This is an article about finding yourself . I really agree with the statement that it is never too late to find yourself , because you don't have to be lost to start finding yourself and yes , it is a continuous journey . There is an approach to find out if we were working to our strengths and where our weaknesses . Nobody will understand us well , unless we really understand who we are and what we want to do for example our hopes and dreams . The lesson that I get from this article are not to gives up in our life time , no matter what difficulties we facing . In this world , nothing is cannot be settle , what we need to do is be positive thinking when handling problems .

Dress code is being one of the major problems among the teenagers now a days. The title of an article that I am going to comment is 'Students, Parents Bare Claws Over Dress Codes'. According to the article around twenty three students had been suspended from school for wearing the wrong clothes. I would like to comment that parents should concern on their children dress code. They should play a role by making sure that they wears a proper costume to a place. Parents should be able to advice their children. On the other hand, teenagers must be able to think. They should know their limits during dressing up. As we know short skirts don’t meet the school dress code. So, teenagers should stop wearing short skirts to school. It is not that they can't wear at all, but they must know to which place they can wear it. Our appearance and dressing gives the first impression about our attitude to others.

I came across a newspaper article date 30 January,09.
Here is an article where our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, said this is not a time to be choosy about jobs.Abdullah even added that jobs were plentiful in the country as shown in the number of migrant workers in the country. The government hopes the local people will take over the jobs now held by the immigrants. This is actually nothing against the migrants but the interests of the Malaysian people must come first.A few steps have been taken to encourage the local people to work in the field that have been dominant by the immigrants.

Through this article,I think that as a Malaysian we should hold our hands together to increse the economy in our country, and try to cut down the number of immigrants in the country as this may affect the country developement.

Hello everyone, today I read an article from Reader’s Digest book. It is about a women called Heather, 33 years old who had never smoked even one cigarette was wondering how she could have a lung cancer.

Heather Rudnick was a mother of six-year old son. She is suffering with lung cancer. She is a brave woman. Even she had a sick but she never feel give up for that. She needs enough money to do operation and for that she faces a lot of problems. As a widow, she determined just because for her only one little boy who really needed her. During the treatment, she got sicker and more discouraged every day, but she still remains patient and takes care of his son.

This article sounds quite sad but after read, I visit the rdasia.com website and search about the lung cancer. I found that there are some factors affect to the sick. It is included exposure to tobacco fumes, asbestos, air pollution and workplace toxins, or a family history of lung cancer.

So dear friends, what I found from this article is we should have high determined. What ever situation we are we have to manage it properly. Don’t simply give up and cried thinking about the problems. We should be strong enough to face all the obstacles. That’s all. Thank you.

here i wnat sharing about langkawi island..
Wow! I just came back from Langkawi and was at the WildLife Park with the friends, what an interesting natural ambiance they have. Never had the opportunity to feed the mouse deer as our story books call “San Kancil” so cute and rather tiny.

Saw a 14 foot fresh water crocodile up close, cool. The pond water splashing all over as the ‘Buaya’ landed again after the fantastic leap.
So… so ticklish and fun as the love birds grip my finger and palm with their little feet pecking away the mullet seeds.

The most torturing moment of my life was having the slimy 8 foot Burmese python on the shoulders with its fork tongue tasting the air, mamalia !!! After all that come to think of it, it was an experience worth the ticket fee and mind you no charge for taking photos, good news!
The vacation was a blast as we enjoyed the WildLife Park thoroughly and finally the massive discounts at the Paradise shop with RM 12 & RM 18 cash voucher to redeem. The whole path way area is covered with tile roofings keeping us safe from the sun & rain too.
im very2 happy...
so welcome to langkawi island
huhuhuhu
thats all..

Go on,let people failed
it's sound ridiculuos when first time i read this title.but when i read all statement in that article, there are so many thing i've learnt.

first, i believe everyone in this world must have failed.i've failed also before.starting from my child until my twenty years old i have failed many time. but it's not means i must stop to standing my goal.no!no! it's not mine.

second, failure is essential to success.without falling , big breakthroughs or innovations do not happen. personally , i believe that if someone wanted to succed quickly , he or she needs to experiences as many failures as soon as possible time. before i read this article, my friends have told me who are never failed, they will not being rich. do you think this statement is true??no comment.for me each failure taught me how to get success and great achieves is born from the failure.

third , don't give up. everything that we have done whether achieve our target or not don't t stop this, go on and go on.if failed , just being positive. don't ever make the failure as a reason to stop our goal. but make it as our motivation. i believe there has a success waiting out. life must go on..make your life happy with your failure.

