PINK...,
Pink is essentially a light red and is usually associated with love and romance.Pink is thought to have a calming effect. One shade known as "drunk-tank pink" is sometimes used in prisons to calm inmates. Sports teams sometimes paint the opposing teams locker room pink to keep the players passive and less energetic. While pink's calming effect has been demonstrated, researchers of color psychology have found that this effect only occurs during the initial exposure to the color. When used in prisons, inmates often become even more agitated once they become accustomed to the color.

TITLE : TENSION HEADACHE
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/

Everyday lots of problems that we have to face. Because of this, people always suffer tension headache. Tension headache is generally a diffuse, mild to moderate pain that many people describe as feeling as if there's a tight band around their head. This headache make people not be able to proceed their work very well. The exact cause or causes of tension headache are unknown. Experts used to think that the pain of tension headache stemmed from muscle contraction in the face, neck and scalp, perhaps as a result of heightened emotions, tension or stress. Mostly people like to treat this headache by themself by taking painkillers. However, painkillers only relieve the symptoms temporarily. The best way to prevent this symptoms is have a regular exercise everyday for only at least 8 to 10 minutes to make sure your body is healthy. Besides have a good meal, drink plenty of water everyday to get rid the toxin in your body. Lastly, have a happy life and enough rest everyday.

Eye is one of the main part of our sense.. Without eye, we lost ourself and can not see the beauty of the world. I have read an article about the blindness of eye and its common to attack who and what the causes of it and how's blindness can occur....
The article about Focus on women
By WONG LI ZA....
'women tend to face more vision problems'

From the article, i can conclude that usually eyesight problems will hit women harder on many way.
Nearly two-third of blind people worldwide are women and girl. This is based on World Health Organisation(WHO) research. But almost 80% of all blindness can be treated, cured or prevented.

As said by Dr. Nurazlina Bachik consultant ophthalmologist with a private eye specialist centre,
“When we talk about eye problems that affect women more than men, it’s usually due to the longer life expectancy of women and age-related eye problems such as cataract, glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration."
This will make many women and girl feel afraid as the eye problems always effect women and girl rather than man. This is due to smaller of women's eyeball structure which can affect refractive errors like myopia or nearsightedness, hyperopia or farsightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia, an age-related condition involving the gradual loss of one’s ability to focus on nearby objects.

Smaller eyeballs tend to worsen farsightedness or hyperopia. Hyperopia is a common vision condition in which one can see objects in the distance clearly, but objects nearby may be blurry. It is not age-related. People with severe farsightedness can only see clearly objects a great distance away, while those with mild farsightedness may see clearly objects that are closer.

Cataract is the leading cause of blindness in the world. Symptoms of cataract are smoky or hazy vision, dull colours and blur night vision. However, cataract is reversible and besides being age-related, is also common in people with diabetes. The risk of developing diabetes increases with age. Diabetic retinopathy, a complication of diabetes, affects the retina and can cause blindness.

Thus.., as a women and girl, we need to go to clinic or hospital to make a medical check up. We need to treat it before it become worth. Eye is very important sense to face of our beloved person and see the creature made by Him...

I don't know what to write to you..
Actually, I'm just finished read an article about an earthquake happened in Padang,Sumatera that was posted by my sister.. that email actually from one of the famous 'ustaz' in Indonesia..

The article titled "The earthquake time same as verses in the Quran". That titled make me wonder to know about this.
So,the Ustaz said "the first earthquake happened on 17.16, the second earthquake happened on 17.58and another day on 8.52 a.m.So,he want us to look in Alquran:

17.16(Surah Al-Israa' part 17 verse 16)

17.58(Surah Al-Israa' part 17 verse 58)

8.52(Surah Al-Anfaal part 8 verse 52)

If you look the meaning of the three verses in Alquran, its actually tell about the Almighthy of Allah s.w.t.
So interesting to know that right..
The time of the earthquake same as the verses of Alquran.

I used to love reading something about astronomy back in primary school.Sadly my interest did not develop any further. But surprisingly, until today I always
still love to read anything regarding the outer space eventough i am busy with my university life.Seriously,if i am not here taking my first choice of career as an engineer,i would totally go to astronomy field. With the telescope and everything ,astronomy always fascinates me.Big Bang? The Supernova? You name it. I totally need someone to share this with me. *Totally geek*

Today, I log on to yahoo! and find something under the astronomy section to read.Well, i seriously need updates about this astronomy thingy.I think its been ages i did not have any updates regarding the astronomy field.

