In my opinion, the festival is good..because the youth can make friend and sharing the same interest. They are also can show their talent on dancing, sports or anything else..
Any kind of books are also selling there. It’s good...encourage them to more read..with this festival, hope no other youth involve the hopeless and fool thing which is can make their life futile..

salam everyone..

this morning my brother sent me an email on air-asia..

its not that i'm promoting air asia here..
i just disagree when they decided to call off all the domestic flight from KL to Kuantan and vice versa..
the reason?
i haven't get the proper explanation yet but I'm really mad..
alright, i might be a bit emotional because that means i won't be able to travel to KL by air..
hmm..
if there is no more available flight, then what is the use of the Airport there..?
disappointing..
they shouldn't be doing this...
customers have demand wanting the flight to be proceed but it seems like no feeback at all from the management...

how is this going to attract outsiders to visit here..?
there will be no hope then...

i've read a novel written by sydney sheldon entitled 'the sands of time'.sheldon is one of the famous author in the world and his writings are very interesting.
reading novel is my interest, especially english novel. here, i would like to persuade all of you to read english stories more because we could get so many information about culture and life of other countries which we never know before.
for example, the novel i read tells me about the life of nuns in convent. after i read that, now i know that the nuns give their lives up to their god so that they could be with their god in the world afterlife. the way of life in convent is really different, with their strict regulations and rules. for example, the nuns are not allowed to talk to each other. they are also barred from watching each other. the life in convent is very quiet and they communicate using signs they make by moving their hands.
the other novels written by the same author i've read are 'if tomorrow comes','rage of angels','master of the games',and some more.i don't really like to read malay novel because, yeah you know malay stories often tell you about love, romance, and the plot of the stories are about the same, which are different from english stories.
for me,reading english stories could increase your grammar and vocabulary as well as giving a lot of information to you.

I had read this article in internet..
You know California right..in this country there was a city name San Francisco....
So this is a 'bACHELOR cITY'...
And it is neighborhood of Pacific Island..

When you go there the first thing you can see is a bundle of restaurant. You can find any kind of food from the different country. They have almost 300 restaurant at there.
Base on the research, this city have most of the citizen is unmarried and the assumption is 60 percent bachelor live at there. And most of them is an old man.So maybe you rarely to see a children..hehehe

San Francisco is one of the destination you can visit. There are several interesting place

In here also located a prison where locating the most dangerous prisoner in US a long time before. This prison is located at the Alcatraz Island and the name of the prison is taken from the island name 'Alcatraz'.Based on the legend there are no one single prisoner can escape the prison because the island was fully with the white shark and haunted because many prisoner died at there.

The first tips are we must make sure that our brain must get the omega 3 enough. We have to take omega 3 because it is good for our memory. Secondly we also have to take foliate and vitamins. This is to make sure that our brain is well functioning even thought we are getting older. The last tips is control your emotion and stress. This is because when we are in the stress mood our brain will produce a hormone which will lead to the bad effect to our brains. This reading material is good to gain our knowledge.

After I read about this new appliance produced by LG, namely LG Secret, I found it very interesting to be owned, with many glamorous features that would make the owner feels fun to show off. It is made from carbon fibre, glossy front panel housing, leather-like back, and a tempered glass display. The tempered glass protects the screen to remain unscratched for a period of time.
One of the most apparent features on the front panel is the Neon Touch control pad. It is used to navigate the phone’s function. Other than that, the Secret is well-equipped for both video and music playback thus makes the phone to produce good quality audio and video ¬playback. The owners also can watch their favorite TV programs or shows that are downloadable from the Web because the phone supports the famous DivX format, which make the users feel proud to own the appliance.
However, this appliance has its own imperfection in several aspects, which would make me think twice if I want to own it. The first one, the glossy front surface makes the phone impossible to use outside on a sunny day. The Neon Touch control pad cannot be operated with other objects or when wearing gloves, since it uses capacity technology, and it is activated by the touch of the skin. Apparently, there is a slight delay between the time you touch the pad and for the function to start working. As we had to wait to see how the function worked, it is quite irritating somehow. Plus, the Neon Touch control pad makes the phone feel really lethargic.
In short, low legibility under sunlight, mostly novelty functions and sluggish performance are some of the thorny issues for this particular model. I think I would not buy this kind of appliance since there are several imperfections, which would make people who bought it feel a kind of regret even though its physical features are luxurious.

Hi,Miss Intan. I would like to share with you a article which relates to our domestic expenses, the petrol. The title of article is 'Pump price of fuel has fallen greatly, says Shahrir'(Saturday January 31, 2009).

In my opinion, since the pump price of fuel is fallen, the rebate should not be continued.

This can control our national finance to prevent the occurrence of overuse of our national fund. Apart from that, the extra fund can give a hand to Palestine victims.

That's only my opinion. I'm not side of others.

Assalamualaikum to everyone...

today i have read the article and i would like to share about ; Body Building'.The specific theme about this article is ' MEAL TIMING'.

I choose this article because the topic is very interesting and its very important to our health.I get more tips how to burn up to three times as much fat, every exercise session without the use of drugs, steroids or stimulants. This is the best ways that we can use.

