Recently, I have read a article above triclosan. What is triclosan? Actually Triclosan is a potent wide spectrum antibacterial and antifungal agent. It is polychloro phenoxy phenol. Triclosan is found in soaps, deodorants, toothpastes, shaving creams, mouth washes, and cleaning supplies.

Recently, OXY(The mentholatum Co.) had used triclosan to produce acne wash.Triclosan is use to kill bacteria and remove excess sebum. The condition of skin can become not prone to acne.Try it if you have acne problem.

Lately I've been read an article about the nation's thoughts on the establishment of the National Service Training Programme.Surprisingly, most of the comments that came from the parents of the future trainees were more towards the negative side as they were very certain that such programme would not benefit their children at all.Well,It's completely different from my point of view as a former National Service trainee.

I do think that such programme has benefit the teenagers in many ways.Teenagers are exposed to live in a community with different races as this would enable them to understand more about the different cultures.Furthermore, teenagers that have undergone the National Service training are taught with survival skills that they could never learn from the outside. Moreover, the three months training would teach the trainees to be independent and this has subsequently build up their self confidence.

In a nut shell, people from all over the country should support this programme as this would certainly benefits the nation.

I had read an article 'It's The Constitution' by Dr. Azmi Sharom in his column 'Brave New World' that had been published on February 19.

The article discuss about the power that the rulers have (Sultans and Yang Di-Pertuan Agung) in our country. It also discuss about the power that the constitution have to bring the ruler to judgement according to the constitution.

Many of us would think that as a ruler, Sultans have full immunity and can be exampted from our judiciary system. But, many of us forgotten about article 182 and the 'Special Court' that have the power to judge the ruler.

In a democratic country, it is important to take actions on anyone without considering his status nor caste in the society.

In the article, it had touched on the power that the Sultan of Perak have to sack the incumbent Mentri Besar. I will not comment about the situation in Perak but what interest me is in Dr. Azmi's writting that can be said brave in order to make the public understands about the law in our country.

The topic that had been discuss in the article is what is lung cancer, the symptoms, how lung cancer is diagnosed, how to treated lung cancer and ways to prevent lung cancer.

i love sport especially football.Todays, football been labelled as priceless asset in europe. But,how about in malaysia..?

As far as i know, football in malaysia been critise by many parties. This is because of many reason.

One of the reason is the fan.Football fan in europe is very committed and discipline. This is because they love the game.In malaysia, most of the fan liked to create chaos than enjoy the beautiful game of football.\

Last but no least,the gameplay.
There are a lot of different about the gameplay of local league such as liga malaysia and foreign league such as premier league. The gameplay of premier league is more attarctive and interesting than liga malaysia.

A few day ago, i have read a article self improvement about A Dream Dictionary Guide by Kenneth E Asselin. In that article she state that "Dreams can hold an enormous amount of information in them, and using a dream dictionary can help you understand your dreams and discover your true self. A dream dictionary can open up the world of dream interpretation for you and help you understand the meaning of many of your dreams".

In my opinion, i dont think that Dream dictionary can help people to understand the meaning of their dream because the same word can have a different meaning in a dream with a different theme. Keep in mind that the descriptions in a dream dictionary are only suggestions.People must always apply them to the theme of the dream and their personal situation.Do not just accept the general interpretation of a word. Take the time to think about how the interpretation of the word would pertain to your personally, and hopefully you will find the best answers you are looking for.

oiseHello......my teacher and my friends
Last few weeks, I had read a poem which quite meaningful to me and now I want to share with all my friends. The title of this poem is “How Many, How Much”, written by Shel Silverstein. The theme of this poem is talking about friendship. From the poem, the writer have describe how deep the friendship develop between the two person is depend on how many they spend and sacrifice to each other.

For me, friendship is very importance after my family due to my belief that no man live in an island. If no friends around us, we will automatically feel lonely because no body will help us and have fun together. The life will be dull and bored......there are no meaningful as a human live through the life like that too!
So, we need to appreciate our friends now and spend sometime to know each other.

Lastly, I want thanks to my friends who give a lot of support to me in study and so on......Thank You......

Last week,i have read an article about cancer tumours in internet. The one part that i was attractive is the part which it mention the factors that risk to getting breast cancer.

No one knows the exact causes of breast cancer.Doctor often cannot explain why one woman develops breast cancer and another does not.

Research that shown in the articles has shown that women with certain risk factor more likely than others to develop breast cancer.A risk factor is something that may increase the chance of developing a disease.

Studies have found the following risk factors for breast cancer.Age-most cases of breast cancer occur in women over 60.Personal history of breast cancer-A woman who had breast cancer in one breast has an increased risk of getting cancer in her other breast.Another factors are family history, reproductive and menstrual history and women who never had children. They also are at an increased risk of breast cancer.