I came across to this asteroids article titled CATASTROPHIC ASTEROIDS. The NASA has predicted there will be a massive catastrophic asteroid hitting the earth in 2036.The asteroid name is Aphopis .It will cause major impact to the earth as the size is two and a half times the size of a football field.

Steve Chesley and Paul Chodas of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena whom made the asteroids calculation will present their results at the conference of the American Astronomical Society in Puerto Rico on October 8.

Enough about the fact, in my own prespective, I think this matter should be taken seriously eventough it is only a prediction because it will threatens our life and our future generation. This article made me realize that it is not only the common natural disaster like flood and tsunami that can take our life but also the outer space things. For me this kind of thing is not impossible tho happen because it is prooven that there are several meteor fall in several country in the U.S.A.

Knowledge about astronomical matter also should be develop in ourself so that we know how to survive and deal with the situation that maybe will happen someday.
In malaysia I think, astronomical technology should be improved and should be develop more to produce more astronomers.

title: who should become an engineer?
http://www.engineergirl.org/Sutee/who.html

Engineering is a field that requires many people with different skills to work together and solve complex problems.
There's no precise formula to tell you if you have what it takes, but it requires some personal qualities that will help you become a successful engineer.
Analytical Skills. We easily make decisions everyday, but an engineers have to be able to analyse a situation and see the factors involved that will help in making decisions.
Problem Solving Skills. In the real world of engineers it's not always easy to make their works beneficial to people. When they run into dead ends, engineers have to find better ways or come up with a totally different approach. The ability to solve problem is key of engineering.
Communication Skills. Two heads are better than one, no matter how smart she is, she cannot do everything by herselves. In additional engineers have to be able to get along with others. Engineers must talk to other engineers to effectively solve problems.
Interest in Engineering. This is the most important things required, it is an genuine intereset in engineering and the desire to excel. there's nothing worse than having to put up years doing job that you hate. It's the power for you to decide how you will enjoy in the future. Choose wisely.
Persistences. An interest in engineering is always not enough. when you face a bad moment on your career you probably won't always enjoy the challenges thrown at you, but you can't just give up. as a female, you may have to go through have to go through more to get what you want as you encounter stereotypes and ignorance, but that does not mean that you are not capable of being a good engineer.
Whatever you decide to do, remember that it's you who should decide, not your parents, teachers or friends. Don't let someone tell you can't be an engineer because your race or gender. Not all these are necessary, but do keep these in mind when deciding if you see engineering in your future.
Here are some successful engineers in the past were women:
- Ada Bryon Lovelace. Helped invent a machine that would eventually lead to the modern computer. She also predicted the development of software and artificial intelligence years before they actually became reality. She even has a computer programming language named after her.
- Mary Anderson. Invented the windshield wiper that is widely used in cars today.
- Stephanie Kwolek. Discovered a solvent that later became used in the production of kelvar, the key component of bullet-proof vests.

Ladies and gentlemen, what is sex?According to Wikipedia, sex is a process of combining and mixing genetic traits, often resulting in the specialization of organisms into a male or female variety (known as a sex) in terms of biology.Besides that, sex also
refers to sexual intercourse and sexual relations, sexual reproduction and gender.Needless to say,I believe that everyone should know the apparent definition of sex. But,how far do we understand about the true meaning of sex?

Nowadays people are too embarassed to talk on sex, they do not even dare to touch on it.In order to satisfy our curiosity some of us logged on to pornographic websites to 'search' for relevant informations about sex. Some of them even conducted 'real-life practical experiments'by themselves-sexual intercourse without knowing the true meaning of having sexual intercourse.
Articles reporting teenagers getting pregnant or being raped are published online or in the newspaper almost everyday and this indicates that teenagers nowadays treat sexual intercourse like no-big-deal and some of them even felt proud of having sexual intercourse at young age when they were interviewed by the reporters.
I think that parents should start educating their children especially teenagers with proper and adequate knowledge on sex, such as the usage of contraception and aware them that there are more cons than pros on having sexual intercourse at young age.Besides that, parents are also encouraged to convey the correct message of sex educcation by letting teenagers to understand and respect the opposite sex as well so that the rates of sexual-involved cases can be reduced.Regards.

