hah now I would like to comment on the article about the work and stress...

Statistic have been approve that most of the people that suffer in stress is women compared to man..
It's because women have to pay more attention towards their life such as work, family and their routine life.

Actually,as women we need to be professional to make a differ between work and daily life so they can managed a good time to relaese their tension and so on....

There are a lot of ways to prevent this suffer from become more serious such as take enough rest and good time for sleep, take supplement to get more energy and do more exercice...

Hope this article can be one of the best ways for us to handling or prevent our stress especially student like us....

AJL23.. The winner of the final competiton is Meet Uncle Hussien – Lagu untukmu ..huhu.. that my favourite song . im so glad even though I did’t watching the live television last Sunday night.
The controversies about the winner of AJL last Sunday between Meet Uncle Hussien and Faizal Tahir because Faizal Tahir have got 2 winner in winner presentation and winner of vocal.. But Meet Uncle Hussien just get winner of pop rock categories .So most of the people unsatisfied the judgement result .
So for my opinion , The meet uncle Hussien should winner the this AJL., because special about this group they have own charismatic vocal and can make peole excited… that all..

i've read of this article in Kosmo..
Sighh..
i don't know what happened to these people, don't they have brain or something?
They just simply "throw" their baby..?
well..
if they didn't want that baby so at the first place WHY WERE THEY SO EAGER to do that thing? i mean, they are not married yet and they are so desperate to do it without thinking what would be the consequences..

Dumping the baby is such unethical.
I wonder WHERE DOES THESE PEOPLE KEEP their brain..
maybe they shift they brain to their knee or something..

hopefully there will be no more such cases in future.

So people,
if you think of doing it and not ready to be responsible on having child after that, you should be taking precaution steps.. Dumping baby is just the same as you killed someone and it will haunt you forever..

I sick heard that word..
WHY everyone take a bribe..
they know their moral or not...
don't blame a economy crisis as a reason why the take a bribe...

Obviously there are too greedy to store up the public people money and spend the dirty money for personal use...
SO UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR..

almost all the bribe cases we heard is from a VIP class like minister, officer, politic people whereby have a tittle Datuk,so shamed are they.
How they want to be a good leader
if they also do the unethical things like that.
The government officer like a policeman also had a cases in bribe. The public trust them to protect them but they not use their power in a correct way. They will let a guilty person free if that people can give what they want..So how the nation will have a peace if this certain happen in our country..the innocent people will get the punishment but the guilty person will free..is it
fair???
I don't know what will happen in the future if this problem is continuously like this..But I hope 1 day the government can solve this problem..not only government but also us as a student, teenager and also a future leader..we can give our contribute by don't ever2 do the unethical behavior and try to prevent it from happen..

hey everyone.today i would like to share my reading about Phonics instruction. Phonics instruction is a way of teaching reading that stresses the acquisition of letter-sound correspondences and their use in reading and spelling.

furthermore the purpose of phonics instruction is to help beginning readers understand how letters are linked to sounds to form letter-sound correspondences and spelling patterns and to help them learn how to apply this knowledge in their reading.

moreover it may be provided systematically or incidentally. The hallmark of a systematic phonics approach or program is that a sequential set of phonics elements is delineated and these elements are taught along a dimension of explicitness depending on the type of phonics method employed. Conversely, with incidental phonics instruction, the teacher does not follow a planned sequence of phonics elements to guide instruction but highlights particular elements
opportunistically when they appear in text.
this Phonics instruction is one of the new things that i get to know
i never hear about this kind of instruction before and this is was my first time. there are lots of benefits if we read a lot of article and reading material.

Hello...
Now, i would like to share with you all that Sleeping is very important:

A nice sleep is vital for everyone or even to me. A sufficient sleeping will lead you to many benefits. Why we are supposed to sleep every night? Having enough sleep in a day will make you to start in the right mood and full of energy is our mind’s means to refresh and rejuvenate. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you all about the benefits of sleeping. One benefit of Sleeping is that it strengthens and improves our memory, brain functions and protects memory from outside interference.During sleep, the brain actively processes information learned during the day.
Basically when we sleep, it is the time when our brain will function in a minimum level letting it regain its energy and full capacity.Sleep may also have other benefits like improving physical and immune function, physical and cognitive performance and regulating mood. The healing process whether from wounds, or illness, will boost during our sleeping hours.
Therefore,in my opinion, we suppose to have a good sleep at least 6-7 hours for a day due to rejuvenate our mind and body. Don’t be too late to sleep, until we have no enough energy
to study or do others activities and it may make our mood of study gone. Be smart,to sleep early. From www.thestaronine.com

its very difficult for me to choose the second article..finally,i faund a good article.
i would like to talk about express bus and the danger are waiting for them in the road.

