The H1N1 Influenza A can effect you too. With an increasing number of infections every day and the equally, if not more, alarming rise in the death toll, this illness is already a serious problem. With all that, we still act as though it is happening in some distant place that we are protected from. This is exactly the attitude that we need to change. We need to realize that it is happening to our fellow Malaysians, our neighbours, our family, and we need to work together to end it.

Every public movement starts from the individual. We have to take better care of ourselves. If our immune system is weak, we may not be able to cope with the virus as well as we would if it were stronger. So we need to ensure that we keep healthy and clean. Secondly, we must think of our community. This virus has a latency period, that is, the time in which you may be infected but may show no symptoms. However, you can still pass on the virus! So, please, cover your mouth when you cough and wash your hands with soap whenever necessary. These practices, as ordinary as they seem, are probably the best defense mechanism we have to keep ourselves and those around us at a lower risk of contracting the virus. Lastly, if you are presenting symptoms of the flu, please seek medical attention. This is not the time to ignore the fever in hopes that it will go away on its own. Having said that, it does not, in any way, mean that every case of the flu is due to the H1N1 Influenza A virus, but it is always better to the safe then sorry, right?.

I don't mean to cause panic. I don't mean to cause harm. I am just a concerned citizen who worries that this virus is getting the best of us. But if we all work together, we can curb the spread of this menace.

Why you all so worried about melamine? If so worried you can buy a gadget that can detect melamine, just google it lah.

But be careful, there are lots of things in your household that contains melamine, and the most common is those "plastic" cups and plates that you eat from almost everyday. They contain melamine.

But don't panic. Melamine is a very hard substance, it can stand reasonably high temperatures and under normal use is very insolvable.

I recommend that at home when you warm up your food in the microwave oven use a glass bowl or a China plate. Use wooden or metal stirrers and scoops.

Day in and day out we are hearing, seeing and reading about accidents. Most of the time it looks like these accidents could have been avoided, what with buses, lorries, cars having faulty brakes, drivers having plenty of summons, motorcyclists without licence, speeding at breakneck speed, etc, etc. Lives are lost and people maimed. I know the authorities are trying their best. Just go to the paying counters of the traffic police and you can see the long queues.

Another cause of the accidents are the cyclists. One can see the cyclists, during nights, cycling in the dark without any lights from their bicycles, endangering vehicles approaching them. The drivers can see them only at the last minute and detour accordingly, thus endangering vehicles coming immediately at the front or back.

I remember many years back all the bicycles were strictly enforced to have front and back lights. I hope this enforcement is brought back again. And also the checking of the other causes mentioned at the top and enforcements should be more strictly and persistantly carried out.

One going to be mother loss her life, today another mother lost her life. Everyday we hear about the snatch thieves and robbers. When will this be end? The police said there is not enough police force to take care of the peace! Every year we heard there will be expenses to make fight the crime, increase the police force and bla.. bla. Where is the result? We never expect 0 Crime cause that was impossible but we can reduce the crime rate in Malaysia.

I hardly heard people says praises about police force anymore! The police force should think a way to change their image to the people. The police force deserve the respect but earn it first! Then we'll be united to fight the crime together!

World War II, or the Second World War was a global military conflict which involved a majority of the world's nations, including all of the great powers, organized into two opposing military alliances: the Allies and the Axis. The war involved the mobilization of over 100 million military personnel, making it the most widespread war in history. In a state of "total war", the major participants placed their entire economic, industrial, and scientific capabilities at the service of the war effort, erasing the distinction between civilian and military resources. Over seventy million people, the majority of whom were civilians, were killed, making it the deadliest conflict in human history.

The start of the war is generally held to be September 1, 1939, with the German invasion of Poland and subsequent declarations of war on Germany by most of the countries in the British Empire and Commonwealth, and by France. Subsequently, the Soviet Union invaded Poland from the east side. Many countries were already at war before this date, such as Ethiopia and Italy in the Second Italo-Abyssinian War and Nationalist China and Japan in the Second Sino-Japanese War, and many who were not initially involved joined the war later, as a result of events such as the German invasion of the Soviet Union and the attacks on Pearl Harbor and British colonies and subsequent declarations of war on Japan by Dutch and British Commonwealth.

In 1945 the war ended in a victory for the Allies. The Soviet Union and the United States subsequently emerged as the world's superpowers, setting the stage for the Cold War, which lasted for the next 46 years. The United Nations was formed in the hope of preventing another such conflict. The acceptance of the principle of self-determination accelerated decolonization movements in Asia and Africa, while Western Europe itself began moving toward integration.