TITTLE:COMPUTERS AND EDUCATION IN
AMERICA

On 9 October,i have read an article about the computers and education on America.Dudley Erskine Devlin writes his own commentary of computer technology on the rise in "Computers and Education in America." While all the optimists out there push the movement of Websites and constantly flash e-mail addresses on all advertising promising simplicity for our hectic lives and education for our children, Devlin retorts by saying, "In short, the much balleyhooed promise of computers for education has yet to be realized." He believes that finding information and retrieving it from the Internet is long and tedious. The Internet is cluttered by commercialism, claims Devlin. He also points out how the information might be false when found. He believes claims that the Internet is democratic are false. The personal computer eats money and that plus the cost of Internet bills is too much for families. Although the Internet has nearly 20 million sites, there are not enough mentoring programs to lead students through the Internet. Besides, according to Devlin, kids will always prefer the TV and their friends over cyberspace. Even if kids were on the Internet they would be surrounded by commercialism and pornography. Finally, in the words of Dudley Erskine Devlin, "The cult of computers is still an empty promise for most students."

War- A terrible incident which only brings harm and sadness to the world without any benefit. Since I read an article from yahoo news, I found that in our modern society, war still exist and causing a lot of problem to the people especially residents. From the article, it states that 85000 Iraqis was killed in almost 5 years of war from 2004 to 2008. It is a terrified figure which shows that our world still full of violence. I think the method of using weapon to solve the problem is totally useless and only will increase the problems. Conversely, any problem whatever is big or small problem need to be solved peacefully. For instance, meeting can be conducted, idea can be shared via proper way and many more. Thus, mature thinking and tolerance are the important criteria that should be possesed by people to solve any problems. Hence, education is the best way to help people to posses these kind of values and solve the problem peacefully. If more and more people can think like that, war can be reduced or prevent effeciently and the world will become more peacefully.

Jealousy

man is a creaute with thoughts and feeling. his physical need like eating and sleeping are similar to that of animals. however,it is in his public emotions that mark out his humanity and differentiate him from other cretures, man is able to be kind, feel compassion and noble feeling towards his fellow humans. man, however, has inpleasant emotion which reveal his bad side like hatred, crualty and jealousy..

jealousy is a negative emotion. the feeling thst a jeslous person bears toward another is not a good one. it is born out of envy, resentment and ill-will towards the other.

being jealous reflects on a person's immaturity. jealousy, can lead to negative action. a person who is jealous may slander his rival in love. sometimes,he may even resort to violence.

in popular literature and films we often hear of the jealous lover. having lost his beloved one's affections,he may give vent to his hate, rage and resort to ways harm his rival and hid loved one.

jealousy will always be with the common man. a person who becomes a better person will learn not to have jealousy or to control it.. all said and done jealousy will always be with us. and im the real modal exmple...

just now i read several articles about anoroxia, a destructive psychiatric illness. the most shocking thing is about 1 percent of teenage girl is affected by this illness. it is true that girls always want to look good. but it doesn't mean that you need to sacrifice your own life. do you think it is worthed to get yourself through all this pain and hardship so that other people say you look nice? i personnally think each and every single individuals on earth do look good in their on ways. you just need to start believing in yourself and stop thinking about what other people might think about you. as long as you do the right thing, then i think that is fine by me. so from now on,stop yourself from staving to death in order to looked good but instead do appropriate exercise to burn all the fats and boosting up your metabolism.say no to anorexia nervosa.

Tsunami…

The 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami killed over 300,000 people with many bodies either being lost to the sea or unidentified. Some unofficial estimate According to an article in Geographical magazine (April 2008), the Indian Ocean tsunami of December 26, 2004 was not the worst that the region could expects have claimed that approximately 1 million people may have died directly or indirectly. If u wants to know, everyday wind waves have a wavelength of about 100 meters and a height of roughly 2 meters a tsunami in the deep ocean has a wavelength of about 200 kilometers (120 mi). Such a wave travels at well over 800 kilometers per hour, but due to the enormous wavelength the wave oscillation at any given point takes 20 or 30 minutes to complete a cycle and has amplitude of only about 1 meter. This makes tsunamis difficult to detect over deep water. Ships rarely notice their passage. So, we as human should be grateful and always thank to our creator for our life.

Health, the most important thing in our life. The link above is about the article why Islam forbids pork? the reason is the step taken by Islam to practise hygiene and to attain purity of soul. The pork is the harmful diet in their body had a viruses that harm to our body. this is proved by according to physician and medical expert, in their body consist of swine-flesh creates lowliness in character and destroys moral and spiritual faculties in a man. So if you are the one who love to eat porks, better to eat something else, if porks is omnivorous animal, it can eat anything, so we are mammal, we are not eating like pork, just leave for your life as encourage in Islam. Think about it, if you want to die soon eat it as usual, give a change for yourself. We need the body and soul together to live in this world. You can test it yourself. so that's all thank you

I quite like to read lots of book about different and similarities of other religion with my religion. Then I found a quite interesting book, 20 question most common about islam.