lately, the are an accident involve the bus express and the 11 of passegers were injured KM90.4 of the North-South Expressway, north bound, in Bedong.

the driver was lost control of his bus when trying to avoid a stalled proton satria on the right lane of the road.

for me,i very scared to take the risks when i take bus to go home but its no other way to me.Many students take bus for their transport to go back.

I REFER to the suggestion by Transport Minister Datuk Seri Ong Tee Kiat that express bus services after midnight may be banned.I stongly agree with Ong that the "human biological clock has a limit when it comes to sleep deprivation". There is no doubt that bus drivers who are deprived of sleep are a danger on the road.
With this in mind.

Yesterday, I read an article about farming worms. Farming worm? Yes. Worm farming in fertilizer projects to boost agricultural yields is being pioneered in the East Coast Economic Region by the Pahang Farmers Organization Authority with 1000 farmers from the Kuantan Farmers Association being involved in a project.
As we all know, earthworms are very important to decomposition processes that occur naturally with dead organic matter. Without earthworms, it would take a long time for bacteria and fungi alone to convert this matter into usable plant nutrients.
Worm casting (a.k.a. vermicomposting) is the entire process of recreating natural worm decomposition in a streamlined form, producing nutrient-filled worm excrement (a.k.a. casts or vermicompost). Worm casts are several times richer in inorganic material, such as phosphates and nitrogen, than topsoil. Also, beneficial bacteria in the worm’s digestive tract, which enhance organic decomposition, have been found in much higher amounts in the ejected worm casts than in organic material that hasn’t been ingested. Since an earthworm can produce its own weight in casts within 24 hours, worm casts are one of the most efficient and nutritious fertilizers currently known.
Plus, worm casting improves decomposition by creating the best suitable environment for worms and bacteria to break down organic material.
For me, the usage of worm fertilizer should be commercialized since there are a lot of benefits we can get from it. Several of the benefits are:
• Naturally Organic and Odor Free – the worm castings come straight from the earthworm with no alterations. There is also no odor and can be used directly from the bag.
• Improves Soil Structure - worm castings are cylindrically shaped pellets that resist compaction and keep the soil loose. This allows roots the ability to grow fast and fibrous. It also allows for excellent drainage so roots don’t become waterlogged.
• Beneficial Bacteria and Microbes - Worm castings contain high concentrations of beneficial bacteria and microbes that are added by the earthworm in the digestive process. These microscopic creatures help different elements of the soil work in conjunction with each other to create healthy, living soil that provides the best possible atmosphere for optimum growth.
• High Availability of Nutrients - The digestive tract of the earthworm grinds and uniformly mixes the nutrients and trace elements found in the soil into simple forms, so plants need only minimal effort to obtain them yet also remain available in the soil for long term use. This allows plants to feed as needed for weeks at a time.
I would agree if the government endeavor to commercialize the usage of worm fertilizer. The effort is very advantageous. The farmers and greengrocers could gain more profits, besides we could reduce unemployment in this country. This would make our country productive and luxurious.

“ Heart Song”

I would like to share my feeling about a story I read, the title is “Heart Song” from “CHOCKEN SOUP FOR THE SOUL”, one of the most famous story. “Heart Song” is about the love of a father to his daughter. After I read the story I felt more love to my both parents than before. So, I have some word to parents:

To my father, philosophy became the center of my life. You are more of a father to me than most people realize. I am forever in your debt and you will be forever in my heart!

To my wonderful mother, who has given me a gift of unconditional and never ending love and support. It has always been in your hands that I found comfort. You never need to say anything to me ; your prayer has been and is always good enough.

I love you both and I am everything that I am today with you around

hmm now is my turn to comment something about an article that i have read...

the article title is "How to Recognise a GIFTED CHILD"..
This is an interesting article...It is important to recognise a gifted child in order to help promote his or her intelligence, curiousity and desire to learn.