For my opinion, many risk can be avoided.women can help protect themselves by staying away from known risk factors whenever possible. It is ourselves responsibility. If we think,we maybe at risk, we should discuss this concern with doctor.Doctor maybe able to suggest ways to reduce the risk and can plan a schedule for checkups. The most important we must have healthy life style.

I have once read about a greatly useful article which is leadership.I found a really important things that I was not aware of.After reading the article,I found that a leader has a different meaning from the one i used to have. One of which is that a leader is the person who rises the others vision and make them work on the thing he wants desirably.Another defination that amazed me is that a leader is someone who is like a rising tide that rises the whole boats, which means he has an enormous influence on the whole socity around him.Furthermore, there was a really funy statment and has a hidden meaning. It says"I am afraid of one hundered lions led by a sheep more than I am afraid of one hundered sheep led by a lion. This means a leader is judged by the aptitudes and skills he has that make him capable of controling the others.
To wrap up,the article gave me a largly beneficial insight to the field of leadership . I have adopted some of the principals which I strongly beleive will have a turning point in life one day in the future.

I had read the article about the importance of career. From the article i get more good reason why we must have career planning.

Career means profession, which we want to adopt for earning livelihood, and planning means proper flow or to make proper decisions.
The article make the good relationship between the meritocratic society and globalization with career.Olden days are gone, when just a degree would help an individual to get high profile job by giving bribe or using some other mean. Now it's high time, when the transparency in job recruitment has taken place.

Career Planning makes a person to think suitably about their positive and negative aspects. All about their interest, about their creativity becomes possible through proper analyzing ourselves.

CAREER PLANNING serves as a key to success. So,i hope all of us must have our own career planning. It will help us get our goal in the future.

I had read an article about live to recycle to have a life to live...
This is all about recycle and the effects of waste and the other materials that are no longer in use.The recyclables are sorted according to similarities in their basic components, like plastics, paper, and metal. The recyclables then goes through a process whereby its components are broken down and cleansed. After the process, recycled clean materials ready to be shaped into a final product and used.
As we can see, there are many effects of waste nowadays such as greenhouse, global warming and so on. All these also effects human life. At least, we should help to decrease or prevent all those things to continue destruct the earth and the death of all living things. By what??? of course RECYCLE,REUSE AND REDUCE... so that,we can save the energy use and natural resource for the next generations.Fight for a better future and a better quality of life to live and enjoy.

assalamualaikum..hye miss intan..how are you?..hope you are always in happy condition..hoho..i have read an article about how to save the environment at home...many of us think just only several people have a responsibility to save the environment... The idea 100% is false.Did you know we as a individual also have several responsible to save the environment...But the question in our mind now is how???? right??
Here i have some step that we can take during in our sweet home..

1)Turn off appliances when you are not using them. Up to 30% of power used by TV's is used while they are turned off, so buy power strips and just flip the switch on the power strip, because they use far less energy while turned off.
2)Lower the thermostat by a few degrees in winter. An extra layer or blanket will not only keep you cozy but will help to reduce your electricity bill significantly.
3)Make sure that the house is fully insulated. Insulation keeps the heat and cool on the correct side of your living space. Consider not only the ceiling but also the walls and under the floors.

in the kitchen also have some tips we can do to save our environment.such as:
1) Recycle, recycle, recycle. Some cities already require people to sort their trash into paper, metals, glass, and organic waste. Even if your city doesn't, you can launch a growing trend. Set up four separate waste baskets, and make sure the contents end up in the appropriate recycle bins.
2)Air dry your dishes. Stop the dishwasher before the dryer cycle commences. Leave the door slightly ajar (or more open if you have the space) and let the dishes air-dry. The drying cycle of the dishwasher consumes a lot of energy.
3) Avoid Creating Trash. Avoid disposable products, such as plates, cups, napkins and cutlery. Use reusable towels and dishwashing cloths in place of paper towels and disposable dish sponges.
I think thats all from me and we can take it to save our environment for our generation life...

This is a article about the children should be encouraged to play outdoors.I was read this article in newspaper.I find that it is quite meaningful. So, i want to talk about it to all my friends.Nowadays, children was overprotection by their parents. It was strongly reduce the chance for them to having a outdoor activity. This is because parents are always worry abount their children's safety. Therefore such of this children will become more inactive and felt strange to the environment. This is also a big reason to affect their future. So, i strongly agree that children should be encouraged to play outdoors. There are many benifit for that children who playing at outdoors.Firstly, they were given a change to touched with the nature and environment. The play helps a child gain mastery over his environment. This can encourage them to be innovative and creative. Similarly, structured play like football or other group games teach children the skills they need to get along with others, the importance of playing by rules, taking turns and learn to cope with losing. So that, children can learn something and also get fun via a playing. In conclusion, i totally think that, there are many benifit to encouraged children having a outdoors activity. It is very important to them to learn something from playing. It can helps them a lot in the future and give them a beaufiful childhood........