I am back and here is another article that I would like to share with you guys. Lately, I watched a movie that was related to psychological trauma. There are different people in this world who suffer from different kinds of phobia such as afraid of heights, afraid of water, afraid of fire and many more. Here are some simple findings of mine about psychological trauma and how people react to it.

Basically, Psychological trauma is a type of damage to the psyche that occurs as a result of a traumatic event. I believe that when that trauma leads to posttraumatic stress disorder, damage may involve physical changes inside the brain and to brain chemistry, which affect the person's ability to cope with stress.

Usually, a traumatic event involves a single experience, or an enduring or repeating event or events, that completely overwhelm the individual's ability to cope or integrate the ideas and emotions involved with that experience. The sense of being overwhelmed can be delayed by weeks or years, as the person struggles to cope with the immediate danger. Trauma can be caused by a wide variety of events, but there are a few common aspects. There is frequently a violation of the person's familiar ideas about the world and of their human rights, putting the person in a state of extreme confusion and insecurity. This is also seen when people or institutions depended on for survival violate or betray the person in some unforeseen way. I realise that this type of cases occurs in many different people nowadays.

Looks like these are the information that I am able to share with you at the moment. I hope to get back soon blogging about other new interesting topics.

Hello everyone..
This time I would like to share about a horror story book that I read recently. The title of this book is The Ring. This story is about a newly shifted mother and son. They had a bad experience at their older house and this was the cause for them to move away from this house. But things did not change as the evil spirit tried to occupy the son's body so that it'll get the love and the attention of a mother. This is because of the past life of the dead girl where the own mother killed her at the age of 5 due to poverty. The mother of the son struggled to save her son from the evil spirit. At one point, the mother decided to sacrifice herself to save her son. But her love towards her son helped her to destroy the evil spirit which has been haunting them. This story was very touching and horrifying as well. I understand how valuable are mothers and the true love will save anyone from any danger

I have just read an article about the friendship. What means about friendship of you?The article that i read is about one of the girl sacrifice for her best friend. How she sacrifice and what she sacrifice for her best friend?Maybe you won't guess correctly. She broke up with her lovely boyfriend and let them together. This is the story about two of the girls be friend since they are standard one. When one of the girl who names Amanda be a relationship with a guy who names Allen, their friendship start to changes. This is because the other girl who names Cecelia is jealous of her best friend,Amanda.Cecelia jealous why Amanda can get a ideal boyfreind but she can't.She start to ignore Amanda. After Amanda realize that Cecelia is jealous of her due to Allen, she decide break up with Allen. She let them together and wish them.Amanda hope her action can let Cecelia feel touching.Unfortunately,Cecelia didn't feel any touching of Amanda's action because she never treat Amanda as bestfriend.
Through this short story,i learn that we cannot easily trust your "friends".I also learn that "love" is can't share with your friends.I feel luckily because i don't have such type of friends.Friends should always encourage each other and wish with each other but not jealous.
In conclusion, please appreciate your lovely friends.=)

The second article. I have read about the marriage between two Muslims named 'Zul' and 'Ana'. As a summary, one day, Ana's parent has decided to find a good husband for their daughter. Ana do not know about this but she believe that parent's choice is the best for her.

After a several weeks, Ana and Zul got married. Ana do not know whether she is happy or not with the marriage but lately, she must face this situation too. So, she do as good as she can to serve her husband. Zul satisfied with his choice.

Next day after has some leisure moment together, Zul take off from bed room to have some pray. He always feel not comfortable that morning. Ana feel like something wrong with her husband but Zul trying not to make Ana worry.

Then, they take a breakfast together with Ana's parent. Suddenly, when Zul went to the kitchen, he fell. Everyone was scary and roughly trying to help him. But the destiny had came to invited Zul. He die.