What interesting about this book is it show the relevent of islam and similarities of other religion (most is cristian and hindu) withn islam.

That the most interesting part is we know that in islam, muslim cannot eat pork and drink wine. But pork also cannot be eaten and wine cannot be drink by a cristian because the holy bible say they cannot. It quite shocking me because I am not seeing a christian nowedays avoiding to eat pork and drink wine.

Perhaps, maybe because most cristian are not practicing the teaching in bible, who knows.

The other interesting part is the hindu concept about god is same as a muslim. They also beliave the god is one.

I hope I can fine other book that have same type as this book

hei there,
i just read an article about shakira's new single, SheWolf.
the article was really focussing on the good side of the song. i have already heard the song myself and i had to say that i agree with the article about the song in question.
the song shewolf is really fun to be heard especially during the afternoon where you start to get sleepy in the class (not that i encouraging you to hear song during lecture). it is because the song is really catchy and upbeat that you will feel that you want to stand up and dance, hypothetically (try imagining that one of your classmate suddenly stand up and start dancing, muahahahaha). the lyric by the way was metaphoring about the singer, Shakira's lady agression. with a lot of disco and a litle of hercules and love affair, i definitely say that this song is my newest favourite song

Well, at least I share some of my interest instead of article. One of my interst is reading manga or watching anime. Well, since young I have watch cartoon on the tv. It become my habbit to watch cartoon. They are so intersting and funny and they make me laugh a lot. I also know that the diffenrece of cartoon and reality. When I was about 13 years old, my friend introduce me to the wrold of anime and manga. I just couldn't ressist them because it was good. After that, I started to watch anime instead of cartoon. But my parent said that there is difference betweem cartoon and anime. To me, thay are different. Cartoon is just that it is just give you a big laugh only and they do impossible stunts. Anime shows the lifestyle of the japanese people. But still their language is still intersting. I have learnt some of the words from watching anime such as "ohayo" which means "good morning". It is two bird with one stone. Even now I still watch anime and manga. So, I think that's all ...

I want to tell to you all about how to writing about love story.Writing stories is a long process. Write a love story by focusing on your main character’s emotional state of mind during a storyline. Many love stories begin with the main character deciding that there will be no love in the immediate future. This presents an obstacle to any other character that falls in love with your main character, creating tension. Follow these steps and you’ll learn how to write a love story.

Difficulty: Moderately EasyInstructions
Step 1-Choose your setting. Your love story isn’t taking place in a vacuum. The setting will influence your main character’s state of mind, so select a setting that will help develop the emotions of your characters. For example, a lush tropical island could induce feelings of love.

Step 2-Develop your characters. Readers will want to live vicariously through the characters in your story. The more you describe their states of minds, the more readers can identify with them.

Step 3-Start writing your love story by introducing your character in the setting you’ve selected. Present your character with successive challenges, like situations that make falling in love more unlikely.

Step 4-Develop your storyline by having your main character interact with others. Your main character’s love interest should be the focus. As your character pursues the goal, divide the storyline into logical chapter breaks.

Step 5-Introduce various emotions to your characters. The sense of love will be more intense when preceded by other emotions such as sadness or anger.

Step 6-Expand the world your character lives in as you continue writing the storyline. Go into the details of the emotional state of mind of your main character. Love stories explore the depths of emotions, and you want the reader to remember the entire range of your main character’s emotions.

Step 7-Write a conclusion to your love story by having your main character fall in love.

Recently, I have read an article which is the title, “Indiscipline, negligence main cause of road accidents," from Daily Express. Indiscipline of drivers is one of the main causes of road accident especially in this festive season. According to the statistics of Ops Sikap, there are 74 deaths in the first four days during the festive season. Deputy Internal Security Minister Datuk Mohamed Johari Baharom said that, the accident rate during Ops Sikap for Deepavali and Aidilfitri this year had raised compared to with last year. Then, he also said that in the first four days of operations, 4,476 accidents were reported, 71 of which were fatal and 74 deaths. For last year 3,900 accidents were reported, 55 of them fatal and 62 deaths. This year, there are 38,069 summonses to traffic offenders issued by police in this first four days of the operation. The minster was pleased to the road users, to drive slowly and in a disciplined manner when return to the hometowns. So, as a road user we must follow all the traffic rules to reduce the rate of accident.

Thank You......