But...
you cannot to incorporate this into your workout program if you have serious health problems like Hypoglycemic or Diabetic.

Meal timing is extremely importanr for rapid weight loss. You should be eating between three to five small meals a day.If at all possible, you must exercise before you eat first meal because if you eat before exercising, your body will burn off your carb reserve first before attacking the fat pad.If you have been diagnosed with any of health problem, make sure you eat before exercising and keep a piece of fruit with you in case of an emergency.

and if you start to become dizzy, feel faint, nauseous or weak during exercise, you must immediately stop
and sit down and place your head between your knees.Eating a piece of fruit will usually help alleviate health problem.
thank you

hah today i have read the article about "why do other people hear our voices differently than we do".this is an interesting article that attract me to read it...don't you think so?

We have probably all had this experience. We listen to a tape recording of ourselves talking with some friends and we insist the tape doesn't sound at all like our voice but for others sounds reasonably accurate.

According to Dr. Mike D'Asaro the speech therapist, there is a universal pattern of rejection of one's own voice.

There also an explanation in a medical way..and according to him..we have an internal memory our voice in our brain and the memory is richer then what we hear in a tape playback.

Lastly, listening to a recording like that is like listening to a symphony on a bad transistor radio.

Thank You...

Hi guys
You want to know how to stop smoking.
The one method, which has been proven successful, that helps people quit smoking completely is Stop smoking hypnosis. Reaching to the inner mind and giving it directions to stop smoking is what the hypnotherapist does. During the process of stop smoking hypnosis, the patient is helped to relax, and become more sensitive to suggestion. This is when the therapist starts giving positive suggestions to help the client overcome the habit. These suggestions remain in the mind of the client, who then will ideally quit smoking completely with just one session of stop smoking hypnosis. However, for some others, it could take longer, depending on how deeply rooted the problem is and their willingness to change it as well. For those who are wary of this treatment, the only solution is to try it and see how effective it is. Evidence shows that people have been cured to a point where they cannot stand the smell of tobacco or cigarette once the hypnosis therapy has been completed. That is how powerful this method of healing has been, so to quit smoking, try hypnosis. .

I want to share with you about a film..

Mohanlal's highly hyped "stylish action thriller" Sagar alias Jacky- Reloaded directed by Amal Neerad, is all style and no substance!
This film promised to be the mother of all stylish films made in India. But sadly, director Amal Neerad clearly lacks a story and the skills required to turn that idea into an engaging film.

There is a sense of déjà vu as Amal has rehashed certain scenes, locations and characters from his earlier Big-B, and the end product looks like it has fallen off straight from the assembly line of stylized gangster movies like Musafir, Billa, D Company etc.

Where is the story Mr. S.N Swamy? Sagar alias Jacky (Mohanlal) is an international operator who outsmarts rivals like Naina (Suman) through his guts and determination and always emerges triumphant. However he has a problem to be sorted out in Kerala, where the Chief Minister's (Nedumudi Venu) son-in-law, a good for nothing guy and his childhood friend Manu (Manoj.K.Jayan) is kidnapped. Manu's wife Indu (Shobhana), finds that the Kerala Police is dragging its feet over it as their loyalty is with her elder brother Hari (Ganesh), a budding politician who wants to inherit his fathers political legacy.

Indu requests Sagar to bring back her husband who is held in Goa by the notorious gangsters Rozario brothers (Tamil villain Sampath, and the long haired bearded guy who played main villain in Big-B). Sagar flies in to Kochi, in his personal jet along with his 4 member gang.

They take on the Rozario brothers; rescue Manu which leads to more trouble with a host of baddies like Rahul Dev and ends with a final shoot out in a resort. For some romance and songs there is a television news reporter Aarathy Menon (Bhavana), who tries to investigate and expose Sagar and ends up falling in love with him and paying a prize.

At times you get the feeling that Swamy has remade his K.Madhu directed Irupatham Nootandu, which was a far better entertainer. In fact, this film is the perfect example of the new style of film making being followed by young directors in south fed on Hollywood and Bollywood DVD's. First decide and design action sequences, exotic locations, costumes and then write the story around that.

It's an opportunity lost, as Mohanlal the most flexible actor in Indian cinema is asked to look wooden and walk throughout wearing designer coats and leather jackets, which after a point of time becomes predictable or plain boring and agonizingly snail-paced. Jagathy Sreekumar is wasted while Jyothirmayee's item dance fails to sizzle.

Added to that the director has employed the regular technique used by Ram Gopal Varma, Sanjay Gupta and others to make their film look stylish - ramping technique, wide-angle lenses, top angle shots, sepia-toned photography, sharp cuts and a jarring loud background fearless, edgy action thriller is ultimately only a half-decent enterprise because it lacks a strong story. You can watch it only because it's a new format but for most parts prepare to be seriously bored.

that all I can tell you about this film..
k daa..

Hello.
I’m feeling.

Everyone is facing stress whether in studies or work. How we should handle and deal it? I had read a article about above statement. Now, I would like to share with you all.

Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness.