There is no certainty that the current fashion for CO2 will have any real long term effect on earth.
CO2 levels are minute. All computer predictions are uncertain and theoretical. We cannot get the weather right for 2 weeks.
Tropical rain storms how unusual.Methane ,what if.
People with a PH'd scrubbing around for money.Preaching to politicians who seek to promote the fear of uncertainty of tomorrow.
It is true that England is sinking.Scotland is rising,so is Norway.Come back in two milloion years. We can then look for the rain water channels in Malaysia, where, KL.
So i think that a Blue Carbon Fund should be launched to help developing nations to protect the habitats. Oceanic carbon sinks should also be traded in the same fashion as terrestrial forests.

Today, i talk about a chinese food that introduction to Thai Cuisine. If you mentioned Thailand to a westerner say 30 years or so ago, more than likely they would confuse the country with the Chinese Republic on Taiwan.
What is it that makes Thai cuisine special? Most likely it is the combination in each dish of the four basic flavors – sweet, sour, salty and spicy.Thai cooking has borrowed freely from the culinary arts of China, India and Malaya, blending these different influences to create something that is truly unique.
Recommended dishes for someone new to Thai food might be gai tawt met mamuang himapan (chicken fried with onions, cashews and mild red peppers), gai haw bai toey (seasoned chicken roasted in pandan leaves), nuea paht nam man hoi (slices of beef cooked in oyster sauce), the famous tom yam goong (a mildly spicy shrimp soup) and mee grawp (crisply fried noodles with a light coating of sugar). These favorites should be available in any proper Thai restaurant anywhere in the world.
Thai's food is starting became famous among the world now, is a symbol of Asian Food!

I read about cherating.Cherating is a famous beach town in Pahang, Malaysia. Cherating, located about 47 km north of Kuantan, is famed as the location of Asia’s first Club Mediterranee ("Club Med"). Located in the Club Med village is also one of the best lagoons in the area, where coupled with the golden soft sandy beach, the calm waters make you want to take a dip in the sea, and then just laze and laze on and on under the sun. There are a number of fun activities to do in Cherating including batik painting, where you can paint and design your own print on t-shirts, sarongs and scarves. Cherating also houses a cultural village and a turtle sanctuary. At the turtle sanctuary, you can learn about the lifecycle of turtles for free. The turtles lay their eggs between July and August, so if you're lucky, you might witness the turtles lay their eggs! Another tourist attraction is cruising up the Cherating River to watch glowing fireflies. Fishing is also an activity enjoyed by many.

Hai everyone, today I want to talk about Kawasaki Ninja 250R bike. this bike body stylish, fit and finish of striking full-fairing bodywork match its Ninja supersport siblings. This bike use DOCH 249cc parallel twin cylinder engine, so we can classified this as 250cc sportbikes.

It also 2-into-1 exhaust system contributes to the Ninja 250R’s low and mid-range torque and smooth, step-free power curve. the best thing about this bikes is the two catalyzers which help to minimizes the power loss. The carburetor is fine-tuned twin Keihin CVK30 carburetors that offer good power feel and low fuel consumption.

This bikes is using liquid cooling system that is Denso radiator. This bike chasis is made of sturdy and durable diamond-style frame of thick-walled steel tubing offers confidence-inspiring stability at both high and low speeds.

Those people which like speed and power, this bike should be added into their account because it can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h within 4 second. It also can reach top speed about 220 km/h. So, that's all i want to say here. bye.