Ana feel very sad. But she is strong enough to facing all that. She know when someone that she love be taken away, the place will be replaced by the other person. Ana pregnant. Her son is enough for her to replace her ex-husband's place.

As conclusion, we will face the marriage moment. So, make sure we are well-prepared for it. We live with our parent maybe only for twenty five years, but with our partner for the rest of our life. Make sure we will be the best for our partner because this will affected our new family structure. Plant a hope to be with your partner until you entering the heaven. InsyaAllah.

As what i have read on the Treehugger site, Xerox has came out with a paper that self-erases within 24 hours and can then be re-used. The printing on the paper will fade gradually in 24 hours under the light is actually due to a compound on the printing that change colour when they absorb a certain wavelength of light. The printing can also be erased faster by exposing to heat. The erasable paper produced by Xerox has not yet on sale. It is because it is still a research project. I enjoyed reading the article as it is quite a good idea to help in reducing paper used. And i do believe the erasable paper could help in reducing the number of paper in the world. However, Xerox still need to think how they should reduce the cost of production of the erasable and the ways to attract the consumers to use their product.

i have read an article about the key of knowledge. i think its better for me to share this knowledge. im so bad in memorize something especially about education. i dont know why im so bad in memorize. but important to me to memorize to pass with sucsessful in exam. i am so bad in memorize especially about history and theory. However, few things come out in my mind. How can I sustain in memorizing all the things in details? Am I required to memorize all the things?
However, things are changing when i read this article. every problem can be solve and the different is how we solve the problem and only time can help. when we make a notes, we always confuse either the information or the statements important or not. during make a notes, we must draw a lines about what is "need to know" and what is "nice to know". many students simply write and elaborate what the lecturer has been saying without further thinking on classification, dividing, defining the terms, and searching to differentiate between what is need to know and what is nice to know.
to undersatand we always read and read without proper understanding and becoming more confused. As a student, now we should be able to understand the lecture, get the definition, classify and harvest the important part of the lecture and becoming Adil. Adil is putting the right things in the right place.
so lets try this key of knowledge either its true or not.

i had read the series of comics books title DEATH NOTE. I got the books from my uncle. The movie title DEATH NOTE is adaptation from its comics. It was an interesting story because it shows what happen when a student with full of ambitions got a power to change the world.

The main character in this story is Light Yagami who is son of chief police at the town. Light Yagami is an extremely intelligent young man who resents the crime and corruption in the world. His life undergoes a drastic change when he discovers a mysterious notebook, known as the "Death Note", lying on the ground in the year 2003. The Death Note's instructions claim that if a human's name is written within it that person shall die. Light is initially skeptical of the Death Note's authenticity, believing it is just a prank. However, after experimenting with it and killing two criminals, Light is forced to admit that the Death Note is real. After meeting with the previous owner of the Death Note, a shinigami named Ryuk, Light seeks to become "the God of the new world" by passing his judgment on criminals.

Soon, the number of inexplicable deaths of reported criminals catches the attention of the International Police Organization and a mysterious detective known only as "L". L quickly learns that the serial killer, dubbed by the public as "Kira" (derived from the Japanese pronunciation of the word "Killer"), is located in Japan. L also concludes that Kira can kill people without laying a finger on them. Light realizes that L will be his greatest nemesis, and a game of psychological cat and mouse between the two begins.

This story is full of suspense. It make the reader can't wait to know whats Kira's steps and how the ending of the story. Its make us think who's the suitable person who should get the power of the book. Is it an intelligent student, a businessman, policeman
or even others?

there are 4 things that can demolished laughing and happiness in “mukmin”
1.thinking about after life
2.busy finding their life necessarities
3. bad things happen

Everyone would cry during the after life except for 3:

1. the eyes that cry because of afraid to Allah s.w.t
2. the eyes that was closed for the forbidden things by Allah.
3. the eyes that stay awake at night due to “jihad fisabililah”.

Muhammad B Abdullah Al-Abid once saying:

Those who leaves their sight for those that unnesssary things, then he would get “taufik” to get more concentrate in their praying.

And those who leave their arrogant, they would be given “taufik” for concentration, and those who leave unimportant conversation, then they can get miracle, and those who leave abundant foods, then they can be given “ taufik” to taste the delightful of praying.
And those who leave laughness, they would be called as great person.