What can you do to deal with stress overload or, better yet, to avoid it in the first place? The most helpful method of dealing with stress is learning how to manage the stress that comes along with any new challenge, good or bad. Stress-management skills work best when they're used regularly, not just when the pressure's on. Knowing how to "de-stress" and doing it when things are relatively calm can help you get through challenging circumstances that may arise. Here are some things that can help keep stress under control.
Take a stand against overscheduling. If you're feeling stretched, consider cutting out an activity or two, opting for just the ones that are most important to you.
Be realistic. Don't try to be perfect - no one is. And expecting others to be perfect can add to your stress level, too (not to mention put a lot of pressure on them!). If you need help on something, like schoolwork, ask for it.
Get a good night's sleep. Getting enough sleep helps keep your body and mind in top shape, making you better equipped to deal with any negative stressors. Because the biological "sleep clock" shifts during adolescence, many teens prefer staying up a little later at night and sleeping a little later in the morning. But if you stay up late and still need to get up early for school, you may not get all the hours of sleep you need.
Learn to relax. The body's natural antidote to stress is called the relaxation response. It's your body's opposite of stress, and it creates a sense of well-being and calm. The chemical benefits of the relaxation response can be activated simply by relaxing. You can help trigger the relaxation response by learning simple breathing exercises and then using them when you're caught up in stressful situations. (Click on the button to try one.) And ensure you stay relaxed by building time into your schedule for activities that are calming and pleasurable: reading a good book or making time for a hobby, spending time with your pet, or just taking a relaxing bath.
Treat your body well. Experts agree that getting regular exercise helps people manage stress. (Excessive or compulsive exercise can contribute to stress, though, so as in all things, use moderation.) And eat well to help your body get the right fuel to function at its best. It's easy when you're stressed out to eat on the run or eat junk food or fast food. But under stressful conditions, the body needs its vitamins and minerals more than ever. Some people may turn to substance abuse as a way to ease tension. Although alcohol or drugs may seem to lift the stress temporarily, relying on them to cope with stress actually promotes more stress because it wears down the body's ability to bounce back.
Watch what you're thinking. Your outlook, attitude, and thoughts influence the way you see things. Is your cup half full or half empty? A healthy dose of optimism can help you make the best of stressful circumstances. Even if you're out of practice, or tend to be a bit of a pessimist, everyone can learn to think more optimistically and reap the benefits.
Solve the little problems. Learning to solve everyday problems can give you a sense of control. But avoiding them can leave you feeling like you have little control and that just adds to stress. Develop skills to calmly look at a problem, figure out options, and take some action toward a solution. Feeling capable of solving little problems builds the inner confidence to move on to life's bigger ones - and it and can serve you well in times of stress.

Thank you.

BE A WINNER !!!!!!.....

There are some ways which I would like to share to everyone on how to be a winner....
One of them is PERSEVERANCE. Winston Churchill once said, “Never give in! Never, never, never, never---in nothing great or small, large or petty. Never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense.” In short, perseverance is the strength to stick it out when you’d rather be quitting. Being persistent means you do not give up when obstacles get in the way, because successful people endure failure before achieving success. It is OK to fail, so long as you see the lessons in every mistake. Perseverance is changing “I cannot” to “I will try”, and to continue to believe in yourself no matter what other think.

The second is MOTIVATION. Everyone needs a force that drives them to take action. More often than not, that your goals and interests work as motivation. Different people have different motivations, so what is yours? Find that out, tap into it and focus on it to succeed. Motivation goes hand in hand with action, hence the lack of it bring your life to a standstill. When someone is motivated, he or she is focused even when the going gets tough. When there is disappointment, they know that if they can beat the odds, they will be stronger.

The third is INTEGRITY. Integrity means keeping to your word. You are honest, trustworthy, have your own set of principles and is not easily swayed by what others say. For example when you are in the situation where you stand to lose by stating the truth, you still do so because it is the right thing to do. Your integrity is shown by your adherence to the values that are important to you. It is easy to make promise bit very hard to keep them. Every time you keep a promise, it’s an art of integrity.

Another one is FOCUS ON YOUR DRIVE. Lean to focus on your goals instead of on the problem that is distracting you, as what Leona Lewis said, “My lone for music is my main motivation as an artist. I have found that you can help so many people with your songs.

So…let try these way.

“Wanted funny and entertaining friend for regular social outings, venting sessions and emotional support”

Hello day to all.. Now I am going to share about ‘The friendship onion” which I had read, from Sharon Wegscheider-Cruse, author of “Learning to Balance Your Life” , talks us through the different friend “layers”

INNER CIRCLE: This are the people you are closest to and most comfortable with, time together improve your well-being. Communication is honest and real.

GOLDEN FRIEND: Those you choose to spend time with. You agree and disagree with many things, but it does not matter as much as closeness.

SILVER FRIEND: Neighbours, club member, and oil school mates. You are not joined at the hip at the moment, but you were once. You could pit up this friendship again.

POSSIBILITIES: These are people you have just met but not worked out yet. Friendship are based on your feeling and sharing the ideas, do this and you will foster honest relationship.
