas is in training, Jonas asked well what happens when you are in release. Are they really going to release you because of your age? Yes the Giver said. Well what happens in release. And the giver said," Do you see that speaker just say let me see the tape of this mornings release. So he does and they put in the movie and sense you’re only aloud to have one boy and one girl. The birth mothers had two twin boys and the lightest one they will release. When they release that they would give you a shot in the biggest part of your vain and you’ll die and they’ll put you in a plastic container and through you away. And Jonas didn’t want to go home that night because his dad kills the babies. Another main character is the baby Gabe. Gabe was going to be released and he did not want that to happen so he and Jonas left the community. And Jonas on cold days on their way to the human world would give Gabe the memory of warmth and being on a beach. The last main character is the Giver. The Giver is the one who told Jonas to leave the community and he is the one who gives him the memories.

I think this is a good book because they tell us about life.

i've read another article on how the world's going to end..it was predicted to happen on 21/12/2012..there are some interesting facts that lead to this prediction.
firstly,Mayans have did this prediction.Maya people were masters of mathematics and calendars and they were keeping track of time using three separate calendars. For predictions about the beginning and end of the “world” they used “Long Count” calender. And on December 21st 2012, the Long Count will be at the point zero which Maya predicts as the end of time and beginning of the new world. The Mayas were very accurate in their predictions and they predicted invasions on their soil and the World Wars.
secondly, solar experts from around the world monitoring the sun have made a startling discovery: our sun is in a bit of strife. The energy output of the sun is, like most things in nature, cyclic, and it's supposed to be in the middle of a period of relative stability. However, recent solar storms have been bombarding the Earth with so much radiation energy, it's been knocking out power grids and destroying satellites. This activity is predicted to get worse, and calculations suggest it'll reach its deadly peak sometime in 2012.
and finally,Yellowstone National Park in the United States is famous for its thermal springs and Old Faithful geyser. The reason for this is simple - it's sitting on top of the world's biggest volcano, and geological experts are beginning to get nervous sweats. The Yellowstone volcano has a pattern of erupting every 650,000 years or so, and we're many years overdue for an explosion that will fill the atmosphere with ash, blocking the sun and plunging the Earth into a frozen winter that could last up to 15,000 years. The pressure under the Yellowstone is building steadily, and geologists have set 2012 as a likely date for the big bang..

Hi again all...
Now wanted to talk about Taj Mahal.
I wonder no one doesn't know about one of this world's 7 wonders.
Whatever, I still wanted to talk about it...
Taj Mahal was built by a Muslim, Emperor Shah Jahan (died 1666 C.E.) in the memory of his dear wife and queen Mumtaz Mahal at Agra, India. Taj Mahal (meaning Crown Palace) is a Mausoleum that houses the grave of queen Mumtaz Mahal at the lower chamber. The grave of Shah Jahan was added to it later. The Taj is the most beautiful monument built entirely of white marble. Its stunning architectural beauty is beyond adequate description, particularly at dawn and sunset. The Taj seems to glow in the light of the full moon.
Taj Mahal was constructed over a period of twenty-two years, employing twenty thousand workers. It was completed in 1648 C.E. at a cost of 32 Million Rupees.

Emperor Shah Jahan himself described the Taj in these words:

Should guilty seek asylum here,
Like one pardoned, he becomes free from sin.
Should a sinner make his way to this mansion,
All his past sins are to be washed away.
The sight of this mansion creates sorrowing sighs;
And the sun and the moon shed tears from their eyes.
In this world this edifice has been made;
To display thereby the creator's glory.

Eventhough the poem is not as understandable, but I still can feel the love of that great emperor for his beloved wife whenever I see a picture of Taj Mahal.

Hi, today I come out with an interesting topic about the largest planet that has been discovered by Astronomers. The article is from Brian Handwerk for National Geographic News on September 14, 2006.

This new kind of planet is discovered and it is describe as an extra-large gas giant in our solar system. It is the largest planet ever discovered and boasts a radius nearly 1.4 times larger than Jupiter's. This planet is about one quarter the density of water. In other words, it's lighter than a giant ball of cork. The planet's large size and low density can't be explained by current theories of giant planet formation. As long as I was reading the article, it mention that Scientists suggest the additional heat in its interior could account for its "puffed-up" size, but as yet they can't explain how such heat could be generated. Furthermore, they also explained about the orbits. The orbit is very much like our sun but it is nearly a billion years younger. Moreover, this planet is known as star, and it is enough to be seen with a pair of binoculars. Beside that, for our information they also describing about the extra solar planets that have been discovered in recent years.
That’s all from me till now. I already share everything that I have read and I hope all enjoyed it. Thank u miss Intan.

For this comment,I want to share about 'mind'.Have you all ever think about where is your mind?is it in your brain?is it in your head?when comes to this question, many scientist actually having a research on it but seems to have many confusion on their opinion.

Mind actually refers to the aspects of intellect and consciousness manifested as combinations of thought, perception, memory, emotion, will and imagination, including all of the brain's conscious and unconscious cognitive processes. "Mind" is often used to refer especially to the thought processes of reason. Subjectively, mind manifests itself as a stream of consciousness.