WORLD'S FIRST BRAIN SURGEON
Ever heard about it...?
Well the six legged robot known as "Hexapod" has been developed by Singapore experts who is the engineers at the Nanyang Technology University (NTU) and it is programmed to drill through the skull during surgery to remove deep-seated brain tumor. It can reduce operating time. The speed and precision hinge of the software had been written by the NTU's department itself. According to Associate Professor (Ng Wang Sing) the Hexapod will be programmed to use the "optimal path to reach the tumor" without touching the brain and avoiding sensitive areas such as the inner ear and the facial nerves.

How the method of removing the tumour are conducted..??
First using the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans of the affected area first. MRI image is examined and the tumour area, location of blood vessels, and the nerves and sensitive structures is marked. The programmers can then map the access path, program the robotic arm to hold the drilling tool and begin the surgery. The surgeon puts physical markers on the patient's head to guide the robot before the operation. The computer connected to the robot is also preloaded with the medical imaging information and can be used to do a simulation of the surgery.
From this article, we can see how important technology is especially in medical field.^_^ gugugugugu

Other than that, the caffain amount in a cup of coffee equals to 12 cups of hot cocoa or 5 cans of coke.
Futher more,a coffee tree only produces 1.5 pounds of coffee per year.Plus coffee beans were cheewed 400 years before thefirst cup of coffee was brewed.

This article is abot the Kaarthigai – the month of lamps.

Lighting lamps during twilight hours on all days of the solar month of Kaarthigai is an age-old practice.
The special occasion is the full moon day in Kaarthigai when all houses and temples will be decorated with oil lamps after sunset. This festival is an important one for both shivites and vaishanvites and is variously known as Bharani deepam, Kaarthigai deepam and Vishnu deepam. This is considered solely as a Tamil festival, as it is not celebrated in other parts of India.
First of all, a clarification on the difference between lighting lamps on Deepavali (as it is done in most of India barring Tamilnadu) and lighting lamps on Kaarthigai pournami. The obvious difference is that Deepavali coincides with New / no moon day whereas Kaarthigai deepam coincides with Full moon day. But the intricate difference is that, lighting lamps on Deepavali is to celebrate a historical event of the death of Narakasura while that of the Kaarthigai is a kind of worship on a cosmically important day. According to the astrological text, Kalaprakasika, kaarthgai deepam is celebrated on the Full moon day of the solar month of kaarthgai. The Full moon is the fundamental signifactor. The star krittika may or may not be present. But the deepam must be lighted on the Full moon. If the full moon continues in the next evening, the deepam must be lit then. Even if there is a lunar eclipse, the deepam must be lit. This festival ensures prosperity and good rains to the country. The lighting time must coincide with exact sun set or just before sunset or at twilight. The twilight is defined as the time when sun will be within 18 degrees below the horizon. It takes 4 minutes to cross a degree. That means twilight stretches for 1 hour.

salam..

hehe..me again..

nowadays we know that the fast food is a threathen for health..people just don't realized the risk that come from the fast food..

i read an article about the "disadvantages of fast food"..

The disadvantages of junk food and ready meals are screamed at us on a daily basis by the media. Obviously, if you are looking after your health, you need to be aware that fast food as a rule contains more fat, salt and calories that you really should be taking in on a regular basis.

The occasional treat won’t hurt at all, and eating fast food in moderation is not a problem, but moderation can be difficult when faced with ‘super sizing’ and ‘deals’ that encourage you to buy more than you initially intended just to get a few pounds shaved off of the bill. Don’t be tempted into the ‘buy one get one free’ pizza deals – most people neither want or need extra portions.

Super sizing seems to have gone the way of advertising to kids in fast food restaurants, but beware the portion sizes in takeaway food that you order in. The containers of rice and noodles that you get from a Chinese or an Indian takeaway are enough for two to three people to share, so if you eat one all by yourself you’ll take in a massive amount of fat and calories ...and probably give yourself indigestion too.

Family meal deals can also be a problem, as you usually end up with more food than you need and there’s always someone there happy to finish it off. Give the extra large pizzas or chicken buckets a miss and only order what you really need.

always be carefull on what you eat..have a balance diet..save your money, save your body..=)

that's all..

thank you..