There are few ways to know...

1) They generally walk and speak before their first year of age.

2) They tend to use very rich language and adultlike vocabulary

3) They easily remember and understand the information they are given

4) They generate a great quantity of ideas and solution to problems

5) They have a well-developed sense of humour

6) They have a great deal curiosity which makes them question everything

7) They usually worry about the world problem

8) They adore reading

9) They like complicated games

10) They are leaders

For your information, a gifted child is not a genius and does not have to know everything or do things out of the ordinary. They are children who are basically diffrentiated from others in their ability to learn much faster and go more deeply into subjects.

I legible until this article in a magazine .. a story concerning how the man dressed in the era of now ..
Now, man has also been clever in the matter of dress .. so it is not unusual if a store full of clothes they wear various types of fitness according to the party ..
if in the past, men rarely wear for the fitness to work, walking and formal parties but now they take a more serious look on purpose.
Here, I want to give instructions about the clothing:

- For the people that high, avoid wearing clothing with a fine etched line path, a tight jacket and uprise

- Use a slightly lengthen jacket and trousers with high waist discounted low for them.

- Men's fashion also with the long white shirt with black jeans with a view seems to be classic and stylish.

- Try-necked shirt when walking style to a more youthful.

- Long sleeved shirt and formal way according to the official party.

- Keep using a splint or trousers too short.

- To keep up appearances, Keep wearing that shirt wrinkled.

- For the men low, keep trying to use a pair of shorts to wear short-sleeved shirt with long trousers with.

- Men can also use lower figured clothing such as T-shirt or ribbed uprise have long straight trunks.

Hahahaha.. I think, already enough to comment here I am this time ..

Hi...
I want to introduce all of you about what is silat?

Silat is an umbrella term used to describe the martial art forms practiced throughout the Malay Archipelago. Internationally it is now called Pencak Silat. Silat is a combative art of fighting and survival and it has been evolved in Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam civilizations for centuries into social culture and tradition. During the colonization era, both in Malaysia and Singapore as British Colonies and in Indonesia as Dutch colonies, practitioners (locally known as pesilat) used the martial art as a form to liberate[citation needed] from foreign authorities.

The distinctive forms of silat with other Asian martial arts, such as kung fu, tae kwon do or karate, lie on the cultural aspect. Silat is not only for combative purposes. When accompanied with traditional instruments, such as kendang, silat transforms into a folk dance. In Minangkabau area (the West Sumatra province of Indonesia), silat was the oldest men's tradition known as silek and it is one of the components to perform the Minangkabau folk dance of randai.[1] In Malaysia, one form of silat known of silat pulut also shows the harmonic silat styles as a dance accompanied by traditional instruments, and so in Brunei Darussalam "silat cakak" also performed with the presence of "gulintangan". A silat form in West Java province of Indonesia, known as pencak, is usually accompanied with music, notably by the traditional Sundanese suling instrument.

This semester i took silat olahraga as my cocuricculum. In fact, silat is very interesting but i have no talent in this way. It's so hard for me. I can't learn it well although i already try my best. The practical test will coming soon. I wish that i can pass it.Actually i enjoyed in silat practise but it's too hard for me.Lastly, i hope the others silat members will keep on going...

I am tired to think about the article to comment.I want to share the article about pets. Some of the items a cat owners needs are readily apparent: cat food, a litter box, and a cat, for starters! Others only become apparent as necessities after trial and error. As a new cat owner, learn from the experience of others. Read on to discover details about the most common cat items, and learn about others that will make your life as a new cat owner a lot easier. Having all the right items in place before bringing your cat home will help her feel welcomed and comfortable from the minute she sets paw in the door.

1. Food-Related Items

First item of business is a place to put the food. Metal or ceramic containers for food and water are best. Some cats may develop a chin rash related to a plastic food dish. A good option for busy cat owners would be automatic food and water servers, which keep your cat's meals fresh even when you're out and about.

For food itself, don't buy too much before you bring your cat home. Keep your cat's nutritional needs in mind, as kittens need extra nutrients for growth and overweight cats may need a restricted diet. With this in mind, purchase several brands and flavors of food in both canned and dry varieties for your cat to try. Once you figure out your cat's favorites, keep those in stock.