Recently, I’ve read an article which the title is Biodiesel. As we all know, the energy sources that we are using currently are non-renewable energy, it will finish one day after. We are facing energy crisis now, scientist are searching for the other alternative energy source. Biodiesel is one of them. Biodiesel refers to a vegetable oil- or animal fat-based diesel fuel consisting of long-chain alkyl esters. Biodiesel is typically made by chemically reacting lipids with an alcohol. Biodiesel is commonly produced by the transesterification of the vegetable oil or animal fat feedstock. There are several methods for carrying out this transesterification reaction including the common batch process, supercritical processes, ultrasonic methods, and even microwave methods.
Biodiesel is meant to be used in standard diesel engines and is thus distinct from the vegetable and waste oils used to fuel converted diesel engines. Biodiesel can be used in pure form or may be blended with petroleum diesel at any concentration in most modern diesel engines. Mostly, Biodiesel is used for manufacturer acceptance, heating oil, aircraft fuel, and railway usage.
Biodiesel has better lubricating properties and much higher cetane ratings than today's lower sulphur diesel fuels. Biodiesel addition reduces fuel system wear, and in low levels in high pressure systems increases the life of the fuel injection equipment that relies on the fuel for its lubrication.
Biodiesel can reduce greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation, pollution and the rate of biodegradation. It is a green energy that protects our environment and our health. Biodiesel is one of the great renewable energy sources.

Good day to Miss Intan and all my friends.

I just read an article about the teaching of Science and Mathematics in Bahasa Malaysia for Year One students beginning 2011. Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said on Tuesday this would depend on several factors including the adequacy of teachers, how soon the new curriculum could be drafted and whether the text books for Science, Mathematics and English would be ready by next year.

For me, I think this policy is not plan well enough. The person in charge just simply changes the plan of study not according to the situation. It is hard for students to study in English for the present time and later study in the other language in the future time. The students will find it hard to achieve well in the Science and Mathematics subjects. They will be easily get confuse by the terms used in the subjects they have learned when they are studying in a different language.

I think the government should remain the teaching plan of Science and Mathematics in English as the world today is using English as the language of communication. Everyday terms in Science and Mathematics is used in English.

It is very important that the government to think twice before changing the policy as it will affect the students in their studies. Students today are the leaders for future.

I recently read an article titled “Back to Square One Again”. I agree with the writer’s opinion that children should be trained since they were young to speak proper English and not mix them with other language. This is because if they were allowed to speak in broken English, this could turn into a habit that they find hard to get rid of when they are older. As a consequence, they will not be able to speak proper English and their poor command of English will affect their studies and also when they enter the working world.

When the children are still young, it is easier for them to absorb new things. The teaching of mathematics and science and English in the curriculum was a good step in helping the younger children master English at a tender age. This is especially helpful for the underprivileged children and those in the rural areas to master this important language. However the Education Ministry had decided on reverting back the teaching of science and mathematics into Bahasa Malaysia again. This step I think is turning us backwards, anti clock wise back into square one again. With just one decision, all the efforts made before this were wasted.

hi Miss Intan and my fellow friend.
My article is about 'when should kids start sports'

Why i pick this article.?This is because nowdays we can see that our nation sports achivement is very bad. This is because our program to develop sportsman from roots not be succeed very well.

This article tell us when kids or children should or better start sports. "Children in grades 1 - 4 can benefit most from games that are modified to meet their needs and abilities. Play and fun are more important to this age group than highly structured sports that emphasize the outcome rather than the process. Parents and coaches are usually the ones concerned about winning and losing".

From this article,we can see that the children in standard 1-4 is very good to develop to be a better sportsman. So, the Ministry of Education should think of something about how to improve the quality of sports in our country based on our young kids.