The Superman style was created by Yap Yong Phui from Bandar Kinrara. The style is performed by lying down horizontally on the bike and speeding at 150kmh. Guinness world of records were amazed when they tested the results and found out the this method actually increased the speed by 20% and giving them +2 bonus when evading police roadblocks.
The Sailboat method was also a jaw-dropping skill where the rempit stands on the seat of the bike and control the bike via their feet. This method harness the wind's energy and thus lowers fuel consumption and saving enough money to buy drugs and cigarettes, giving them -25% fuel consumption, +10% money saving, +3 bonus when there is a strong wind.
Another way is where the rempit does a Willy where they will carry the front wheels and ride only on the back wheel. With less surface touching the ground, they manage to lower the friction, this is the most common method and can be found on the streets of Penang almost every midnight.
The Deadman method is usually found near traffic lights or under a lorry's wheel. Usually rempits will zig-zag in traffic and end up under a lorry or fly across a junction when the traffic light is red at the speeds of 120km/h and usually end up colliding with a solid object. This is another common method in rempiting especially among the newbies. However, there is one drawback. This skill is the ultimate skill where the user can only cast it once in their life. After casting it, no cards can be drawn and regrets are not accepted. Loser loses 40 lives and gains a +150% pain bonus and +3 bonus from instant death. If user has helmet, loser only loses 30 lives and gains only 120% pain bonus and +30% chance of succumbing into a coma.
The Spiderman method is where rempits ride the motorbike in pairs. The pillion rider stands at the back of the seat. The driver gains -20% fuel consumption because the pillion harnesses the energy from the wind. The pillion rider gets high and starts swinging his hand like a propeller and thus giving the motorbike a +50% speed boost for 8 seconds. During this time, there is a 20% chance that the pillion rider will fall off the bike and suffer broken bones. This is probably the best way to enjoy rempiting if you do not have driving license.
The Butterfury method is where it occurs when the retards play to much DOTA(Defense Of The Ancients). The riders will carry a sword made from 4 items(C4, Shit, Viagra and Claymore) and at the same time standing on the bike and pose a butterfly posture. It is believed to regenerate the HP and mana for the riders afer they collide, and also increase their collision(attacking) speed by 50% !The mana regeneration acts like a Viagra and can let them rogol their daugthers even after they collide !
Ulti method allows the Rempits to collide with any solid matter and destroy them at impact. The Rempits will live to talk about it unless they collide with a second solid object(when theeir Ulti ends). Not advised for DOTA beginners as even though they use Ulti, they will also die.

Friendship is a most beautiful thing happened to human being. We all meet some people with whom we never had a kinship, but they become so special in our life that it becomes hard to live without them. Let us see some points we should consider while playing a role in friendship. Many poets have described friendship as one of the most fascinating bond we ever make in our life. It's the most beautiful thing that happens to us.

Friendship is a relation that is entirely based on trust, belief of two friends in each other. We come across many things in our lives, about which we do not tell anything to people near and dear to us, but we freely tell everything to our friends. Many people find good friends but they fail to continue with their friendship, because they do not know their role as a friend.

Let us see some important points that we should take care of if we wish to be good friend for someone:

Be a secrete admirer of your friend:
If your friend is good at something then do not praise him/her in his/her presence. Praising a person for what he/she is good, does not improve his/her qualities, but can cause over-confidence to be induced in him/her, which surely will be harmful for your friend. A good friend should never miss an opportunity to praise his/her friend in front of others when he/she is not around.

Don't proved him/her wrong in public:
As it is important not to praise a friend openly in his/her presence, it is also very much important to abstain from proving him/her wrong in front of other people. Take him/her away from the crowd and let him/her know where he/she is wrong. There is no point in proving your friend wrong in other's presence; it will spoil your friend's image in other's view. And additionally your friendship will be in danger.

Try to understand your friend:
It is always important to understand what your friend is worried about or what problems he/she is facing. Always try to understand the situation your friend is in and try to soothe him/her. It is evident that if people are undergoing some problems, they will not speak up their problems to their brothers or sisters, they will instead tell everything to their friends. Let your friend speak up, just listen to him/her and be with him/her until your friend does not come out of frustration.

Pull Your Friend Away From Making Mistakes:
If your friend is doing something wrong, it is your duty to let him/her know it at earliest. Keep in mind; best friend has to play a role of critic if he/she wants his/her friend to stop doing wrong things. But again keep in mind not to show your friends mistakes in front of other people. Sometimes it is important to understand your friend's intentions behind his/her actions and try to analyze situation, then only you should give your opinion.

The Ego Problem:
Never let ego spoil your friendship. It is no reason to be jealous if your friend is not at all able to speak to you and is with someone else, you have to be his/her friend, do not expect word of gratitude from the person you think is your friend. Sometimes there could be a clash between you and your friend, and you both stop talking to each other for some time, it is not at all wrong to speak first and say sorry to your friend, no matter what happens.

Try to Teach Good Things:
If you are a true friend, you should never give your hungry friend a fish, instead, you should teach him/her how to fish, this will give your friend food for lifetime. A good friend will never wish his/her friend to be dependent on someone.

Do Not Interfere:
Most important point that one should take care of is that your friend has his/her own life and you should not interfere in his/her life. You have a right to tell your friend what is good and what is bad, but you do not have a right to make someone do what you wish. Hope this will help you out solve some of your problems you are facing in friendship.