2. Litter Box

The use of a litter box is one of the many benefits of being a cat owner. Most popular nowadays is the clumping clay type of litter, because it clumps around urine, making the litter box easy to clean. However, clumping clay can be harmful if ingested, so it should not be used with kittens and may not always be appropriate for adult cats. Plant-based litter is an alternative option.

As for the litter box itself, many shapes and sizes are available. Start simply with a plastic box that fits your cat—adult cats need a sizeable one with high sides, since they tend to throw the litter around a bit. Kittens, on the other hand, need one that is low enough that they can climb in.

3. Grooming Tools

Properly groomed cats are healthier and happier. Grooming can also be an opportunity for you and your cat to bond. Grooming a cat's hair helps prevent hairballs and keeps your house cleaner, which any allergic visitors would greatly appreciate. To groom hair, purchase a rubber-backed pin brush and a fine-tooth comb.

Clipping your cat's nails also helps prevent overgrown toenails and excessive scratching. For your cat's comfort and ease of use, purchase a nail clipper specifically designed for cats.

4. Cat Toys

Cats and cat owners love to play. One of the simplest and favorite cat toys is the “dangling lure” variety. Before purchasing, be certain that all parts are sturdily connected and won't be a choking hazard for your cat.

Other than the dangling lure, more expensive and creative toys are constantly being invented. Your only limits are space and budget!

5. Cat Carrier

Although a cardboard carrier from the pet store or shelter offers a short-term solution, you will be carrying your cat for many years to come. Even if your cat will live indoors, you will still need to take him out occasionally for vet appointments or possibly for boarding if you take a long trip. For long-term use, purchase a sturdy plastic carrier with a door that latches. Put a favorite blanket in the carrier and your cat will feel comfortable and secure in his travels.

6. Scratching Post

This is an item that new cat owners may not think of, but veteran cat lovers swear by! Cats will scratch—it's in their nature. Providing your cat with a scratching post can help save your furniture and drapes and keep your cat happy. Like toys, scratching posts are available in a wide variety of shapes, styles, and prices. Many purchased at a store also have catnip scent to attract your cat's attention. Choose a scratching post based on your home, your cat's temperament, and your aesthetic preferences.

that all.thank you..

now i want to talk about the article that i read from internet about car using hydrogen with combination of solar and electricity source..

Cars today put out a lot of pollution, and use up fossil fuels. Predictions are that hydrogen cars with combination of solar and electricity source, are the future of transportation. Device that is the size of microwave oven may be all you need to fuel your car in the future. Using small device, hydrogen can be easily and cleanly extracted from water and power family car for up to 150 kilometers.

perhaps with this kind of cars on the street..we can reduce pollution and global warming..

Hello.. I want to share something I had read. Let see what is about, come…come…

“THINK LESS AND LOVE YOUR LIFE MORE”

How happy you are in your life is not due to chance or luck but to your attitude towards happen to you.
Being happy in your life is not about what happens to you but is about how you respond to those events – whether you are a glass-half-empty or half full kind of person. When you feel optimistic and energized, your positive vibe work like a magnet attracting good people, useful resources, opportunities and optimum circumstances to you. This approach helps you in the pursuit of life dreams that are accessible and possible but even
If you do not manage to achieve every one of them you are still happy because you think goods through about yourself.
It may sound deceptively beauty easy but that’s the beauty of taking control of what you think. It is simple, effective and once you start to doing it you will feel better immediately. Utilise the following techniques to think, obsess and despair a whole lot less and start experiencing the world through your sense not just your mind:
LOOK FOR THE GOOD IN EVERYTHING. Happiness is not a stare that we reach and stay in – it is actually found in the small moment in every day where something enjoyable, relaxing and fun. So make sure you notice and savour each little enjoyable moment and enjoy it fully – whether it is just sitting in the sun or getting a part on the back from your boss for doing something well.

For example, many of us e computers, televisions and VCD players ,but do we use the right type of computers? Many electrical items have a special label on them. The label says Energy' and has a picture of a star.Products with this label are made to save energy.Buying products with this label will help protect the environment. Another way we can help the environment is to be careful about the type of car we drive.Cars are an important part of life for most people, but carts also cause pollution.

Fortunately, there are some cars that are better for the environment. These cars can travel longer on a small amount of gasoline- so they save money.

That's all.......