There are many theories of the mind and its function. The earliest recorded works on the mind are by Zarathushtra, the Buddha, Plato, Aristotle, Adi Shankara and other ancient Greek, Indian and Islamic philosophers. Pre-scientific theories, based in theology, concentrated on the relationship between the mind and the soul, the supernatural, divine or god-given essence of the person. Modern theories, based on scientific understanding of the brain, theorize that the mind is a product of the brain and has both conscious and unconscious aspects.

The question of which attributes make up the mind is also much debated. Some argue that only the "higher" intellectual functions constitute mind: particularly reason and memory. In this view the emotions - love, hate, fear, joy - are more "primitive" or subjective in nature and should be seen as different from the mind. Others argue that the rational and the emotional sides of the human person cannot be separated, that they are of the same nature and origin, and that they should all be considered as part of the individual mind.

In popular usage mind is frequently synonymous with thought. It is that private conversation with ourselves that we carry on "inside our heads." Thus we "make up our minds," "change our minds" or are "of two minds" about something. One of the key attributes of the mind in this sense is that it is a private sphere to which no one but the owner has access. No-one else can "know our mind." They can only interpret what we consciously or unconsciously communicate.

I have read an article about how to shop wisely. All of us, except for some very few, use money to buy what we need in this world. We do shopping in various places. Sometimes we are satisfied with what we buy. Sometimes thought we do not get our money’s worth and we feel cheated. To avoid being cheated we have to know how to shop wisely. To shop wisely simply means not wasting our money on useless goods. Buy only the things that you want. It is good practice to check the price of the goods first. Next the expiry date of perishable goods should be checked. Other than that, the condition of the goods that we want to buy should be checked. Finally we should only buy what we need. All too often we are taken in by attractive sales gimmick and buy things we never use. This is sheer waste of money.

hi miss intan..

i always late in posting comment for the article,i think it is because i didn't read much english article, that's why it's hard for me to post it..

By the way..i do read about one,it's about MUSIC..i like music very much..

The topic is about the importance of MUSIC..

The topic of music and movement in the curriculum is an area that has long been neglected up until recently. Educators are now becoming more aware of the benefits of a quality music and movement program because of increased studies.

Researchers have found that music and movement programs have a positive impact on child development for children between birth and their primary school years in many of the developmental domains. Singing songs to children and with them will teach them about beat, tones, and lyrics which are all important in developing auditory discrimination.

The use of instruments will promote fine motor development and encourage creative development. Creative movement helps children learn many concepts such as balance, coordination, rhythm, and is also an important tool for developing self-esteem and body awareness and the own development of the child itself. Music and movement has been added to the curriculum in a larger effort to bring and keep Arts Enrichment courses in the schools. Many organizations and businesses have been developed to bring programs to schools and the rest of the community. With the use of music children can develop cognitive skills, such as counting, the alphabet, days of the week their address and phone number, just to name a few.

MUSIC is not just a melody, but it is theraphy for those who have emotional problems, heart broken, tension and so on,MUSIC is a good cure for us..

that's all i think..

Hi, miss intan..

Here I want to share the article about teddy bear. As we all know, teddy bear is the most famous toys in the world. Some people use teddy bear as a toy and some people use it as a gift and some of people make teddy bear as their collections. Why most of them like teddy bear? May be its cute..of course. Nowadays, some teddy bears have become expensive collector’s item. Do you know that teddy bear collectors are known as arctophiles? Interesting right? It is from the Greek words ‘arctos’ which mean bear and ‘philos’ which means lover. The history of teddy bear comes from the November 1902 by American President, Theodore Roosevelt’s hunting trip to Mississippi. There were several other hunters competing, and most of them had already shot something. A suite of Roosevelt's attendants, led by Holt Collier, tied an American Black Bear to a willow tree an after a long exhausting chase with hounds. They called Roosevelt to the site and suggested that he should shoot it. He refused to shoot the bear himself, deeming this unsportsmanlike,[2] but instructed that the bear be killed to put it out of its miseryere were several other hunters competing, and most o\f them had already shot something. They called Roosevelt to the site and suggested that he should shoot it. He refused to shoot the bear himself, deeming this unsportsmanlike, but instructed that the bear be killed to put it out of its misery. Then, it became the topic of a political cartoon b. y Clifford Berryman in The Washington Post on November 16, 1902.. The initial cartoon of an adult black bear lassoed by a white handler and disgusted Roosevelt had symbolic overtones, later issues of that and other Berryman cartoons made the bear smaller and cuter.
That’s all..some history about teddy bear. For me, teddy bear is cutest toy in the world.

hi miss.. Assalamualaikum.. sorry for my late posts.. here I want to share an article from Reader's Digest; How To Hide Anything. In the article, it shows how to hide anything from your kitchen, personal info on internet and even your weighs. I was interested with the topic how to hide your anxiety in front of public. It suggest that you scheduled a massage before going to the public. A massage therapist told that if your anxiety builds up on the podium, massage the pad of muscle between your thumb and index finger because it's an acupressure point, and it's something your audience won't notice what you are doing. I think it really useful for me because I always feeling nervous in front of public although I've been in front of public since I was standard three. So, I'm gonna try this method and hopefully it will help me reduce my nervousness (^-^)v..