Our pollution in country become more worst and if we don't keep it together we will suffer and our generation become worst in health when born.
And maybe they will not as good as a human when born. So,together we try to pritect our environment.
Pollution is the introduction of contaminants into an environment that causes instability, disorder, harm or discomfort to the ecosystem.
Pollution can take the form of chemical substances, or energy, such as noise, heat, or light. Pollutants, the elements of pollution, can be foreign substances or energies, or naturally occurring; when naturally occurring, they are considered contaminants when they exceed natural levels. Pollution is often classed as point source or nonpoint source pollution. The Blacksmith Institute issues annually a list of the world's worst polluted places. In the 2007 issues the ten top nominees are located in Azerbaijan, China, India, Peru, Russia, Ukraine and Zambia.
Air pollution, the release of chemicals and particulates into the atmosphere. Common gaseous air pollutants include carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and nitrogen oxides produced by industry and motor vehicles. Photochemical ozone and smog are created as nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons react to sunlight. Particulate matter, or fine dust is characterized by their micrometre size PM10 to PM2.5.
Water pollution, by the release of waste products and contaminants into surface runoff into river drainage systems, leaching into groundwater, liquid spills, wastewater discharges, eutrophication and littering.
Soil contamination occurs when chemicals are released by spill or underground leakage. Among the most significant soil contaminants are hydrocarbons, heavy metals, MTBE[7], herbicides, pesticides and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Noise pollution, which encompasses roadway noise, aircraft noise, industrial noise as well as high-intensity sonar.
Light pollution, includes light trespass, over-illumination and astronomical interference.
So,do not shy to protect our environment if we do not want our generation to suffer.Join our environment survivor volunteer. We can save our earth.
Our living place.
That's all from me.
Thank you.

My precious item is my wallet.Even my wallet is not too expensive,i assume its as my most precious item. Why i choose my wallet as my precious item? I am pretty sure that all of us know how important and precious our wallet for us.It is because,we not only stored money into tour wallet,we also stored and keep all of the most important and precious things onto it.For example, our identity card, our bank card, our credit card, our beloved persons picture, our driving license, and also many others things that can be put into our wallet.

In history of my life,i have been loosing my wallet once during i was at secondary school.Guess what,i felt that i am just the same as the illegal immigrants. Why not? All of the important item that i put on that wallet was lost along with that wallet. Can you imagine that during that time, policeman came and ask me to show my identity card? What i am suppose to say and what evidence i have to prove that i was just lost my wallet, and i am not an illegal immigrant? But i was lucky because that things did not happen when my wallet was missing. But, i also have to go to the police station to report about the lost of my wallet so that i can apply to make a new identity card.So terrible..

From that day,i have decided that my precious item from that day is my wallet. It is because my wallet contains many important things and also because my wallet that i have right now is a gift from someones special to me.

The engine of MIVEC (Mitsubishi Innovative Valve timing Electronic Control system)is the brand name of a variable valve timing engine technology developed by Mitsubishi Motors. MIVEC, as with other similar systems, varies the timing, lift and duration of the valves by using two different camshaft profiles. At low speeds, a mild (low-lift) cam lobe provides stable idle, lower emissions and increased torque at lower speeds, while above a fixed engine speed a second set of cam lobes are activated, providing higher lift and duration, therefore a greater quantity of air into the combustion chamber which increases the power and torque output over a broad engine speed range.

MIVEC was first introduced in 1992 in their 4G92 powerplant, a 1,597 cc naturally aspirated DOHC 16 valve straight-4.At the time, the first generation of the system was named Mitsubishi Innovative Valve timing and lift Electronic Control. The first cars to use this were the Mitsubishi Mirage hatchback and the Mitsubishi Lancer sedan. While the conventional 4G92 engine provided 145 PS (107 kW; 143 hp) at 7000 rpm,the MIVEC-equipped engine could achieve 175 PS (129 kW; 173 hp) at 7500 rpm.Similar improvements were seen when the technology was applied to the 1994 Mitsubishi FTO, whose top-spec GPX variant had a 6A12 1997 cc DOHC 24 valve V6 with peak power of 200 PS (147 kW; 197 hp) at 7500 rpm.The GR model, whose otherwise identical powerplant was not MIVEC-equipped, produced 180 PS (132 kW; 178 hp) at 7000 rpm by comparison.

Although initially designed to enhance performance, the system has subsequently been developed to improve economy and emissions, and has been introduced across Mitsubishi's range of vehicles, from the i kei car to the high-performance Lancer Evolution sedan.

just think about it make me feel sick. sorry to say this. but it the reality. somehow or somewhat i really hope that i can surpass them one day with my own effort. it doesn't wrong to have this kind of dream right... anyways.. always be simple is the best..

KEEP IT REAL...

well i like to talk about einstein relativity theory. The theories is about not relating anything to an equation.... maybe such as the not related to the constant that derive from relativeness of a constant... well I just read this for fun, but it is quite interesting becouse many of our physics equation need constant attachment... well this constant attachments is sometimes referring to the law of natures... well that what I think.