Good evening to Miss Intan and all blogger..Recently I have read a article about interest me to do so. Its article is about how to lose Six Weeks to a Healthier Diet. The article mostly give a tip in the way of a good diet. Many people did know the best way of diet. They should know the right way to diet so a result it will give a good feedback.
But unfortunately many people don't eat healthy foods, and eating an unhealthy diet leads to weight gain, chronic disease and just feeling lousy. So it make worst for the person.
So this basic guidelines are what you need to know to construct a healthy diet. As everyone know people have to eat plenty of high-fiber foods such as fruit, fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains. These are the "good" carbohydrates which is nutritious, filling, and relatively low in calories. Some people say that eat rice are easily gain their weight. But if you take it in small quantities and in order of taking a nutrition food it will help us to diet. Next, drink more water. Our bodies are about 75% water. It is a vital part of a healthy diet. Water helps flush our systems, especially the kidneys and bladder, of waste products and toxins. So bring water wherever you go. Therefore you can refresh yourself. As a conclusion healthy eating begins with learning how to “eat smart”. It's not just what you eat, but how you eat. Paying attention to what you eat and choosing foods that are both nourishing and enjoyable helps support an overall healthy diet. That all from me. Thank you.

I have red an article regarding how to tell if you are highly sensitive.Actually i looking for this article as my reference in doing the presentation about ourselt but then a few problem came out.Suddenly i've change my mind and doing someting else as my presentation topics. What i still remember about the article is being a sensitive person is actually come with a numbers of gift as well as challenges.what i understand from the article is someone with the gift is deeply affected by all aspect in their life. When we are talking about sensitive,i belive everybody will thought that person was a type that easily get mad,sad or frustrated maybe. But from what i have red, that was far away the real definition.this type of person are actually a type of caring, loving and visionary. For those that can blend all the aspect in the positive ways will find out that being a sensitive person is really a gift.this is because that body has heightened perceptive skill.which is highly aware and keenly observant of the subtleties of their environment.Actually there're eight information that i have highlight when i'm reading the article. But first of all i want to say that i'm not trying to summarizing what i've red but it just what i can remember and what i suppose to share with others.
8 qualities that i've highlight in the article is :-
1.deeply affected by all aspect in yous life
2.have the heightened perceptive skill
3.lower tolerance for stimulation than others
4.highly conscientious and thorough in all your undertaking
5.strong relationship with aesthetics and art
6.inner life is just as intriguing and inspiring as your outer life.
7.absolutely require private time alone in order to feel replenished
8.have a strong spiritual connection and depth.
To who ever read my comment, think it again do you someone sensitive?
if the answer is yes, then congratulation for being someone with highly concernation.the first thing i've thought when i get this article is i'm going to admit that i was in this group but then when i think it again,am i really that sensitive?maybe i'm not.thus the answer and solution for this is i'm not taking this article as my reference in doing the presentation.
That all from me..

Yesterday, I was found a article ,that talk about child abuse.
Do you have heard before about child abuse..? What do you know about child abuse? It is cruel for you..? Child abuse is a complex problem which has multiple causes. Child abuse is the physical and/ or psychological/ emotional mistreatment of children.

Most child abuse occurs in a child's home, with a smaller amount occurring in the organizations, schools or communities the child interacts with. There are four major categories of child abuse: neglect, physical abuse, psychological/ emotional abuse, and sexual abuse.

Everybody should take this problem seriously and take action when you found this problem as fast as soon... This is our responsibility to solve this problem.

I really hope child abuse problem can be taking seriously by everybody...
Especially, for the family. Our children were our future...
Think it carefully...

A few a hours ago, i have read about article how to become the great competitors in sport. I choose this article because i think it maybe useful to me as a student and as a athlete also. The tips i can take from the article is we must have a great relationship with a God. Because when we have a good relationship with a God,you may have a stronger spirit and will withstand from the bad influence that may take my spirit down. Another tips is always do a work earlier. I said like that because when we do a something work earlier, we will be not burden with
another work that will be a lot as a time pass by. So what i can i relate with myself as a student and also as a athlete is, do not extend your work or your training if you want to get a better finish or training. So i hope this tips will helps me as a student of Industrial Chemistry to adapt the true life after i have been graduate from Universiti Malaysia Pahang.

Hello Miss intan.. “10 quick ways to get yourself fit!” is another article that I had read before. Well these kinds of articles usually catch the attention of those who care about their health and I’m one of them. People say we need exercise to get fit but mostly people will say there is no time for that. This article gives us 10 easy tips to get fit.
1.Climb the stairs
2.Walk to work
3.Use your lunch break wisely like walk in the park
4.Sit up while there is commercial breaks on TV
5.Laugh out laughter. It’s good for our lungs and makes us happy to.
6.Park further away from where we are going
7.Take our friends to hanging out walking in the park
8.Dig the garden
9.Scrub our bathtub
10.Do jumping jacks

By this tips there’s no more excuses to not doing exercise. By the way this entire tip we can do it by ourselves. Instead of hanging out with friends at home or at the mall why not we do some exercise by just walking and enjoy the environment right? All we need is just commitment for us to get fit!!!
